Feb 27,2022I can not comment about the quality of the product as I have never received them. Order placed and paid for, website said a 3 days for despatch and 3 days postage, email conformation said delivery within 11 days. Two weeks later and two messages ignored and still no product. My order status on the website still says unfulfilled, a bit like my expectations. So the product might be brilliant but service and communication are poor. Other reviews similar to mine have been answered with he is short of staff or postal issues due to Christmas, well the postage isn't an issue and communication is key to the success of any small business. Good products are no good with out good customer service. My clients wouldn't except this from me. I have asked for a full refund including postage as nothing has actually been done as yet, but again reading other reviews I might be much older before that even happens.

Feb 20,2022Have tried 2 different oils with completely different ingredients and did not enjoy using them. I personally found them very greasy and the scent not pleasant.

Feb 17,2022I have made around 5 orders with this company and the products have been ok. However my last 3 orders have been a mess. One order was set to come with a free beard oil and this did not arrive. When emailing the person on the other end said I was not eligible for the offer. I then sent a screenshot to prove I met all requirements to then be ignored. Today I made an order and this was cancelled. Followed by a text to say I could only order one of the discounted products per order. This was not stated on the website or on the promotional email I was sent. I hate to leave a negative review. Especially on a smaller businesses who I love to support but feel this has been a terrible experience.

Feb 09,2022Excellent price but the delivery wait is frustrating. Made a few orders from Odins and 50% of the time the orders take forever to come or don't come at all. I ordered from other beard companies on the same day and those orders came 2 days later. I made an order over 2 weeks ago and it's still not arrived. Order #9697

I bought the Loki Beard Oil, smell great and good quality oils and have noticed the difference in how the beard hair feels .

Jan 15,2022As the owner of a brand new beard, a colleague recommended Odin's for a bears balm, and as it was a small British company, I was keen to place an order. They have a lovely range of interesting products, and I chose the Balder Balm. It arrived today (took about a week). It smells amazing, and after getting it warmed up, went on easily, giving a nice finish to go with the unique aroma. Thumbs up from me.

Jan 11,2022I have used beard balm and oils from Odins for about 18 months now and its amazing. The fragrances are all great, its not greasy like some major brands, also keeps my beard fresh and soft and lets face it, the ladies love a soft beard to stroke, especially when their hands smell nice afterwards! 5 Stars is not enough, pick Odins, its the best by far.

Mar 06,2022Shocking customer service; makes his mistakes seem like the customers and doesn't take responsibility. I ordered several beard oils from the sale section to only be sent some of them and he said that it should be 1 per customer even though it doesn't state that anywhere on the site or during ordering. I also paid extra for 1st class delivery and my order wasn't even dispatched until I asked about it 11 days later! Incorrect amount has been refunded so I still don't have what I actually paid for. I ordered from AJH for several years before this company took it over and it was perfect, such a shame this brand has made it go downhill.
