Hi, I'm reaching out on behalf of my husband regarding a pair of On Cloud shoes he purchased in January 2025 from the official retailer in Lebanon, "Mike Sport." Unfortunately, within less than a month, the fabric has detached from the rubber, appearing as if it needs to be re-glued. He returned the shoes to the retailer, who informed us that they contacted the On Cloud distributor. However, the response was that nothing could be done, which is quite disappointing. This isn't the first time we've experienced such an issue. I purchased a pair from the same retailer in June, and after a few months, they also got damaged. Despite reaching out, the response from On Cloud was the same; no action could be taken. We are disappointed by the lack of support for products purchased through an official retailer and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
Mein letzter Kauf von ON Cloud Schuhen war ein totaler Reinfall! Die Schuhe quietschen so laut dass man Sie nicht in der Öffentlichkeit tragen kann ohne damit unangenehm aufzufallen. Ich habe da mal ein Video hochgeladen damit zukünftige Interessierte sich vor dem Kauf einen Eindruck machen können auf was sie sich da einlassen; einfach mal bei YouTube unter "ON Cloud Schuhe quietschen unangenehm laut" nachschauen... Leider habe ich die Schuhe bei einem Händler gekauft mit dem die Firma ON nicht kooperiert. Daher wurde mir eine Reklamation über ON verweigert. Der Händler ist auch abweisend und behauptet dass das bei Schuhen der Firma ON normal ist und das laute quietschen keinen Mangel darstellt. So werde ich nun als Kunde im Stich gelassen und daher war das auch mein letzter Kauf von ON Schuhen. Ergänzend möchte Ich erwähnen dass wir bereits mehrere Schuhe dieser Marke hatten und die Langlebigkeit bzw die Qualität minderwertig ist! Aber das spiegeln ja auch die anderen Bewertungen hier wieder....
Nicht mehr das was es mal war. Habe schon mehrere Schuhe von On getragen. Leider wird die Qualität immer schlechter. Hatte 3 Paar Schuhe die nach 14 Tagen gquitscht haben, 2 andere Paare waren nach ein paar mal tragen durchgetreten, soll heißen die Stege der Sohle waren nicht mehr tragfähig. Für so viel Geld erwarte ich Top Qualität, da sollte man mal mehr investieren und nicht nur 18 Euro für die Herstellung von einem paar Schuhe. Ich werde mir keine On Schuhe mehr kaufen, sind das viele Geld absolut nicht wert.
Initially, my husband and I were pleased with our purchases of ON trainers. We purchased them from Withers sports shop in Leicester. Within a short time in both cases the end of our big toe came through the shoe. On trying to repair this I realise that the quality of the shoes are not what they should be for the very expensive prices. Most disappointing..
Ich trage seit vielen Jahren fast ausschließlich ON-Schuhe. Ich würde sagen, dass ich mindestens 30 Paar hatte. Habe Freunden immer wieder die ON‘s empfohlen. Qualität lässt jetzt massiv nach. Inzwischen beim 3.Paar festgestellt, dass sich die Sohle löst. Habe nie die Quittungen beim Einkauf aufbewahrt. Deshalb nach ON-Bedingungen kein Garantiefall. Vielleicht sollte ON einmal die Geschäftsbedingungen abändern. Dann wäre es vielleicht ein Garantiefall. Auf meinen Bildern ist eigentlich gut zu erkennen, dass es sich um ON‘s handelt. Ich schreibe nicht mit einem Edding ON auf meine Schuhe. Den Begriff Happiness sollten sie lieber lassen. Am 03.02.25 habe ich nun Antwort erhalten. Ich habe inzwischen 2 Paar ONś in den Mülleimer geschmissen. Hatte irgendwie auf eine kulante Lösung gehofft, aber bei 140 Mio Jahresgewinn ist denen das vermutlich völlig egal. Nie wieder ON.
Bought a pair of limited edition Cloud X Z5 for £160 direct from On and was hoping to feel the "Swiss engineering" that's being advertised as a USP. the shoes are comfy but they squeak loud consistently and continously on any surface and all day. Walking in the office is embarrassing and it attracts unwanted attention when walking on street. Did not expect to face such an old problem with the new engineering. I raised a warranty claim and apparently squeaks is not covered. How is this not a manufacturing/design fault, a £160 pair of new trainers squeaking!
I should have check trustpilot before I ordered. Shoes ordered two weeks ago with a promise of a 5 day delivery. No updates online. Contacted them and they need to talk to The warehouse. It’s a bit of a shambles. Update: I did get a refund after i reached out again. I wanted the shoes. Its a shame
Express delivery takes 2 weeks for parcel to arrive ! That’s a joke And the quality of the shoes is very poor .
Oh my gosh - what validation I felt coming to Trustpilot and seeing so many reviews of the exact experience I've had. I have been a loyal, longtime buyer of cloud5 and my recent pair disintegrate in less than 3 months. When I reached out to On Running they basically said too bad because their warranty doesn't cover soles. I've only had to engage with On Running customer service once over the 5-6 years I've been wearing their shoes and my experience with them then made me love them even more - this time, it's like that don't even care that the quality has diminished. I'll be trying other brands moving forward.
Returned shoes on 28th December due to big size and have contacted via chat twice for refund. Still haven't got my payment. Would never purchase from them again. Poor customer service. Update: they have now refunded me.
I ordered shoes on 11th Jan with an estimated delivery on 16th Jan. After a week they were showing as shipped but not been collected by royal mail. I contected for an update but never got a response. I had to contact again and fight with the 'Chat bot' to connect me to a human. Even once I was connected with a person they didn't seem to undertand what was going on and after 30minutes suggested they 'refund or replace' the shoes, but it would take 7-14 days to ship them.... Which is strange as I could order then through the website for delivery within 2 days. (although I guess from first experience that seems unlikely...) Alongside that, the chat kept saying if I didn't send a message it would kick me off the chat even when I was waiting for a response from the support agent. Really really terrible customer experience.
Refund period is 14 business days and they wait until the last day to process the refund.
Such a bad company wouldn't refund the stolen delivery where delivery wasn't to my door. I wouldn't buy for this company. They insist that the delivery was made and since it is a swiss company, they use a company called Happy Delivery and these people are so slow to respond and wouldn't refund or replace purchase I made for Christmas gifts for two new pairs of sneakers. The delivery by Fedex was thrown into behind trashcan near garage at night. All other deliveries by Fedex that week were delivered my front door. And early morning some one has stollen the box. They insist that the delivery was done correctly and won't even respond my email. Be careful buying from non-American business that doesn't manage customer service.
Sadly like many others it seems ON have gone downhill. Bought pair of shoes 2 years ago which were great. Ordered the same shoes but next version of them and quality really poor and much more expensive 😏 Returned 17 days ago and still no sign of my refund despite it being processed 2 weeks ago. Used to be able to email and get a friendly personal response. Now it’s no contact details and Bots everywhere. Saving money to pay the high profile tennis players no doubt. Classic example of great company gone terrible and forgetting who the customer is 😠 Never again
Ordered a pair of trainers as a Christmas present but we’re unfortunately too small. Returned on 27 December & received confirmation of receipt on 29th. Further email on 2 January to say refund was being processed….now silence & still no refund. Have done chat with online bot who just say will be escalated. Really poor as took about 2 weeks to actually get the trainers in the first place. Will definitely never be shopping with them again!!
I DONT THINK I AM ON MY OWN WHEN I SAY THIS COMPANY IS PROBABLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. RETURNED WRONG SIZE SHOES WEEKS AGO, UNABLE TO GET A REPLACEMENT SHOES OR A REFUND, CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE USELESS NO HELP AT ALL ! SURELY SOMEBODY @ ON MUST LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS & REALISE THEY HAVE SOME MAJOR ISSUES THE FEEDBACK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.
They’ve had my trainers which I returned for over 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for my money.Will not be buying anything off these again
The WORST experience I have ever had. Purchased two pairs of Women shoes Nov 25. Received 1 pair of Men's shoes. Reaching out to On. The method found was through their Chat line. The chat line was a horrible experience that went on for a 14 days trying to organize getting my correct order. The Chat line agent gave me mis information multiple times, (yes you will be receiving your original order, to take your order to the courier and they will send it back and does not need a new shipping label. Stood inline at courier and of course they need a new shipping label) and I was still wondering, will they be shipping the my ordered that I paid for. Would my wife be receiving these shoes for Christmas. After speaking with three difference Chat agents with multiple exchanges, and elevating it to a manager, I learned that they will not refund me until their warehouse received the order they sent incorrectly. So you are going to tie my money up for your mistake? I returned the incorrect order and was told once their warehouse received the shoes, they the refund will be issued. It could take up to 14 business days to receive. 14 business days has come and gone and no refund has been received. No surprize! I had to get some presents under the tree so, and the manager offered a small discount. So I purchased again, thinking no one can screw things up like this twice and to ensure I get them in time for Christmas, i paid the extra for express post, 2 days. I was wrong. On screw things up this bad twice. My postal code was incorrectly put on the shipping invoice. When I would check on its progress, it would say arriving tomorrow, but tomorrow never came until Jan 2th due to an incorrect address. It took multiple phone calls with the courier and chat line conversation to get these shoes by January 2nd. My wife likes one of the pair, but the other pair has this weird pressure point and after all this, her On shoes are off shoes.
Die Qualität und Lebensdauer ist sehr begrenzt, schnell ist die Sohle abgelaufen und das Obermaterial beginnt schnell an Knickstelle zu reissen. Preis/Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt
