Placed my order on 13/08/2023, its now 03/03/2024 and still have not recieved my items nor the refund i requested. Hard to get a response at first when contacted, had to message on facebook messenger, was reassured on 14/11/2023 that it had been sent out twice but was returned to odins beard care and would be sent again and just needed a "HS code" to get past customs. After the product failed to arrive again i requested a refund but no reply. Have sent numerous emails and messages on facebook since and no reply. From the comments on the company's facebook page this seems to be the case for many other customers also. I dont want to hear any excuses that it is a one man business, or anything else, it has been almost 7 months. Every other day Im recieving emails about offers and half price beard oils but nothing relating to my order. I paid 50 euros, i have recieved nothing. I want a refund. If you cannot supply the product, thats fine. But the absolute lack of communication and respect for paying customers is ridiculous, i dont know whats happening with odins beard care as it seemingly was great at one time. But to take customers money only for them to recieve no product, then to be ignored after being told itl be shipped again seems like it's become a scam.
Ordered product on January 20th and still not received by March 1st. Assurances by email that the order was being processed but no dispatch notification or communication from seller without having to chase them up. Appalling service. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
I have been a loyal brand customer for 4 years but the last 9 months have been hell! I placed an order in August 2023 and then another in November 2023 and after multiple emails, DM’s and comments on social media they got “delivered” in the middle of December but with items missing. I contacted the owner immediately and was promised they would be sent out, here we are at the end of February and all my communications are being ignored, comments on social media posts deleted and as some items are from the August order over 6 months ago I cannot claim a refund through PayPal because of how long it has been! Your first order or two will be great and then the problems start! Just avoid like the plague as he shows no loyalty to customers who helped build the brand and have been loyal for years, no apologies, no compensation, just late or completely undelivered orders and then blanked when you try and chase them up. Save your money and head elsewhere as that is the only way he will learn.
Ordered item on 13th didn’t get dispatched till 27th Got told after I order it that they have issues with 5-7 day dispatch time Tried to email them got nothing back
I placed an order back on the 08/12/23. Yet to receive any conclusive update despite the constant emails of various offers. No answer from messaging on Instagram. One email was actually sent out to express apologies with the hope that the order would be dispatched and delivered soon. I wouldn't have minded if there was a genuine authentic response to keep the customers updated with realistic dates. I appreciate the order was placed over the Christmas period which can be a busy time but coming up to three months without the item is ridiculous.
Can’t review something that never turned up?
I'm gutted to be writing such a negative review for a company that makes great products but honestly, the customer service is abysmal. I've been waiting for an order since December and despite the odd email suggesting the order is on its way, I've still not received my items. They don't bother replying to my requests for updates and if I do get a response, it's clearly a generic message. It's absolutely awful dealing with them, to the point where I'd settle for a refund if I ever thought they would give me one - instead, I'm just hoping my package eventually shows up. Again, great products, awful customer experience. Purchase at your own risk I guess.
Haven’t received my order which I placed on the 3rd of February yet? Emailed them 4 times no response will be going to PayPal for a refund if I don’t receive by 20th February not happy at all
Placed an order 23/11/23 and still waiting on it being delivered despite a dispatch notice on 22/01/24. Let’s face it my order has never been dispatched. I’ve sent numerous emails and never had a personal reply however have had daily emails on promotions. I’m really disappointed as have order and enjoyed these products in the past. My next step is to ask my bank to step in and try and get my money back as I don’t believe I’ll receive my order. I completely understand the upheaval the company has had however at that point sales should have been closed instead it was assured if placed before the end of nov we would have orders by Xmas then it was Jan and we’re now in the final weeks of feb and still nothing. Really really disappointed.
Ordered ~2 months ago. I was told it was shipped 1 month ago but it still hasn't arrived. Tried to reach out multiple times but got nothing useful back and can't see an option for a refund on the website
Awful Experience, Avoid! It's been a month since I placed my order and I still have not received anything. I have asked multiple times for an update, the only response I have received was a lie saying it had been dispatched when it clearly has not. They have sent me multiple marketing emails a day during this time. This is annoying but also frustrating as they clearly will not be able to honour the orders they get as a result from these emails.
It's hard to write a review for a product that hasn't been dispatched yet although it was ordered on the 24 Jan and I'm writing this review on 09/02/24. So for now I can only give a review of the handling of the order.
In all honestly the products are amazing ! Takes its time to get here but that can’t be helped as I’m sure they are super busy
I never write negative reviews, however in this case, I have had no choice. I am yet to hear back regarding my order and I have had 3 emails and an Instagram messaged ignored. It is SO disappointing as this was a gift and it feels like the company were happy to take my money, however not respond or send the products. I have received emails clearly sent to a mailing list saying they would personally respond to outstanding orders and have I received an email? No. So it is a double kick in the teeth and no honesty from the business! Terrible experience and will not be buying from here again. I am concerned as I can’t request a refund as they are not responding. Do not buy from here, as they do not value their customers.
Ordered 6th January still awaiting delivery. Emailed twice to ask how long will be and not even had a reply. Still not received had generic email saying things would be sorted by 7th February over week later still nothing. Don't fall for reviews saying about small independent company etc,etc I run a one man band company and there's no excuse for not replying to customers to advise of delays instead of ignoring them and then sending generic email. Awful customer experience. I hope people read this and think twice before ordering there's a lot of other small companies doing same sort of products with much netter service
Ordered on 19th of December and still haven’t received the order. I have sent multiple emails asking for an update or a refund but received no reply. Will now be contacting my bank to open a payment dispute and I will also be in contact with trading standards EDIT: I asked for a refund over a week ago as I’ve had to purchase from another company but I’m yet to receive it or hear back from you.

Placed an order on 11/11/23, waited until 02/01/24 to email asking where my order is to which there was no reply. Commented on a Facebook post where they replied saying they'd message me now, but no message received... Emailed again asking for a refund but they said my order had been sent out that day. Waited over a week and still no order so I went through PayPal for a full refund. I keep recieving constant emails and Facebook posts regarding new offers and discounts but they can't even sort out orders from over 2 months ago and this isn't an isolated case. Lots of people have been complaining about their order times and lack of communication. Don't believe the lies from the company regarding getting orders out. Will say anything to delay
Ordered 13/12/23 and after numerous whatsapp,Facebook messages and emails and being ignored I just asked for a refund on the 12/01/24 and instead they f losing out on money they decided to just ship out my order after I asked for the refund as I was highly unsatisfied with there service. Only to only receive some of my order. I didn't even get a ln update that this was happening. Very unprofessional company. I will also add do not expect what they advertise on their website like the £55 bundle that clearly shows a nice leather wash bag as that is not included. After numerous messages and posting this they finally answer only to give false promises to give a return label but then ignore any messages sent to ask from r the label that takes minutes to email and it has been days nothing I highly recommend to avoid this company at all cost they will give the same auto response that they are overwhelmed with orders then maybe stop sales till they have got on top of the back log. That's not the customers fault only theirs.

Mar 04,2024The quality of the items is honestly top notch but this is now twice in a row i have been waiting on a dispatch email far longer than the stated times. I placed an order in September and did not receive it until the middle of December - i was willing to look over this as it seemed the business was exceptionally busy for black friday and the owner promised a better system for the future, however I have now had a second order still not dispatched well after the posted times. It is now looking extremely unlikely that i will get my items in time for the intendeds birthday even though the order was placed well in advance. Really disappointed to have reached out on multiple platforms for an update to receive no replies at all. Almost at the point of logging a dispute with Paypal. *EDIT AFTER BUSINESS REPLY* My order number is 12859 if you could check this for me.
