Placed an order for 3 oils there was a slight problem with shipping but Darren was outstanding in his customer service and resolved the issue quickly and with minimal fuss.

Your questions and their accountability will be deflected with lies and conflicting information. I ordered on the 30th of September and received an automated email stating it can take 11 days for my package to arrive which kind of conflicts with the 3/4 day dispatch time and 48 hour delivery stated on the website but maybe that accounts for delivery delays outside of their control I can understand that. 6th August (7 days since ordering) and still no dispatch update so I email them for an update to which I'm informed it takes 11 days for dispatch which conflicts with both the information on the website and in the automated email this is now a confusing and annoying situation but I'm told my order is scheduled for dispatch on either Saturday or Monday. Well a further 6 days pass (12th August/13 days since ordering) and still no dispatch so I email again and I'm given an apology for the delay and my order will be sent first class the following day on the 13th August. Fast forward to the 19th of August my package should have arrived if posted 1st class on the 13th but it has not so I email for a tracking number to which I get no reply. 21st of August FINALLY my package arrives but I check the tracking number posted on the package and to my surprise it was actually posted on the 19th of August almost a full week after I was told it would be fast tracked to account for the already unacceptable delays. Not only does this company throw whatever random information they can at paying customers to deflect accountability they also lie about when packages will be posted.

Great products, make my beard smell and look spot on 👌🏻. Took longer for it to arrive but more down to post service than the company. When I emailed to see why item was taking awhile to arrive, got a quick response and good customer service. Highly recommend.

Tried many oil and butter combos but this is really up there. The Heimdall scent is amazing! My beard felt soft and the scent lasted for hours. Quick delivery too. Will definitely be buying again.

Great quality products, the wax works well and smells great as does the free oil. Delivery took a little over 2 weeks hence the 4 stars, but I understand the company is just a one man band at the moment and as such I don't expect miracles. Keep up the good work!

Great company amazing products I went with the heimdall balm went in so easy compared to other balms I've used and the free Odin oil is a fantastic scent highly reccomend. My beard will be glorious when i enter valhalla

Easily one of the best beard products I've ever purchased! The oils and butters will keep your beard smelling nice and smooth for hours. You will not enter Valhalla if you don't use these godly products 😊

Ordered products before and very happy, how ever this time i waited 2 weeks and nothing, emailed and got a reply relatively quickly saying will dispatch today, 3 days ago. Still not received my order. But am looking forward to it as same scent i had before and my favourite beard product used so far. The logistics have been disappointing, but i know i am waiting for a good product.

To be fair, they are fantastic beard products. What let's them down is appalling customer service. My wife took them up on their Father's Day Special Offer, this year, on the very day they announced it, but ended up having to send them an e-mail, asking where the items she ordered were, TWO WEEKS AFTER FATHER'S DAY. She did receive a response apologising, and promising to post them "...tomorrow" (so a fortnight after the day their offer was all about, they still hadn't sent them). Now, you might think that this was a one off, but my daughter experienced a similar problem for my birthday, and I've bought from Odin's Beard Care several times over the past few years, and there is always a ridiculous delay before items arrive. This wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to pay for P&P, but when you do (on top of the frankly fairly expensive product) I think you should at least be able to expect a prompt service - I could have walked to where their products are manufactured, collected my items, and walked home again, in less time.

Fantastic product! Has left my beard soft and healthy! The balm works awesomely as well, keeps the moisture longer and gives it a great shape holding quality. Highly recommend!

As a norse pagan myself I was obviously drawn to the name. So ordered my first oils ( yggdrassil and thor ) and I must say I'm very impressed not only by the quality but the scents and presentation aswell! Cant wait to try other scents and products now after searching long and hard for decent beard care products.....until now !
