I been using these beard products for over a year now. They are the only beard products l use now. I love the range. The scents are great and authentic. Customer service is great too, emailed with some late changes post order all dealt with in a great relaxed way. I will be a happy loyal customer for a long time.

Fragrance wise, this is the best balm I've picked up. Accurate to their descriptions and it seems to last a little longer than others I've tried. Both the balm and the butter soften my beard and have helped to make it appear thicker and glossier. Very happy to have been introduced to this brand. Yes they're delivery times are a little long, but you just need to be aware of it and factor it into your purchase time. Instead of whining about it like a lamb.

I've bought from Odin's Beard Care a few times now, and each time the delivery has been prompt and well packaged. As for the product itself, I've used many different oils on my beard over the past couple of years, from One society, Arthur J Hawke and The Beard Struggle and I'm most impressed with Odin's Beard Care. The oils are nice and thick, the scents I've used are beautiful and long lasting (Odin, Heimdall, Surtur, Vidar). I've also had the Heimdall butter and Odin balm, both of which are fantastic quality in both feel in the hand and on my beard and also smell incredible. Truely the best beard care company I've found and will keep coming back.

This stuff really is amazing, my beard looks and feels so much better! The scents are divine and pretty much last all day. Love putting this stuff on, my beard is fresh and ready for the day. I do find the delivery times frustrating and there has been times where i have thought am i actully going to recieve this but Darren always gets back to me to help and sort it out. Im a customer for life.

Fantastic products, the beard oil and balm from Odinsbeardcare definitely my go to when I grow a beard. Great scents with a nice shiny non greasy finish. 10/10 from me.

I wasn't going to do a bad review. But here goes I have purchased god knows how much stuff from odins over the last what 3 years? My latest order was my first for a long time as I got rid of the beard. I placed my order on the 20/05/22 and still haven't had it. I probably won't get it now for a good while because of the bank holidays. Taking into account the label issue. My main issues are dispatch times for this order in particular got an update to say it had been shipped on the Monday 30/05/22 when it hadn't even been given in to the post office till the Wednesday. 01/06/22 I also remember seeing that this backlog would be dispatched the weekend prior and would be expedited. That never happened. My second issue is yes it's a small company but if things aren't "ready to go" the shouldn't be in stock surely? I've had a few issues over the years and probably won't do an order for a while now. If this keeps happening however I'm going to have to look at a more reliable company. Genuinely do appreciate its a small company but these niggling issues are going to become a problem from some of the reviews I've read.
I’ve always rated OBC products since the company first kicked off. Never ever had any issues with the products themselves, they’ve always been absolutely top notch and exceptional. My issue is around the level of service when it comes to getting products to customers. I’ve leaned away from OBC in the last year purely down to the ongoing issues about dispatch and delivery. I don’t know what’s happened, but literally every order seems to have a problem with it now. It started about 18 months ago and after 6 months or so of ongoing problems, I stopped buying OBC as a result. I had orders that got lost by Royal Mail, I had notifications that orders had been dispatched when they hadn’t, and unreasonable delays in some orders being sent out. I recently got an email about the new scent profiles and bigger balm tins so thought I’d pull the trigger and give the company another go as the products are so good. After 10 days I got a dispatch notice. Prior to that I got two separate emails on two separate dates with two separate problems relating to the dispatch of my order - one about labels being the wrong size and one about dropper bottles being in short supply. Now another 5 days after dispatch, I’ve still not received my order. If this wasn’t the latest in a long list of issues that seem to affect my orders alone being enough, I also order from an American company. In the interim, I placed a decent sized order from said American company AFTER my OBC order, which has arrived before my OBC stuff. I appreciate it’s a small independent business, but taking payments when the stuff physically isn’t available to fullfill orders just seems to be a recipe for failure to me. Add into that the fact that a company from America got their stuff to me in quicker time than a company that’s literally based in the next town to me and I think it’s understandable that I’m disappointed. Especially when paying nearly £6 for express dispatch and delivery. At this point for me, i don’t think it matters how good the new products are when and if they arrive, I won’t be ordering from OBC again, sorry. *Update* The owner has responded and been good enough to refund the postage fee, which is more than fair in my view. My products still haven’t arrived but I don’t think there’ll be any issues with them when they actually do. As I’ve stressed, the products are always fantastic, top shelf quality.
Very impressed with the oils and butters. I would just say be patient with the delivery times as smaller business and products made in small batches. Plenty of freebies to spend a little more but worth it.
I'm not happy because I paid more customs fees (13€) with the shipping costs I paid 28€. I won't be ordering from you again.
