My experience with the care planner Team, was pleasant and helpful.I spoke to a gentleman earlier, I can’t remember his name and he was very helpful and when I couldn’t get back into the system the same day,I called again and spoke to David and he was Exceptionally helpful and with his support ,he made it he made it easy to navigate the system with his assistance. I do appreciate the customer service as it’s impeccable. Thank you David and the team.
After a cyber attack on our staff roster system provider we were without a staff rota system for over 2 months and with dates of service reinstatement continuing to slip backwards we took the brave decision to change service provider. We hadn't been happy with the incumbent system for quite some time with frequent glitches and the cost of its various 'licences' were eye watering! Careplanner was eventually chosen as it's a complete package with no need for seperate costly licences, straightforward and an easy conversion for staff from the previous system. We have been very happy with our decision so far, Katie, our Account Manager has been very hands on with getting us set up and running. The enthusiasm for the system that she has is infectious and all of our staff are very happy using the system.
The customer service from our account manager Lauren has been impeccable. To put it lightly we have not been the easiest to work with, but Lauren has helped us implement new processes to get out costings under control. She has been very patient and understanding with our aims, and has worked with us to help create the best solution that suits our company and our aims. Would fully recommend!

Awesome experience
The Care Planner App is a great system to use and helps us manage mass clients and carers all under one app. There are a few upgrades they can do on the system which is why we didn't give it 5 stars, but the system is easy to use, gives us alerts, easy to manage, allows us to input all the details required and is all time sensitive.
Jessica Atkinson was very good at giving me training on Care Planer this morning. Anything I was unsure of Jessica was able to explain and she me in detail, so I was able to understand. I did not feel the training was rushed and it was delivered at a pace that was good for me. I liked that it could be recorded so I can refer back to it if I need too. Thank you, Jessica.
We find CarePlanner very much straight forward and easy to understand. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We are still new but so far very happy with our experience.
I made a call to get assistance for a split rates issue, and the support executive-David was helpful and my query was resolved within a few minutes. We had a pleasant chat and calling care planner is always good in general, since the calls are answered quickly and issues resolved timeously.
First class service, speedy response and resolve. Explained how to deal with the issue in simple terms.

Careplanner is brilliant and I know I can speak for all of my team and say we honestly don't know why we haven't been using Care Planner sooner! It's reliable and very affordable and the training you get is great and makes you feel very supported.
