Jul 19,2024Habe vor 1 1/2 Jahren bei einem Händler einen ON Schuh gekauft, der nun kaputt ist. Jetzt habe ich die Ablehnung der Reklamation (Kontakt über meinen Händler) bekommen weil der Schuh zu alt ist. ???. In Internet rühmt sich ON mit einer 2-Jahresgarantie. Was lernt man daraus? Nie wieder, danke.

Jul 18,2024Wenn man dem Hype der Schuhe folgt, ohne sich vorher ein klein wenig zu informieren... Wie sehr viele Leute musste ich auch die Erfahrung machen, nur weil etwas eine Menge Geld kostet, ist es nicht gleich ein gutes oder gar Top-Produkt... Kurz und knapp, die Schuhe mit dem schlechtesten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die meine Partnerin und ich je hatten. Nach 6 Monaten war hinten an der Ferse der Stoff kaputt, bei moderater Nutzung als Büro und Stadt Schuh. Auf die Reklamation bekamen wir einen Gutschein über den Warenwert, ohne weitere Worte des Bedauerns etc., wie man es eigentlich gewohnt ist. Mit dem Gutschein andere Modelle bestellt - zwei weitere Paar waren schon beim auspacken am Stoff kaputt bzw. mit großen Leimflecken beschädigt. Scheinbar wird bei ON nicht nur maßgeblich an der Qualität gespart, sondern zusätzlich an der Qualitätskontrolle. Wie derartiger Ausschuss das Werk verlassen kann ist fraglich. Ein weiteres Paar hatte eine so schlechte Passform, dass ein Vertrauen auf dem Trail nicht nicht gegeben gewesen wäre, trotz 2 Größen ausprobiert. Die Speed-Schnürung ist nicht zu gebrauchen, da man diese aus den 2 oberen Ösen lösen muss, um überhaupt in den Schuh hinein zu kommen. Die Firma ON sollte mal bei Salomon fragen, wie man sowas richtig produziert. Würden diese Gummi-Treter im Aldi für 50 € verkauft, wüsste man, worauf man sich einlässt, denn mehr sind die alle nicht wert - Produktionskosten wahrscheinlich wenige Dollar... Nie wieder "Schuhe" dieser Firma!

Jul 18,2024Habe nun mein 4 paar On Schuhe und leider muss ich feststellen, dass die Qualität der Schuhe immer schlechter wird. Aktuell habe ich die THE ROGER Clubhouse Black, diese Schuhe Quietschen bei jedem Schritt und es wird immer schlimmer …. Es ist nicht die Sohle die Quietscht sondern der Schuh an sich. Es ist so laut, das ich schon von fremden Leuten darauf angesprochen wurde! Habe mich also an On gewendet, mit der Bitte, sich dem Thema anzunehmen. Leider zählt Quietschen wohl nicht als Reklamationsgrund und wird somit nicht bearbeitet. Das Quietschen der Schuhe wird meiner Meinung nach durch die minderwertige Qualität des Schuhs erzeugt ( Leder ). Werde keine On Schuhe mehr kaufen…. Herzlichen Dank für ihren Kommentar! Obwohl ich meinen Namen und eine Bestellnummer angegeben habe können sie nichts finden…. Habe insgesamt 4-5 mal mit ihrem Kundenservice geschrieben! Diese Antwort von ihnen spricht natürlich für Ihren Ausgezeichneten Kundenservice und bestätigt nur noch mehr bei ihnen nichts mehr zu kaufen…. Jul 17,2024HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not purchase from ON sports company. I ordered a pair of shoes 16 days ago…I’ve called 3 times and attempted to use their “on-line chat” which NEVER works. I’ve been told for 2 weeks the warehouse is behind but my shoes are packed and ready for shipping. They’re LYING!!! I was guaranteed the shoes would be here for a birthday gift. I will NEVER order from this company again. They’re dishonest.

Jul 16,2024Kann die vielen negativen Rezensionen bezüglich Qualität/Haltbarkeit nur bestätigen. Das ist bereits das zweite Paar On Cloud Waterproof das sich, obwohl sehr wenig getragen, auflöst (Löcher im Fersenbereich innen, aufplatzende Nähte, etc). Die Schuhe wurden rein in der Freizeit getragen (bin kein Läufer). Schade, da mich Optik und Komfort eigentlich überzeugen.

Jul 16,2024This is extremely lousy and Thrash. Parcel is lost by Ups and marked as delivered. Onsite Chat is never online, sent more than 5 mails and no replies. A total scam. Cheated me with a scam delivery and replies are non existent. Unbelievable that an international brand has such sucky and lousy after sales service. Unreliable and total scam! UPS has already informed me that they have declared the item as loss and compensated On. but this merchant is really a scam to have kept quiet and cheated me of the money. really pretentious and not do anything to refund consumer of the loss when they have already gotten the compensation from Ups. Zero integrity!

Jul 15,2024Mega Schuhe - aber unglaublich inkompetenter Kundenservice! Mein Paket scheint verloren gegangen zu sein. Es liegt hier im Verteilzentrum und wird seit 4 Tagen nicht mehr gescannt. Die Dame an der Kundenservice Hotline hat das alles nicht wirklich verstanden. Sie meinte immer ich soll doch warten ob es heute nicht doch noch kommt. Aber wie soll das gehen wenn es nicht mal ins Zustellfahrzeug geladen wurde? Sich um das Problem kümmern wollte sie auch nicht. Sie meinte aus Datenschutzgründen können sie nicht bei DHL anrufen und wo würde das hinführen wenn man sich um jedes einzelne Pakete kümmern müsste. Hallo!?!?!? Ernsthaft? Ich habe es noch ein paar Mal probiert aber die Dame hatte wirklich von gar nichts eine Ahnung. Unfassbar! Jetzt bleibt mir nur über Paypal mein Geld zurück zu fordern. Schade! Eigentlich wollte ich gerne die Schuhe haben... UPDATE: nach meiner Bewertung hier hat sich jemand gemeldet und eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat sich der Sache angenommen. Schön, dass es nun doch noch geklappt hat - Schade, dass es dafür solch ein Druckmittel benötigt und nicht gleich so läuft. Ich habe der Fairness halber die Bewertung daher auf 3 Sterne geändert.

I raised a warranty claim via on.com just to receive the utter rubbish response below from them escaping their own product guarantee. "Thank you for reaching out to us and submitting a claim form. My name is Kostas, and I am a warranty expert as part of the Warranty and Product Team. I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. After thorough examination, I regret to inform you that we are unable to process your warranty claim at this time. Our investigation has revealed that the retailer from whom you purchased the shoes is not an authorized seller of our products. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the quality of the item or uphold the warranty provided by our authorized retailers. Therefore, you'll have to address this issue directly to them." Save your money and spend it well on a more reliable brand with proper customer service.

Jul 14,2024Im Schuh kann ich sehr gut laufen, es passen die Einlagen optimal rein!!!Nur leider für den Preis eine sehr schlechte Qualität. Da der Schuh sich von außen auflöst.Schade!!Hab leider keine Rechnung mehr,sonst hätte ich reklamiert.

Jul 13,2024I regret purchasing from On, how is it acceptable that weeks after placing an order it still doesn’t ship and customer service just says “oh we have a backlog” and that their original estimate is no longer valid and cannot give any time frame - this from a company worth billions - spending no investment into actually fulfilling orders only spending money on social media advertising. It is clear someone within the company needs to be replaced, the warehouse is clearly not staffed properly - some VP in charge of actually fulfillment is really a disaster at their job. This is just not acceptable in 2024 when Amazon will deliver something to you in 2 hours.

Jul 13,2024The purchase I made was sent while i was out of town. When I came back the package was not there and realized the fedex employee had left the package at the wrong address. Fedex asked me to contact the shipper(On) so they could send the invoice or letter with the items that were in the package to get a refund from Fedex. When I contacted On they said they could not help me because more than 7 days had passed since the package had been delivered. I explained to them I was out of town, but still refused to send any information to Fedex. Now I'm out 300 dolars!

Jul 13,2024In Italia non è facile trovare negozi che abbiano un buon assortimento dei prodotti On Running. Se ami questo marchio e desideri scegliere il modello, il colore e la taglia che preferisci è imprescindibile rivolgersi al sito ufficiale (anche se purtroppo pure i prezzi sono quelli "ufficiali"). Devo dire che nella mia esperienza gli acquisti sono sempre andati benissimo. Spedizioni assai veloci con corrieri affidabili che consentono di scegliere tra domicilio e punti di ritiro. Merce che arriva nei tempi promessi e sempre perfetta. La mia esperienza fin qui è ottima ma non ho mai dovuto fare un reso fino ad oggi.

Jul 12,2024When I placed my order 2wks ago, ON stated arrival date of July 10, 2024 & I recieved e-mail stating the same. Today is July 12 & I have not recieved my order - I have been charged however. Every time I track the order it is still sitting in the warehouse. I have called, sent e-mails & no one can tell me when I can expect the shoes. Poor marketing & professionalism by not backing your word on delivery date.

Jul 12,2024Familiar theme here, I got a pair of cloud monster which have “collapsed “ the person I have been emailing said that they collapsed because I have been using them wrong, and they are designed to work in a back to forward motion, I not sure of how else I could walk. They did offer a 20% discount off my next pair, which I politely declined as I would rather not by a pair of trainers that last less than year of weekend dog walks. Jul 12,2024Ich habe mir für meinen bevorstehenden 50km Marsch „waterproof“ Sportschuhe geholt. Ich bin dabei diese einzulaufen. Leider nutzt sich die Sohle nach 2 Monaten extrem schnell ab. Bis zum Marsch kann ich sie nicht mehr verwenden. Des Weiteren quietscht der rechte Schuh beim auftreten. Das nervt mich extrem. Ich bin enttäuscht vom Produkt. Bei diesem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Jul 20,2024Teurer Schuh und schlechte Qualität! Schuh nur als Freizeitschuh getragen und ist nach 1 Jahr reif für die Mülltonne, da der Stoff reißt, Nähte aufplatzen etc. Der Schuh mag zwar sehr bequem sein, aber für das Geld erwarte ich mir mehr!
