Apr 24,2022Update: my beard oil has arrived so I have a product to review! And the good news is that is smells amazing. I'm a big fan of sandalwood/tobacco/coffee scents and this Heimdall fits right in. Lovely stuff. Shame I had to make a complaint for the product to arrive but it got here in the end, 4/5. I hope that the beard oil is good, and the description of it is nice, but sadly I'll never know because after three weeks my order still hasn't arrived and the company hasn't replied to my emails. I did get a shipping notification (late, and only after I emailed them to enquire) and despite having paid for first class tracked I haven't been given any tracking info. Where could my bottle of Heimdall beard oil be? My local postie keeps a clean face so I doubt he's knicked it. I like to think that it's gone on an adventure, and that some fine bearded chap somewhere is enjoying it. Sadly though, I am not that bearded chap, and so I've had to ask PayPal for my money back. Such is life.

Apr 20,2022Have to say I was disappointed with the service received. Took 2 weeks for confirmation of postage for an order with no correspondence from the company. I emailed them that if it wasn't for my job I would have cancelled the order. A little communication would go a long way but No response... not the worst customer service but enough to disappoint me and want to spend my money elsewhere in future, which is a shame.

Apr 15,2022Have tried the butters, the balms, and the oils. The products are non greasy and the balms have a strong hold. The best part are the scents - bold and masculine. Highly recommend.

Apr 13,2022I am unable to comment on the product as it has not arrived. Was ordered on 26th March, we're now on 13th April. Emailed the shop directly and rather than a reply to my query just received a shipment confirmation, no explanation regarding any delay or acknowledgement to my query. Hoping product arrives soon and is worth the wait.

Apr 10,2022First parcel from 17/3/2022 did not arrive and had to be sent again which did arrive after 2 days of posting and now second order has not arrived yet again and was ordered on 20/3/2022. I received notifications that both orders had been sent albeit not exactly quickly and yet neither have been received after this notifications and first order required a replacement being sent. No tracking so unable to even see where the issue has arisen.

Mar 19,2022After my regular supplier of Beard Products decided to restrict sales to the US I needed a new source for Beard Care. Tried a few but there was always some kind of problem or the quality was lacking. I was searching on the internet and OdinsBeardCare came up, I thought anyone who has the guts to name his company after the AllFather of the old Norse Gods might be worth a go. I wasn't disappointed and my trial purchase has led to many more. Both the Balm and Oil are first rate, the scent pallete is such that I almost have a perfect fit for any occasion and they keep my beard in great condition without being heavy or greasy. Thor,Njord and Hiemdal are particular faverites but Odin and Loki come a close second. Customer Service has always been first rate and the range of offers is such that trying something new from the range is never a gamble, would heartily recommend for the fledgling or experienced beardsman. Maybe there is a bit of Viking in all of us!!
