On Cloudrunner für 159 € Ende Juli 23 gekauft und Ende Dezember reklamiert. Trageleistung max 50 Kilometer! Bei so einem Schuh darf man auch eine entsprechende Qualität erwarten. An beiden Schuhen gibt es Auflösungserscheinungen an den Nähten. Meine Reklamation wurde mehrfach geprüft und mit der Begründung "Verschleiß" abgetan. Was das mit Verschleiß zu tun hat ist mir ein Rätsel. Wir haben im Haushalt 11 Paar On-Schuhe und es werden sicher keine mehr dazu kommen.!! Sehr sehr schlechte Qualität. Einmal und nie wieder!
Seit 1992 mache ich Triathlon und habe Schuhe verschiedenster Marken benutzt. Meine On-Cloud 5 waren in Sachen Qualität eine Liga für sich: Komplett unterirdisch. Während normale Schuhe jahrelang halten, sind meine On- Schuhe bereits nach einem Jahr auseinandergefallen. Garantie gibt es auch nicht. Das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich derart überteuerten Schrott gekauft habe. Finger weg!
Vorweg, es sind in meinen Augen sehr teure Schuhe und das Design ist hübsch nur die Haltbarkeit ist sehr schlecht. Eine nette Mail an dem Support war recht angenehm, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und waren von der erste Minute bereit mir zu helfen. Ich war sehr begeistert und möchte mich auch auf diesem Weg bedanken. Die nette Kommunikation führte auch zu einem positiven Ergebnis. Ich denke so wie man in den Wald hinein ruft so kehrt das Echo auch zurück denn es sind auch nur Menschen mit bestimmten Kompetenzen. Schlusswort..... Neue Schuhe würde ich mir für den Preis nicht mehr kaufen aber der Service ist in meinem Fall sehr gut gewesen und das auch mit mehreren Mitarbeitern. Danke!
Die Schuhe sind viel zu Teuer. Die Qualität ist echt Schlecht. Kein Halt in den Schuhen und sind nach Kurzer Zeit schon Ausgelatscht. Würde ich nie wieder Kaufen.
Awful company, product and customer service. I bought a pair of Cloudstratus for £150. Once they came I quickly realised these were poor running trainers, the material they use for the tread is hard and the cloud shape is a gimmick providing no real support. I changed my mind and went for a pair of Hoka Clifton 8's which are fantastic. When I went to return the trainers, On running refused to return them and just ignored my emails which was fantastic. So now I'm stuck with these trainers which I can't use to run in, so they became my gym trainers which they were fine for. However after one year of use going to the gym they have fallen apart, the tread is peeling off, the "foam" material cracked and the fabric fraying and worn. I realise now that On running is just a fad, they're fashion trainers and clothes not actually for use in sports. I complained to the company through they're warranty process and was told simply that I must have been running long distance in these (I haven't) and it's simply wear and tear. Imagine 10/20 years ago spending £150 on a pair of trainers, them falling apart after light use and being told it's simply wear and tear. Hilarious. Safe to say avoid this company with a barge pole, terrible products, terrible customer service and all round poor company. To the response from On AG: You market yourself as a running company, literally On Running with a high price tag and spending millions on advertising. Yet your product is poorly made and not fit for running at all, this is misrepresentation. The idea that my trainers are “a little worn” as you say is ridiculous. The tread splitting, peeling off, fabric coming loose and cushioning dead is not “a little worn”. None of my other trainers look like that after years of heavy use. The idea that after the experience with your brand and products that I’d want to spend another £150 with a discount code is laughable.
Do not work for On running unless you wanna get paid on time and after leaving. I left the On store in august after dealing with in store issues and sexual harassment from past employees which as a woman made me very uncomfortable but went unseen for a long time. After leaving I did not receive my holiday pay nor even a email regarding this even though I was told I was sent one I had received nothing!! It’s extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone in this company and I wish I could just get paid for my time waiting to get my holiday pay which I have yet to receive after 4 months.

Qualität echt unter aller Erwartung. Nach wenigen Wochen sind die Schuhe zerfetzt. Sole zu dünn... Fehlt nur noch ein Skandal, dass die Schuhe mit Kinderarbeit gemacht wurden. Könnt ihr 100% Ausschliessen, dass Eure Billigware nicht durch Ausbeutgung und/oder Kinderarbeit produziert wird?
DO NOT ORDER!!!!! I have been emailing and calling for over a month. On sent me the wrong order - not even close to my order. I ordered 2 shoes from last season one was 30% and 40% off. I am a size 7 women’s - they sent me 3 size 12 MENS shoes. I sent the order back. They pressured me to get a refund which I did not want. I want my order that I placed. They are now making me re-purchase the shoes that are now FULL PRICE and are refusing to send me my order. This is a complete scam. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience.
Preis und Leistung stimmt nicht. Ich habe mehrere Schuhe gekauft und die Sohle ist in kürzester Zeit abgelaufen. Ausserdem kann ich die Geräusche bei Nässe bestätigen. Nie wieder und nicht mal geschenkt würde ich die Schuhe nochmal tragen.
Leider hab ich von A-Z schlechte Erfahrungen mit ON-Running gemacht. Der neue Schuh ist von lausiger Qualität. Bereits nach 7 Wochen reisst das Obermaterial, dann bleiben ständig Steine in der Sohle klemmen. Der Kundendienst, Callcenter ist absolut ungenügend. Immer wieder andere Ansprechpersonen und Abwicklung äussersr mühsam und in meinen Augen inkompetent. Die Damen arbeiten im Homeoffice und sprechen nicht gut Deutsch. Ich kaufe NIE MEHR einen ON Schuh. Total überzahlt und lausiger Kundendienst.
On Schuhe sind für mich grösste Reinfall.Habe ein paar On cloud 5 gekauft.Am Anfang waren noch bequem nach einpaar mal tragen vordere Seite gerissen.Reklamation brach nichts fallen nicht unter Garantie.Preis Verhältnis zu TEUER.
I placed an order for the Cloudvista on 12/28. On 1/6, it was delivered, but it was the completely wrong shoe, both style and color. I returned it immediately and called them to say they made a mistake and sent the wrong shoe. They assured me that their warehouse is working on it and promised me expedited shipping on a new pair, even before the receive the return. I called a couple days later and they said the first representative never reached out to the warehouse, but they were going to send it out now. I called today (7 days later) and they said they’re still working on it. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed the order. Customer service is terrible and they don’t know what they’re doing. Warehouse seems incompetent. Even if I did like the shoe, I would never purchase anything from them again so I cancelled my order. If I don’t receive my refund, I will be reporting them to my credit card company and flagging this as fraud.
Awful experience. Order was expected to be delivered on Jan 15 2024. It wasn’t delivered nor was it even shipped. Contacted On, and was told by the Happiness delivery that the order would be shipped no later than Jan 16 2024. And today on Jan 16, I was told that item is running low, it will take the warehouse 2 days to get back to me about the order. Since the order hasn’t been shipped and apparently item is running low, I asked for cancellation. It was rejected. What is this? robbery ?
Ordered On Cloudflow4 shoes on 12/26 and they said if I paid $25.00 for next day shipping, I would receive them by 12/27. Otherwise, I could have free shipping and receive them in 5-7 days. Since I was leaving to go on vacation 12/28, I paid the $25 for extradited shipping because I needed them for my vacation. I didn’t receive the shoes until I was gone on 12/28. I received a confirmation email on 12/26 at 12:13 p.m. after I placed the order but never received another email after that. When I got home from vacation I emailed customer service and asked if they could refund the $25 for shipping since it wasn’t received as promised. I received an email from them stating they would not refund it because I placed the order on 12/27. I sent them a copy of the email confirmation showing I ordered on 12/26 and the shipping date they promised and I never heard another word from them. I will never buy On cloud again. They have the worst customer service from any place I have experienced. I am going to return the shoes and order from Hoka who has great customer service.
No return label in the box and impossible to contact the customer service. I wrote 4 messages and called the only number I could find, which is the European one. As I delivered the shoes in the Philippines, they could not help me but indicated that the team for Asia would take over. No one ever contacted me. I suggest to buy shoes from on running only in Europe. Update: following my review, I have finally been contacted. It seems the only way to get in touch with the customer services is to write a review. They sent me the label. Then I had to call UPS for pick up. However, there is a 290PHP cost for customs. This is not indicated on the website that simply indicates: "Free return". This is therefore a lie as they do not cover all the return cost. I will ship and provide an update regarding the refund.
Update after On Response 01/16/2024. - On certainly did not communicate any sort of cancellation with me. I received the same generic response multiple times that "the warehouse is working on with with priority". It actually wasn't until today that I was able to actually get on a live chat that my item is actually out of stock... but STILL cannot be cancelled since it was passed the 60min window. So they can't cancel and order they aren't even able to fulfill. Still 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COST There seems to be an echo in the room because I am having the same terrible experience with On Running. My order was due for delivery on 01/13 at the latest and it is now 01/15 and the order has not left the warehouse. When trying to chat with an agent there are, of course; none available (I tried to contact 5X). They will not let you cancel and order until its received so they essentially just get to hold your money hostage until they get around to fulfilling your order. How can a company like this still be in business? I haven't seen a customer service review for them over 2 stars and any website. Terrible business they are running and I will be sure to share my experience with anyone that will listen
Squeaky Shoes I purchased my first pair of ON shoes in August, 2023. Within 3 months they started to squeak extremely bad and I thought maybe I was breaking them in and it would go away. I only wear them on the weekend, as I am not able to run any longer. They are for casual wear only. I decided to ask for a replacement in December 2023 and completed a warranty claim which ON denied. I sent pictures of the shoes that were in near perfect condition. I tried their suggestion of using baby powder and the defect remained. I used to be an avid runner and have owned many shoes in my lifetime and I have never had this happen to a shoe so soon. Even with triple the miles I put on other shoes. I have only written a handful of reviews in my lifetime and I felt this disappointed and decided write about this shoe because I am convinced this is a defect. Oddly enough I just discovered another review on this site for squeaky shoes from "Niko" dated 1/12/24. I didn't even want my money back, I merely wanted replacement shoes which they denied. I would reconsider purchasing from this company and perhaps look into alternative shoes that are on the market. I enjoyed the shoe at first, but would be reluctant to buy any more which I would have done.

Jan 20,2024Man muss einfach sagen dass die Qualität der Schuhe für den Preis echt schlecht ist. Mir ist im Schuh alles aufgerissen, vorallem an den Hacken. Das hat dazu geführt, dass ich mir ständig blasen gelaufen habe und den Schuh am Ende bei Schuster flicken lassen musste. Desweiteren quietscht der Schuh bei jedem Schritt, auch noch nach einem Jahr tragen. Hoch halten muss man dem Kundenservice, dass ich einen Gutschein bekommen habe für neue Schuhe. Jetzt hab ich 2 Schuhe mit schlechter Qualität aber immerhin besser als einer :D. Ich würde nicht nochmal ON Schuhe kaufen.
