I ordered items and a month later I still have nothing. I'm now unsure of I'll actually get them at all. (Update post response) - Vendor has assured me that items will be sent. (Update again) - Still no products. 3 emails sent to vendor and no response. A generic email was sent out saying all late orders would be shipped, that was over a week ago and still nothing.
Third review of Odins beardcare. After numerous ignored emails, and two negative reviews on here, I finally got a response and they sent my order. But they only sent half of it. I have emailed again and again for a response yet still no reply, and I’m still out of pocket for my order. To Darren, you are a terrible business owner and you have single handedly destroyed your customer base, and your company. For anyone thinking of placing an order with this company just DONT! You will be ripped off! I’m sick to the back teeth of the shoddy customer service and have escalated my issues and the issues of others to Trading Standards and HMRC. I would urge anyone else still waiting to do the same.

Great products but absolutely awful customer service! As far as the product goes they have a great range that are quality and priced very well especially when there are deals running, you can’t fault what you buy. Now the issue begins when you purchase the products and end up waiting over a month for something that should arrive in days and when trying to chase up my order I’ve tried WhatsApp, Facebook (a old holiday response from last year) instagram (same holiday response) and not replying to comments made on his pages. Shame as your products are great but seems you’ve bit off more than you can chew. Update: over two months and still no products despise advertising new items and new postage times when the old ones aren’t sorted.
I still haven’t received my order that I made in February 25th and I have tried contacting over multiple apps and had no response on when I’m likely to receive. I’m not overly fussed when I will get it as I understand he operates alone but it’s the zero contact which is annoying
9/2/24 I ordered. Had confirmation email. Had an email saying my order is ready for dispatch. But nothing else, no tracking number, no product turned up, nothing. I have emailed 3 times to chase and Had no response. I just want my order, or refund.... Order number 12830.
My first order wasn't sent and ultimately resulted in a chargeback through PayPal as the seller advised me 3 times it had been sent when it clearly hadn't. Long story short, after reading the other reviews - I reported the company and AJH to Action Fraud as it looked like a huge scam. I was advised to make further contact with the director of the company which I did through a mobile number I located online. To his credit Darren was apologetic, he admitted the failings and we had a good chat about the future. My reorder was subsequently sent next day and received this morning. I would urge anyone in a similar situation to contact Darren personally and discuss - he seems to be owning the issue and hopefully things will get resolved.
So I don’t want to leave a bad review as this company is obviously struggling to fulfil orders and I don’t want to make things worse for them and that’s not fair . I would appreciate it though if you could expedite my order that was placed 25th Feb as this was a gift for someone. Order 12877. Many thanks and good luck 👍
Odins Beard Care has some of the best beard products I have used. I like how they smell, the great range, the Norse theme and supporting a small business. But you will not receive your product. They have zero customer service, no email or number to contact. I have tried odinsbeardcare at gmail (which worked when my first order was not sent to me) but to no response. So they have quite plainly stolen nearly £40 from my pocket for nothing. They are now shutting down, which is a shame but expected given how terrible they are at actually shipping their product.
Still not received my order unfortunately been 1 month since I placed it. The products when they arrive are amazing as I’ve used them before. But the wait time is far too long. Hopefully order arrives in the next few days.
After using Odin's for years and having given excellent feedback in the past it saddens me to say things have slipped badly..I've been waiting for 2 months for my last order to arrive..no response to emails but receive constant spam offers almost daily... despite making quality products Darren clearly no longer cares about his customers or fulfilling orders or offering anything approaching customer service..the only way to get through is to talk woth my feet..won't be using Odin's again

Again - I have yet to receive any reply about my order #12859 which has not yet been dispatched despite being well outside the dispatch window. I have reached out on email, instagram and trust pilot already multiple times and haven’t received word. It’s such a shame because the products really are excellent but the wait times are far longer than posted and the customer service never reply or give you updates.
I ordered on 10th of December 2023 and I am still waiting for my goods. No response to my last email and I'm now disputing the payment. Never had an issue before but as this was a Christmas gift and it's now March, am I expected to wait for Christmas 2024?
Order #12784 was placed on the 13th January. After an email requesting an update I was told on February 19th (a Monday) that I'd have my order with me on Wednesday of that week. It's now March 4th and I'm now another customer being ignored by email. That's been over 7 weeks since the order.
Writing another review as it seems the only way to get this joke of a business to respond is via these reviews. I posted a review days ago as have others yet there appears to be selective choosing on who he wishes to respond to, and select people he is willing to help. Absolutely poor all Facebook comments and instagram comments being ignored but a comment on here 20 minutes ago gets a quick reply? Hoping this second post of mine gets a reply so I can get my partners order!!! Why the selective choosing? Why are you valuing some customers more than others? I say value lightly as you’re responding due to them also having the same issues as the rest of us. Interesting and utterly disgusting.
