Dec 24,2024Wie bei den meisten anderen auch, sind die Schuhe bequem aber die Qualität unterirdisch. Habe die Cloud 5 direkt bei ON bestellt, nach 3 Monaten quietschen beide Sohle bei jedem Schritt, egal welches Wetter und ich habe ein absolut normales Körpergewicht. Service kontaktiert und natürlich (trotz zahlreicher Fotos die gefordert wurden) kein Garantie- oder Gewährleistungsfall. Also war es das leider mit ON Schuhen, da hole ich doch lieber eine andere Marke die länger hält. Mir ist jetzt auch klar, warum man keine Produktbewertung auf der ON Internetseite angeben kann…

Dec 24,2024Je ne suis vraiment pas content « on » j ai passé commande depuis environ le 9 décembre 2024. Numéro de commande : R791702740 Je devais être livré le 13 décembre 2024 je n ai rien reçu. Quand j ai contacté Chronopost on m’a informé que commande été perdu et que je devais me retourner vers l expéditeur donc « on » pour le remboursement. Toujours rien ! En plus c’est que en anglais quand on appel le service client donc j ai du faire la démarche dans mon compte on et même ak téléphone j ai aussi demandé le remboursement mais on me demande d attendre scandaleux !

Dec 24,2024J’ai voulu tester cette nouvelle marque j’ai commandé une paire de chaussure pour le running je me suis malheureusement trompé de taille j’ai retournais la paire pour pouvoir en commander une nouvelle mais sachez que j’attend toujours le remboursement depuis plus d’un mois !! Des escro plus jamais je recommande chez vous le service client ne répond pas !

Dec 23,2024Tracksuit Material Quality is not very good. I bought jogging bottoms and hooded top. Worn once and the material has fuzz bobbles. I bought it because the material felt really nice to touch. For the cost it’s not really acceptable.

Dec 22,2024Product never delivered and no response from the customer service team. I am a regular customer. Like the product but I discourage anybody to buy online. This is not my first time with issues with delivery and there is a complete lack of support if you have a problem

Dec 20,2024Bereits beim zweiten Paar ist die Naht am linken Cloud 5 beim kleinen Zeh gerissen. On Running, die diesen Mist fabriziert, schleicht sich aus der Verantwortung und verweist bei Schäden an den Fachhändler, wo der völlig überteuerte Schuh gekauft wurde. Unglaublich, diese Arroganz! Das waren meine letzten On Schuhe. Ich kann allen empfehlen, auf bessere Schuhhersteller auszuweichen.

Dec 19,2024… ist mir wie bei den „Vorrednern“ ergangen. 3 paar Schuhe gekauft. Mesh reist ein. Abfärbungen an gummierten Zehenbereich. Alle 3 paar Schuhe wurden noch nicht mal „artgerecht“ zum joggen benutzt, lediglich im Büro. Mal schauen was sin ON annimmt…

Dec 19,2024On Running’s customer service is appallingly dishonest and dismissive. They refused to acknowledge their mistake in processing my return and made a final decision without giving me a fair chance to prove my honesty. Their policies conveniently shield them from accountability while punishing customers. I’ll never shop with them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Riduculous AI/Robotic setup for customers, only to finally reach a live person who was not willing to call me and actually talk! No solution offered, no details on my missing item provided, just apologies and excuses. Zero accountability and overall very horribly run business

Dec 18,2024All I wanted was to gift my son a pair of his favourite running shoes. Never received them. Lost in shipping I guess. Reached out for help. No email follow up. No supervisor call back. No refund. Very disappointing client experience. Tiring to have to chase down your order. They could learn from Brooks support model which is responsive.

Dec 17,2024Unglaublich schlechte Qualität, erstes Paar gekauft, an der Ferse den kompletten Stoff durchgescheuert, Gutschein Code bekommen, natürlich eingelöst für das nächste Paar, an der Großzehe der Stoff durchbohrt! Reklamiert und wieder einen Code bekommen, natürlich wieder eingelöst man will ja schließlich was für sein Geld! Was passiert: wieder an der Zehe durchbohrt, diesmal in absoluter Rekordzeit von vier Monate, wieder reklamiert, aber leider kein Erfolg, es läge wohl an meinem Gangbild und es tut ihnen Leid bla bla… Und das bei einem Schuh für 169€ ich möchte einfach nur mein Geld zurück damit ich mir was besseres kaufen kann!!!

Dec 17,2024Stay well clear of these cowboys. Ordered £160 pair of trainers on 29th November, got an email saying about tracking on the 4th but nothing since. First red flag. I tried to use the chat bot, absolutely useless, second red flag. I have then called and spoke with someone who said I will email you later that day or the next day…… still not got that email. Third red flag I’ve then called back again spoke to another agent, stated would you like a refund or a new order, I’ve opted for the new order and they said don’t worry we will send you a new email with order number etc today…… that was two days ago and still nothing. Forth Red Flag. I get a random email saying your delivery will be the 16th of December, thought oh well I will get my trainers now, I finish work and get home, open the box and I find not only have they sent me the wrong trainers but the completely wrong size as well!!! I ordered men’s size 10.5 and they sent me size 6.5 and the completely wrong trainers, absolutely shocking from them! Had a nightmare doing the returns as well last night! Would rather spend £160 on a competitor brand than these clowns. I wouldn’t recommend them at all, spend your money elsewhere. The generic reply is absolutely shocking just like the whole experience, customer service is terrible and il glad I’ve spent my money elsewhere now. It’s took till now to get a refund, I ordered my item I’m at the end of November…….

Dec 17,2024J'ai acheté les On cloudtec helion ou melion. 300 km de running en moins de 4 mois et les semelles sont très endommagées. Les patins noirs sous les semelles sont partis au niveau des talons. La semelle se détériore rapidement et plus grave après les sorties de 12 ou 14 km je ressens des douleurs au niveau du bas du dos et du genou gauche. Du coup je viens de racheter une autre paire de chaussures et celles là je vais les remiser. Je suis très très déçu car 180 € pour une qualité aussi médiocre c'est scandaleux !

Dec 16,2024This company is really terrible. The customer service wouldn’t help solve problem. My package was delivered to wrong address and I never received package. They would not resend it and never give me a result. Always ask me to wait to see email and don’t want to talk through the phone.I called several times already and still didn’t receive email yet. Only receive marketing emails. I’ll never buy again from their website.

Dec 16,2024This is such a scam - THIS IS MY SECOND POST, sneakers purchased online ON italy - ON insists that the sneakers are with UPS and will be delivered, UPS don't answer and their tracking states the following :Your shipment 1ZW138656841270809 Estimated delivery Information not available. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you are the sender, please check with the receiver to confirm delivery. Otherwise, you may start a claim to provide a resolution. I am unable to refund because i never got the shoes with ON website there is a possible return option, however there is no option for refund for failing to deliver!! they messed up the holiday gift and will not take responsibility for it ) - I even called the service in the UK and they said to see with the courrier ( that's it!!!) I am wasting so much time between them and UPS yet failing to get any real results - JUST AWFUL - R358545112

Dec 16,2024Ordered a $55 sports bra that says it was delivered by FedEx. When I go to click the proof of delivery photo, there is nothing there. I let the company know I never received the item and they told me they did a trace investigation and can not refund or replace the item. They told me to deliver to a local fedex next time… awful customer service and no proof of delivery.

Dec 15,2024Als Physiotherapeut war ich immer der Meinung die Schuhe von ON sind qualitativ hochwertig, ich wurde eins anderen belehrt. Habe jetzt innerhalb von zwei Jahren zwei mal die Cloud X3 bestellt, beide Paare sind nach einem halben Jahr kaputt gegangen. Ich binde die Schuhe immer wieder, daran kann es also nicht liegen dass beides mal der Mesh oben auf den Schuhen an 5 verschiedenen Stellen, bei beiden Schuhen kaputt geht. Ebenfalls löst sich der Schuh innen auch immer wieder an den gleichen Stellen auf. Nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem "Kundenservice" fällt auf dass ON äußerst darauf bedacht ist, seine Aktionäre zufrieden zu stellen und möglichst viel Umsatz zu machen und das Geld im Unternehmen zu lassen, anstatt das Geld zu erstatten. Denn anstatt das Geld zu erstatten, erhält man einen Code, mit dem man ein neus Paar bestellen kann. Clever, denkt man sich beim erstem mal. Wenn man komplett von dem Müll, der sich ON Schuhe nennt, weg will, ist das aber hinderlich. Die Bewertungen auf TrustPilot sprechen für sich, kein Wunder dass ON das Widget auf ihrer Website nicht anzeigt. Zu gut dass ich durch meine Beschäftigung in einem der drei besten Kuranstalten in Österreich, durchscnittlich 3000 Patienten im Jahr im Haus habe. Selber wenn ich nur 1500 davon im Jahr abraten kann, ihre Schuhe bei ON zu kaufen, habe ich einen guten Teil dazu beigetragen, andere Menschen vor Geldverschwendung zu schützen.

Dec 15,2024Absolutely trash. The company claims the package was delivered and yet it wasn’t. When I reached out, immediately they said they’re unable to help. Stated that I needed to have it held to ensure proper delivery… which I requested but was declined by UPS. Jerome, was by far the worst customer service employee I’ve ever had. Will be sending my complaint via a letter to their head office. Horrible company

Dec 25,2024I paid for expedited shipping and the shipment now will be 4 days late. The order was for a Christmas gift, they won't even process a refund of the shipping fee I paid extra for SO THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE ON TIME. Stay away, shop any one of their competitors.
