Nearly a month and I have not received my order.
Has been a month. Told there was a backlog, then Royal Mail issues, then phantom deliveries on Shopify, then a relocation meaning business shutting down for December. They still have my money though. This couldn't have been a more appalling customer experience.
Placed the order nearly 3 weeks ago. Received confirmation on e mail with no tracking number but with link to shop app tro track the order no tracking number as well on teh app. Status after few days chaned as delivered then contacted odins because i have not received anything. They have change status as shipped. Waiting more than week and still have not get my order. Ent 2 emails for updates to odins and no answear. So far bad expearience.
Good products marred by awful costumer service and atrocious delivery times. First time I ordered items from here it took them more than a week to arrive, I didn’t pay it too much heed at the time and thought of it as a one-off issue. This time (second time ordering from them) I placed my orders on the 26th of October and have yet to receive my stuff as of now (10th of Nov) even though I paid a little extra for “1st class special delivery”. Quite the joke. I then got in touch with the business and was told “sorry we have a lot of backlog to go through” (as though that’s supposed to be a sound and professional excuse) and was promised my items would be posted on Thursday this week and my delivery fee refunded. None of that has happened now that we’re nearly at the end of the business week and the business has simply stopped answering my messages. The whole thing has really left a sour taste in my mouth and I just wish I’d never bothered with this vendor at all in the first place. I’ve had to spend even more money on buying the products I need from others while I’m still waiting for these to arrive. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company. Don’t reward lazy and irresponsible business attitude with your money.

Excellent quality beard oil which smells amazing, very slow postage however but communication with the business was fairly responsive. Overall satisfied.
Useless didn’t even post it . Despite paying months ago , I have asked for a refund . No response will never use again. And also encourage all to never use this company .
Waited over 7 weeks and still nothing shipped. Messaged the owner and he said he’d ship it 2 days later (waited a week past the date and nothing). Eventually just did a PayPal dispute when the owner didn’t respond after me asking again what happened. I wouldn’t be surprised if this business has done an exit scam after seeing reviews for their side brand Arthur J Hawkes. (Also I’m not the same jon who thought their previous words were too strong)
Like your products but the wait time from order to delivery - 6 weeks - is too long.
Like other reviewers on here I agree that the product is good but the service is dire! If it was made clear that you would be waiting up to five weeks at time of purchase I know I would think twice about purchasing. As for who I presume is the owner singing a sob story about been a one man business, having 200 orders to clear….boohoo! Employ someone, dont take on as much work or inform people at the time of placing their order that it could take six weeks! I will now be going elsewhere
Do not recommend!! Placed an order and after 3/4weeks later I still hadn’t received my order. I asked for a refund over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it, it’s coming upto 2 months! Terrible service. There are other small businesses out there with the same quality products with 2/3 days delivery. Highly recommend looking elsewhere!
Dispatch times are very very poor. The web sight indicates 5 days but worse 11 due to Royal Mail. I ordered my items 19 Aug and they have still not been dispatched. Regardless of delivery it could be significantly longer. This is not the first time. Product is good but may not be back.
Still waiting for my items for over two weeks ago.
Excellent products and a very personal touch in terms of customer service. Needed my order in time for my holiday and, after getting in touch, it was duly despatched asap.

Ordered 3 products and didn’t receive them. Didn’t hear anything or have any update until 2 weeks later when I received a email telling me there was a delay with my order. Refund was given quickly when asked for which was appreciated, but won’t be ordering again. I understand it’s a one person show but I definitely think it should have been made clear at checkout that there was going to be a lengthy delay.

Been ordering products from them for several years now, I do not have a bad word to say about them. Products are absolutely top quality. Customer service is beyond reproach. Honestly why there any negative reviews on here is beyond me. I'm going to guess it's down to the usual entitlement of modern humans who think they know best about everything and everything should adhere exactly to there stupid standards. Odin's Beard care is and always has been a one man business. I'd like to see the any of the complainers on here do better. Maybe the reason you smell like an old woman is because at heart you are an old woman.
Have not as yet received the item 14 days after placing the order

Nov 24,2023Haven’t received my order in 4 weeks. I understand that the company is having issues but I have asked for a refund and suddenly no one at the company wants to respond to my emails despite previously responding. I think it would also be appropriate to let customers know before ordering that there are currently long wait times to delivery. Finally, if you’re having issues with fulfilment that might be easier to let slide if you weren’t also sending daily marketing emails trying to sell more product.
