What a mess about it was to get the ok for a mobile I wanted. It took nearly 1 whole week to get it done after repeatedly being told that everything was sorted out. The annoying thing is I missed the deadline to claim a freebie from Samsung. In future I will seek other methods.

Made telephone call to check out if I paid this loan off early that I would not be penalised. Very helpful and friendly staff. The process was easy to use and uncomplicated.

I was incorrectly debited on 25th September (I owed them nothing) and despite promises to refund me I am still waiting a week later. I was promised three working days! Do I have to go to court?

I have been in touch with their Support team several times and they never fail to make me feel welcome and safe. I recently spoke with Kirsty and Tyler from the Omni Capital Retail Finance team and they have been super helpful. I recently used Omni Capital Retail financing for a course under learningpeople dot com I no longer wished to study the course and unfortunately came to this resolution after the 14 day cooling off period so I still have to pay the fees due. I am currently struggling for money and payments and due to my circumstances with debt, the team have been kind in allowing me to fill in a income & expenditures form - lowering my monthly fees whilst I get back on my feet. Please keep being kind, many of us are vulnerable and it's much appreciated in these tough times. Thank you Omni Capital team. Best, Thahmina Tee

Everything was OK until you have to log in. The password I tried every variation possible but nothing. Eventually I received a phone call then everything worked perfectly

I took out finance for cosmetic dental work and everything was simple and easy. Monthly payments came off with no issue and when I inherited some money and decided to pay off the loan early in full this was straightforward and confirmed in writing the next day.

It’s reassuring to know you take the time to ensure customers are kept up to date with their loan agreements and that you take the responsibility to stop the DD on completion of the finance agreement. Having had previous experiences of non-communication from student loans co, car financiers, and banks, this email was very welcome that you acknowledge the agreement has ended and you’ll end the DD. You’ve been a well organised, professional and considerate company to use, and should the need arise I would be happy to give my custom to you.

AVIOD SNEEKY CONTRACTS I took out a 6 month interest free loan for with this company for a course of laser hair removal treatment with Sk:n Clinic. Sk:n Clinic have gone into liquidation and ceased trading. I signed the finance agreement with Omni on 16th July and the company went into liquidation on 17th July. I was never made aware of this and have only just found out. I am therefore now past my 14 day cooling off period and Omni are telling me I need to continue my payments, even though I won’t receive my treatment and apparently my contract states this is an ‘unsecured loan’ and therefore I have no consumer rights. They advised if I cancel my direct debits my will take action against me and my payment could be higher and it will affect my credit score. I have no option but to continue to pay over £600 and receive nothing for it!

I ordered a shed two months ago through shed.co.uk and used their finance company my order was not processed for two weeks on day 14 I cancelled the contract and asked for my deposit back. Omni informed me that I would receive a refund as soon as shed cancelled the credit agreement and confirmed that I had not received the shed. After cancelling the contract I was informed that I should receive a refund within 7 to 10 working days today is day 12 and I still have not received my money this is a joke, I do not recommend using their services, they are simply scammers...

Interesting setup and easy to follow.... I received Application Referred to the Underwriters I thought I made a mistake so tried again... Then I received "Cancel loan application" after doing the second try I thought oh no its all cancelled. Called them and had a great chat.. was simply time to remove the second setup as wasn't needed. All good. chat was cool and solution email was sent to me. Well Done and thank you.

A super easy way to apply for finance and if I read it right you can pay over your direct debit amount if you choose the shorter term loan options as there's no interest agreement! EXCELLENT if you ask me, that way you can get it paid faster If you have the extra money some months! =)

I was impressed by the simplicity and speed of the finance process for my dental treatment. Setting up the loan online was incredibly straightforward, and the transparency throughout was commendable. Receiving a loan agreement within a day is exceptional service. While I encountered a minor hiccup with the online documents, I was able to resolve it independently.
