I had a problem with my planner on 20th of September and reported, immediately l got a response from Daniel and the problem was fixed within a couple of minutes which was really great
The experience I've had with CarePlanner so far has been brilliant. The set up of the account was done within hours of me confirming. The system is so intuitive and I was able to set up our small operation on it within a couple of days. It is so simple yet the functionality is superb and does everything you need. The support team are always polite, helpful and crucially have fast response times. Would definitely recommend

I had an issue regarding invoicing and pay rates. Chris was very good at taking the time to explain to me what I was missing and informing me on how to fix the anomalies. Chris was more than helpful and ensured the situation was rectified on my end before ending the conversation.
David from care planner was very helpful with my enquiry to add detail I required for invoicing. He was very pleasant on the phone and quick to assist me. he went through the process with me to make sure i had the correct information
Great product and Service. We have been using CarePlanner for a number of years now. The platform works well and staff are quick to support whenever we have questions or issues. They provide a really good personal service which is rare to find these days. Companies often promise the world but never deliver. CarePlanner is not one of them.

Care planner is a good Care monitoring system and has a fantastic E-MAR feature which we enjoy using. We would recommend CarePlanner to all companies. A personal favourite Advantage to us is if help is needed or we have a question somebody is always available.
Fantastic service and issue resolved almost immediately - 10/10 for customer service for Dan! Any small issues we have are always promptly dealt with and staff on hand at the click of a button to show us where we are going wrong!
