Never received my beard balm emailed them they ignored me no refund nothing stay well clear of this fraud company
Really disappointed. Placed an order on 3rd December and was sent an email confirmation advising 5-7 days dispatch, which was perfect as I had ordered this as a Christmas Present. I was then emailed on the 23rd December after emailing for an update, only to be told the order wouldn't be fulfilled until the owner was back in business on the 28th December. Very disappointing as this was ordered as a present. But fine, I understood this. After then hearing nothing, or receiving no further emails, I have sent multiple emails asking for updates only to be ignored. I have also asked for a refund on a number of emails too, again also to be ignored. I was then emailed on the 8th Jan by the owner telling me that the order had been dispatched, but did not provide me any tracking or confirmation of this. I told him again I still haven't received this order, and I once again have been ignored. It's now the 16th January almost 6.5 weeks after I placed the order and I am left feeling not only completely helpless as to where my order is, but also incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service. I would have been a lot more understanding if I had received proper communication rather than copy and paste answers. I have ordered from you in the past and was pleased, however this experience has completely put me off and I won't be ordering from this company again. If I haven't had an update within the next 24 hours I will be requesting a refund from my bank as this is ridiculous.
Cracking beard oil but really needs to get on top of his despatch of items. Like others, I’m waiting on an order to be despatched. A friend has been waiting 6 weeks, others have been waiting longer. Relentlessly emailed with various promos etc but I really believe the company should put a hold on any further promos until they can get a hold on outstanding orders.
Been buying his products since 2020, never had any issues. Only until this time order was placed in October which took 3 months for it to finally arrive today. The long wait time wasn’t ideal but he did what he could to get them delivered, but the items which I’ve bought are always great. Best beard balms can’t find any like these anywhere else.
Gorgeous products went out of their way to get them to me for Xmas. Thank you 🙏🏼
No items delivered. Poor customer service. Requested refund. Refunded via e-check from a bank with zero balance so it gets cancelled by his bank. Avoid at all costs as he's a massive fraud with a lot of disputes on his PayPal for similar issues
I have placed 2 orders one arrived after nearly 3 months of waiting and was incomplete. Placed a 2nd order with a request to send the missing items with this order. 2 months later still no delivery if 2nd order. Don't get me wrong the products a top notch. But the service.... I can understand some delay... but when it is promised in days and months later still nothing. At this point of writing I'm still waiting for the 2nd order to be delivered... despite ordering in October. Good news it arrived... missing an item though! So not so good news... considering how long it took last time... I may /may not get the full order in fullness of time.
Despite the difficulties they were experiencing, the order did actually arrive in time for Christmas and the recipient was very pleased.
Received my order yes it was late.changing properties at this time of year dosnt help .I smelt one of the products and it smelt delicious will definitely be ordering again
Products smell amazing and are packaged well and high quality items. Although there was a big delay all items arrived as they should be. It took almost a month to receive my order but always had replies to my emails when I sent them. I will continue to use this company and will be ordering again soon.
Received my order of heimdal beard butter and i have to say the product is fantastic, It did take a little longer to arrive than expected but throughout the delivery process i did receive emails about the company owner having to relocate and with it being a small company the delay would be expected in my opinion I will definitely be ordering again and doing all i can to help a small business, keep up the good work creating the fantastic products and all the best for the future 🤟
Well I ordered on the 17th November,still nothing,I’ve sent multiple emails stating my order number and to ask what’s happening with my order.No replies no apology nothing. Quick to take my money but still no refund or to let me know it’s on its way even though he promised all orders will be despatched by the 15th December. But having sales on every week and stating will get there before Christmas is just blatant lies. I’ve never bought from a company with this low customer service. I honestly do hope you recover from this but you really should not be taken orders now and discounts until you have supplied the orders to the customers like myself and others who have been waiting along time. The items I ordered were going to be a gift for Christmas sadly it doesn’t look like there going to arrive.
Always top quality! Only beard care I've ever used and I have no plans to change! Always happy with what I get and the customer service and communication is always top. I don't understand negative harsh reviews. People have become too used to next day amazon to really appreciate small business operations. Yes the lead time was longer than normal. But all along there has been good communication and updates. Under the circumstances which have been explained I agree which another review I would like to see any complainers do better. Keep doing what you're doing! Thankyou!
*3rd update* after messaging a few times this has now been resolved as he paid me my refund straight into my bank account. We got there jn the end didn't we mate. Just need to prioritise your customers a bit better in the new year and just stop making promises to do things and then not do them..wish you luck for 2024 and a better way of doing things yeah? *2nd UPDATE* Contacted them asking why they had canceled my refund, told me he didn't know why it had but that he would re issue the refund in the morning. Its now the afternoon and still nothing so i contacted him again to ask why the refund hasn't been issued and now all i get is silence. I am now pursuing legal advice to claim for theft and fraud unless i get my refund. *UPDATE* after raising a dispute with paypal a refund was being processed, as of today 18/12/23 i've been told by paypal that the seller canceled the refund process. I have now been in touch with the seller via WhatsApp with a warning to pay my refund or I'll take them to small claims court. Ordered in November and when I started receiving emails in December both advertising a Christmas sale price but also that they were behind with their orders i decided to reach out a couple of times to see what sort of delay there would be. I never received a reply. I looked online and started seeing bad reviews for a time period my order was part of and started to get a little worried. Now here's the thing.. I am a returning customer, someone who has used this compnag quiet a few times, yeah there's been the odd missing product or quantity changes within the bottles but it didn't matter as the company always got back to me and made me feel valued as a customer. Fast forward to now..I'm left without any contact, ignored as if my order of about 10 beard oils is just not important, as if I'm not important. I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute for lack of product as my online account was still showing that my order was unfulfilled. PayPal got right on it and contacted the company who have now canceled my order, which I'm guessing means they still hadn't put it together yet, and now I'm waiting for my refund to process. And in all of this time no contact from the company to apologise or make me feel like a valued customer that they are sorry they have let down. And in a of this time i was still getting emails telling me to order more product so i could get it in time for christmas. You couldn't get me my order that was a month ago what makes you think you could do it in a week? I've now also read other reviews where it's been more than one month and people are still without..how can this be allowed to happen? Your Communication was rubbish and well non excistant really. I supported you when you wernt as well known and now I feel let down. J wish you all the best and hope you get over this funk and get back to your roots of providing a service as good as your product otherwise it could be a downward spiral your on.

Ordered first time and waited 11 days and was missing one item and accepted human error and reordered as I wanted to give benefit of the doubt and instant regret as he's lied stating the item was dispatched by royal mail three times and mysteriously gets lost on tracked post in succession. Really unprofessional and eventhough the one product I received was really good the service is massively disappointing. It's been 28 days since I ordered and zero products delivered. I would like to add you promised last Thursday this would be delivered by latest this Thursday which is a blatant lie on your side. Just process the refund I'm sick of waiting and being lied to. I will quote your messages to be below "Best I can do is tracked delivery on Monday if your 100% wanting to try the Xmas stuff etc I'll pop u top of list" "Nah I can 💯 assure u latest u get this is Thursday" Both of these were sent on 30th November

I can't review the product from Odins beard care as I'm still waiting to receive my order after nearly 9 weeks. I was aware there was an issue with back logs etc which I had been very understanding of, however, after 6 weeks I contacted odins beard care for an update where I was told my order only appeared after a manual search. I was told that my order would be shipped that week, it's been a further 2 1/2 weeks and I've not received anything. I made contact again asking for a refund to which I've received no reply. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your beard products. There are plenty of other small beard care businesses out there that will deliever your order in a fraction of the time.
I don't really like leaving less positive reviews in this case, I feel its warranted a place the order at the start of September so I have bead oil to go on holiday I was then message seeing there was a backlog of orders which was fine. What I found particularly frustrating is the during the free months I've waited for my order. You have continued to run constant discounts and promotions despite having a backlog of over 300 orders. Yes you kept us all well informed with constant emails but when you've had my money for over 3 months emails do little to satisfy unfortunately. One of the products in my order isn't even correct on the peers to be from their partner company Arthur J Hawke which is somewhat disappointing as it's not what I ordered. Put the real cake in the teeth. Is that on top of the whipped butter is the word "Seggs slag for sex" handwritten in Sharpie. After waiting all this time, it's completely unprofessional. Adding to the fact upon checking the levels of the beard oils, they're not consistent. They're filled to different levels. Overall a pretty poor experience.

Jan 17,2024Order #12667 - I’ve tried reaching out but don’t seem to be getting a reply. Placed an order on November 27th as a gift for my fiancé for Christmas - it’s now January 17th and nothing. Daily / bi-daily receiving promotion emails when he had said before there would no promos running in the month so orders could be caught up on. But yet, here we are! I’m patient and will always try and support a small business but when communication is zero and the opposite is being done to fulfill the order then my patience and understanding is wearing thin. If there’s a genuin supply chain issue, that’s fine but communicate it. If I don’t have an order by the end of January, I’ll be going to my bank for a request - a £60 order is a fairly big order for beard products to never receive them. Update: Darren replied to my review here but hasn’t emailed me. 5 days and I’ll be contacting my bank to reverse the charges as it shouldn’t take 2 months with CONSTANT Free promo emails to catch up on orders when he’s promoting for more orders. Catch up on your backlog before seeking more orders you can’t fulfill!!
