Dec 18,2021So, after finding OdinsBeardcare on trustpilot and deciding to make an order. I can honestly say I really didn’t expect the order to take 15 days for dispatch and then another further 3 days to arrive on my door step. This at first really frustrated me! As of course I wanted my products quickly but I soon realised why the 18 day wait was so so worth it!!! I have been growing my beard on and off for a few years and of course I have tried many different brands of beard oils/butters ect. I have my favourites but OdinsBeardcare is now at the top. It’s so fresh, the sent is so powerful and the butter instantly melts in my palms with so little effort. I can honestly say applying beard oil into my damp beard at 7am, I can still smell the sent at 5pm and that’s after a long day at work. Adding the butter into my beard before bed is so easy as the butter just melts into my palms. I will be making another purchase soon and this time, I will be very happy to wait for the dispatch as I know it will be worth the wait. Also side note. Thank you for packing the products in bubble wrap as my postman just throw the parcel over the fence. The oil and butter were packaged so well and nothing was damaged. Thanks OdinsBeardcare. :)

Dec 14,2021So, for the sake of full transparency, this is my first order from Odin's Beardcare, and it IS during the Christmas period...so I need to bear that in mind. I've still not received my order, so can't really speak into the product itself, but I can say that the ordering process, selection of products and the ability to make a quick, clear choice is absolutely second to none. I can tell that this is a company who are not going anywhere and so, to buy beard oil in the UK, I will almost certainly be coming back. If the product is as good as I believe it will be, then I will have no hesitation in saying that this is a company I will be returning to, time and again. Just waiting for the product to turn up now, although I feel that this assessment is a little unfair, given that I'd ordered a product at what is arguably the busiest time of the year.

Dec 09,2021Great products my husband has loved everything we’ve ordered so far! Take a wee while to arrive but it’s states that in the email and so worth that wait 🤩 all emails responded too super quick and really helpful! Will definitely buy more products they smell amazing!

Nov 08,2021If I'm honest, I like the products but the service let's everything down. When the email states "the order should be with you in 5 days but allow 11 day due to royal mail" and after 15 days I have to make contact to ask where my order is, only to be told they are really busy and haven't even dispatched the order. Then to wait another 7 days for the order to reach me after paying £5.99 delivery, it all seems laughable the basic lack of service, especially when all items were in stock when I ordered! And to top it all off the royal mail label said £3.99 paid, so I've paid over the odds for delivery of items that took nearly a month to arrive.

Nov 01,2021Products as always are fantastic. Had a massive delay with delivery took nearly 25 days to get to me, had to chase to find out what was happening. But the products are definitely worth the wait. Just a shame about the comms.

Sep 23,2021Have to be honest, this is the second time I've been asked for a review in the 2 weeks since I placed the order and it hasn't arrived. It took over a week for it to even be dispatched. Products themselves are likley good but I couldn't tell you either way. Edit: the company came through, the product is high quality and I’ve ordered from them again, I can comfortably recommend them 😊

One of my purchases was lost in the post, after extremly quick correspondance I received the replacement product the very next day.
