I had a problem with my planner. Email staff the person who helped me was called Dan.very helpful always emailed me straight back.trying to sort it out. Thank you Dan I appreciate it

We purchased this software for our Home Support Service. From day 1, we were satisfied with it. Its simple to use and when we incur a hitch, normally through us being un-savvy, either a phone call or email sorts the problem out efficiently.

Leanne at CarePlanner has been our account manager for many years now, twice. Our main communication is email, as I find Leanne very quick and efficient with her emails. Leanne always gets a solution for us, the help we always ask for, we get. Wouldn't want a different account manager at present, Leanne is fantastic, a credit to CarePlanner.

At no point have we needed to ask twice for information, her customer service, knowledge and the desire to ensure we are maximising our use of Careplanner has always been at the forefront of all conversations.

We have been using care-planner for over 5 years, the system is easy to use and intuitive, everyone is very helpful and professional, easy to contact for support, always polite and helpful, calls are answered quickly and issues are resolved within minutes. Thank you all for all of your hard work in the transition we've been through, providing answers to our questions and queries, and continuing to be there for us when we need it.

Very helpful staff, if I have a query or problem that I can't resolve they are always very quick to answer my calls and resolve the problem. This is the best system we have used and would definitely recommend them. I had a query regarding mileage not showing on the carers wage slips this was resolved in a few minutes.
