I found this company almost by accident, previously I had been using the main dealer to service my Discovery Sport. Over the last eighteen months I have had my car serviced and work done on the brakes here, the work has been very competitively priced with the added bonus of outstanding customer service. Many thanks to Josh, Ashley and Sam for the friendly,helpful and professional service, making coffee, dropping me home and delivering my car back and follow up calls to ensure that everything is OK. I highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again myself

Can’t fault them,amazing communication with the work done throughout took my sport in worried I was going to have a big job and bill 😅 I was supplied with a hire car and kept up to date with the repairs.They were really honest and give me different options on what to do with it being a small fault I had it back the same day I won’t be going anywhere else now cheers lads
I had a recon engine fitted in my Range Time frame was 2 months , collected my car almost 4 months later, to then drive away with a car that had a damaged prop shaft, which wasn’t currently a issue when the car got taken to them (NWS) 2 months goes past and my engine management light come back on, to then have messages ignored and then my car engine failing and seizing (2 months after) got the car recovered back to be told it would take 2:3 weeks , but in the mean time had to source myself a hire car from my own pocket , to then be told I needed a new turbo , which I have now had fitted via someone else as I didn’t want them to carry out anymore work, after having the turbo done via a Land Rover specialists they advised me the engine installed was done very poorly , in result of that I now have a issue with air escaping from my unit causing bad smell in my car and also a ticking noise to my new engine (2nd one) which has now caused me an additional cost which again I’m having to pay from my own pocket !!!
I had been having issues with the engine management warning light coming on intermittently, sometimes many times on a journey, sometimes not at all. I took the vehicle to several companies including main dealers but didn’t get any satisfactory explanations or technical discussions from the service advisers, other than pointing out what the fault codes were. Spoke to NWS, and had a really sensible technical discussion with Ashley about all of the potential causes and solutions. As a result, Ashley booked it in the next day for a comprehensive diagnostic. Unfortunately, they confirmed a likely turbo failure due to sticking vanes. So, I bit the bullet and instructed them, based on Ashley’s sound advice, to replace both turbos. They had a significant back log of work, but I had the use of a courtesy car until they completed my repair, which was achieved within the time frame advised. Excellent support and communication from Ashley from start to finish, updating me on progress; exceptional aftercare was also evident as Ashley followed up a number of times over the next two months to check all was well with my vehicle. From my experience It is not often that you get this level of attention and care, so well done to all the team at NWS. Based on my experience I would fully recommend them.

Before I found NWS, I spent several days trying to source a replacement egr pipe for my disco. It was on back order for 6 weeks by Jaguar Landrover. When I joined the Land Rover owners club, I saw this company on their website, and emailed them to see if they had an egr pipe. I received an immediate response from them and they had the part. I ordered it and received it the following day. This was an excellent service in particular from Josh Shipley at NWS.
Took my Jaguar XJR 308 to NWS Motor Services and was greeted by Ashley and Sam with a really friendly and professional service. My car suffered from a slight gearbox leak and a slight coolant leak. They diagnosed and repaired the problems very quickly, and whilst the car was with them, they took extremely good care of my pride and joy Jaguar. I also like the way they provide you with an update on the repair progress and place your payment receipts into a wonderful glossy folder, the attention to detail is wonderful. I highly recommend this company to those who own Jaguars, Land Rovers and Range Rovers. These guys know what they are’s doing.
I brought my old Defender engine from Switzerland to NWS and collected a rebuild one which was already prepared for me. At home in Switzerland I discovered that the new engine was the right type but the number printed on the block was from the previous model. This would cause a major problems with servicing this engine and unsolvable discussions with the Swiss MOT because of the stickt "emissions" in Switzerland. I called NWS and they picked up this engine in Switzerland and delivered my old engine perfectly rebuild back to Switzerland.. as a customer service, free of charge. Now the new engine is in my Defender and running like freshly whipped cream. First class customer service and perfect job on my engine. Many thanks. Ian from Bern in Switzerland
A good team at NWS who provide a good service at a competitive price. It’s a pleasure to deal with a company who answer the telephone efficiently and you can speak to someone directly who will sort out any problems with your vehicle. Recently they carried out a repair on my Range Rover Sport and came up with a cost effective repair rather than just take the easy option and fit new. I also use NWS for servicing work as they carry this out in accordance with the manufacturers service schedule at a much lower cost than the dealerships. Thank you Josh, Sam and Ashley.

I took my car to NWS and was met with a very knowledgeable team who had my car diagnosed and fixed within 24hrs during that time i was given a clean courtesy car for me to use, I can’t thank Josh and his team enough for the professional service they provided
Nothing was to much trouble for the team at NWS, extremely courteous, great communicators explaining the problem & trying to solve the issue & certainly the all important factor COST, not just taking the easy option.
After a lot of research looking for Freelander 2 specialists in order to resolve a "sticky clutch pedal" that has bothered me for a while, I left my car with them for a replacement clutch. From the outset this company was utterly professional, with written quotes, efficient turnaround and most importantly, their willingness to discuss the work in detail with a retired engineer who actually knows what the parts do! That was a luxury for me. The car was returned exactly on schedule, and was spotless as well, including the engine bay. Time will tell if the problem has been fully resolved, but I cannot fault this company's professionalism and efficiency. Particular thanks to Ashley, who dealt with my enquiry throughout.. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Josh and Sam did a great job shipping my engine to the states. I purchased the engine through wire transfer and got the motor a few days later so far the motor is running well and better than when my original one was brand new. Shipping it to the states was not a big deal to them at all. Thanks guys much appreciated M.
Nathan, Ashley, Sam and their team have been above and beyond professional. After having my car engine replaced there were a few issues that became apparent approximately 11 months later. They were extremely accommodating and sorted the problems without any apprehension or blame even though it meant 2 return visits. They also provided a courtesy car. I can openly say that the Range Rover dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past fall way below a basic standard of acceptable service. NWS is highly recommended!
Ashley and Sam offer an excellent and very knowlegdeable service from start to finish, delivery and collection of the service exchange engines was as promised and surcharge was refunded quickley and without quibbles. We will only be using NWS for all our Jaguar and Land Rover Engines going forward.
After my Range Rover Sport was serviced by a local Stratstone Dealership in Newcastle, 3 days later the bottom end on the engine went... They denied all responsibility and wanted circa £18K to install a new engine... after experiencing the worst customer service i have ever endured i decided there was no way on this planet would i give them another penny of my money. I googled refurbished engines and second hand engines, i came across a few horror stories of people sending their cars away and never seeing them again... it would seem there are a lot of scams going on with this kind of thing (mainly in London) anyway these stories totally put me off sending my car away so i found a local trusted 4x4 specialist in the North East... and luckily found NWS to supply the engine. although NWS wasn't the cheapest, i got the best feel for them... after all spending a large amount of cash on something like this you want to make sure it doesnt happen again, and after speaking with Sam he certainly reassured me. The new engine has now been installed for almost 2 months and so far so good. Sam has checked in every now an again to make sure all is ok which is a nice touch! I'd highly recommend NWS for the Supply of an engine. I will check back in, in a few months to see how things go.

May 18,2022I bought a Disco 3 from NWS 3 years ago with a rebuilt engine, it only lasted 12k miles and I had to sell it for scrap!! When I bought it, I followed all their guidelines for running the engine in, I went back to NWS for any remedial work, I spent a small fortune with because foolishly I thought I could trust them. How wrong I was. The engine blew again in less than 3 years and 12k miles, I went back to them and all they could say was "THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE, SORRY, WE'LL FIT ANOTHER ENGINE FOR 5k". What? just to get another 3 years out of it. I sold it for scrap value or less. I am thoroughly disgusted and profoundly disappointed at the way NWS has treated us, I do not know of any recourse other than to try and warn others of their ineptitude and disgusting customer service. BE WARNED, BE CAREFULL.
