Aug 11,2024Sorry to tell happen with me with this omni capital fin is a long storey they are charging me for a driving course i never did after they have collect money from me they now come back that am still owing them £2,300? this was like a trap the company is very bad with customer services if you called they never answer they want to rush end up in a big mess they are not reliable to deal with please be care full when involving yourselves with these cruit people after this why asking BPO debit collect to contact me which i have let them know in the first places I want to go to court? I regret my advise to others please if see this company omni capital please run away is a bad financial company the will ruin your life,

Aug 05,2024I have rang Omni Capital and spoken to various different support line and there is no way for me to stop paying for my loan which will not end until December for a service I am not receiving from Skin Clinic because they have gone bust. There is no protection for the customer and how can they justify this. There is no information on the government website other than “speak to the finance company”. I am now paying £1,800 for a loan/goods that I’m not even receiving. This has caused distress and anxiety as it was a big decision to make to buy this package from our hard earned money and then there are companies like Omni where they don’t even protect you. What a joke, if I ever get into position to buy a package again and if it is through Omni, I will never ever make that mistake again. Please just refund us and have some humanity.

Aug 04,2024I took out a recent loan for treatments at Skn Clinic, the company has now collapsed. I called Omni Capital who clearly didn't care and were incredibly rude!!! No sympathy whatsoever, seems like they knew this was going to happen and protected themselves. Avoid this company!!!!

Jul 26,2024I will never be using omni capital. I paid full on 6 months instalments for SKN treatments. The company has gone out of business and they are not being helpful as I was only half way through treatments. To add to all the chaos. I have received an email from omnicapital that I have not paid my recent instalments. This is adding to all the stress. Not reliable at all

Jul 25,2024The positive side is that emails come through with lightening speed asking for the next item of information. However, all of this information could have been asked at the outset. For example, it must be standard that 3 months bank statements are required and that the potential client's mortgage status is known, so why not ask for these right at the beginning? I received close to a dozen emails from 'Omniport' (whoever they are) in 48 hours. One would have been sufficient. Also, the on-line portal is definitely not "easy to use". If it weren't for the patience of Nahan who guided me through the process, I would have failed completely.

Jul 19,2024I needed to pay my medical bill (Christie Hospital) it's the reason I paid £10 less. Because I committed felony after all, are you going to the court for making the payment, previously it was about not making any payments. And I changed details by phone last month, including my phone number so you haven't called and making the automatic email response making from me a person who is not paying is low, even for a debt agency. Update -> I used your email address - you tend to not responding.

Jul 17,2024So disappointed no support following announcement the skn clinics have ceased trading , basically told I just have to pay them regardless of no service received and no help at all £510 down the drain !!!!
