Oct 10,2017Within 30 hours of notifying NWS of a breakdown to my Discovery the vehicle was collected, problem identified (blown injector seal) and treated and vehicle returned to me. The work was completed under warranty and was cost free, however I had to pay for the vehicle recovery. Having said this the collection and delivery rates were discounted. Thank you Sam and colleagues for not turning a drama in to a crisis!

Oct 09,2017In addition to showing a real depth of knowledge about Discovery which came up with a solution to an intermittent problem where the Main Dealers proposal was throw money ( a lot) and it might solve the problem, NWS took time and thought out the situation which has proved resilient. They also took a good forensic look at the work invoiced from the main dealer which resulted in me being compensated by them. I will certainly use NWS for future work on our Disco.

Oct 05,2017Purchased a freelander, engine, delivered to the garage that fitted it ,found that the cylinder head to be leaking.contacted NWS,who dealt with my complaint promptly by arranging replacement engine and having faulty unit picked up ,now new unit fitted and running .and complying with the terms of warranty. A big thank you to Sam and all involved with dealing with the issues in a timely and professional manner.would recommend to others.

Oct 04,2017Having only been dealing with the company since the beginning of the year and being located in the Caribbean as an independent specialist repair shop for Land Rover Jaguar group vehicles I can honestly say they have given me impeccable service in all areas of there operation from complete engine units, cylinder heads,short blocks, and the full range of parts to actually rebuild our own units. There knowledge tech support and advice on many engine issues has been priceless. Having actually visited their operation on two occasions during trips to UK during this year and meeting many of the staff my total belief in there ability to deliver has been confirmed beyond doubt. There swiftness of dispatch of both parts and complete units has been impeccable.

Parts were delayed as they didn't pass quality control, once they arrived I saw the attention to detail, you wouldn't tell them apart from brand new. Great service, thanks again.

Sep 06,2017You have been of great help not to pay the high prices that the dealer charges, you give the solution for the clients that we have. The only problem I find is the core that we have to pay in my case that I live in Costa Rica, but otherwise is a very good alternative to the problems of motor, differential and others that we have those that are dedicated to the brand Land Rover. Jul 15,2017I'm from Switzerland and experienced end of may 2017 a motorfailure with my Rangie Sport 3.6 TDV8. Fortunatelly I found NWS Motor Services on the Internet, contacted them and arranged a fantastic all inclusive engine pic-up service from Switzerland, engine remanufacture including ancillaries strip down and rebuild and delivery back service to Switzerland.
