I had a 335i BMW convertible with endless warranty issues. The staff were unhelpful, inefficient and frankly foul. I will never buy a BMW again. As an example I had severe gearbox problems but they merely reset the computer error messages and asked me to come back if I had a problem. After 8 or so visits I had to go to an independent mechanic who told me to insist it needed replacing. Eventually they agreed. A new gearbox after 27,000 miles and months of issues. But there are a long list of other warranty items too boring to repeat here. AVOID Ocean BMW and in fact avoid BMW now as reliability is so poor (look online for statistics) and especially they use run flat tires on everything unless you want endless cracked alloys and roadside recovery as you can't get a new tire for days as they are so expensive to keep in stock. You can't always keep driving on a run flat if it's damaged. The ride is horrible as well.
I have been a customer of Ocean BMW for about 25 yrs and 11 new cars. In my time I have found them exceptional, in fact pluperfect. I’ve had 1 bad experience with a 318TI some 20 yrs ago but Ocean and BMW sorted it out by offering me a new replacement car. I upgraded this car before build date to a new 325TI. I own today a 340i which I’ve had now for 3 yrs and I’m over the moon with it. To sum up, a great company, with a great team.
Our car reported a fault whilst on holiday - customer service exceptional and the car was checked out the same day. Fabulous team - highly recommend using!
