Die von mir gekauften Cloudmonster2 für €190 haben im linken Schuh in der oberen Fersendämmung einen Stachel/ Verhärtung im Schaumgummi, d.h. beim Laufen sticht der Schuh in die Ferse. Wahrscheinlich wurde das härtere Plastikmaterial im unteren Schuh nicht korrekt abgeschnitten/ reduziert. Die Schuhe sind deshalb unbrauchbar. Vom Kundendienst wurde die Reklamation per KI abgelehnt, da von außen kein Fehler erkennbar ist. Der telefonische Kundendienst in GRIECHENLAND! hat keine Befugnisse. Auf meine Empfehlung hat mein Mann 2 Paar Ons gekauft. Die werden jetzt wahrscheinlich zurückgegeben.

Das die on Schuhe überall negative Rezensionen erhalten, hat meines Erachtens mehr mit der Konkurrenz, als mit dem Schuh zu tun. Das On Schuhe Rentnerschuhe seien, diese Aussage zeigt dies deutlich. Wenn Rentner diese Schuhe tragen heisst dass: Dank ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung im Schuhe tragen wissen sie genau was gut ist. Ich liebe On Schuhe ❤️.

Die OC Cloud 5 sind bequem aber nicht tragbar wenn nur ein leicht feuchter Boden zu erwarten ist. Die Schuhe quietschen dann in einer Lautstärke, dass es echt nervt! Der Kundendienst weißt für nahezu neue Schuhe den Grund der Reklamation zurück mit der Begründung "kann es geben" - Für mich für einen 150€ Schuh nicht akzeptabel

Hi On-Team, Your automated reply to the quality issues on your shoes is irritating to say the least. Have any one on your team ever tried to use your link to lodge a warranty claim. It sounds fantastic that you ask your customers to use the warranty link, but it is absolute rubbish. The entire procedure stops if the original invoice is not available and cannot be uploaded. I tried and failed. I also spoke at length to an agent, WITHOUT the invoice you do not have a claim. I went back to the store where In purchase the shoes, and they were unable to access July 2023 to reprint an invoice. This is not customer service from the On Team, this is passing the buck knowing the warranty procedure is horrid, lengthily and will prevent customers from going forward. A well used and thought out strategy. The issue is the material on the shoe is inferior and lasts only a few months and that when the shoe is used from home to the office, not for running or gym etc. and NOBODY from On is acknowledging the problem, just read the reviews, your customers are telling you something and you are not listening! On shoes are designed to look great, but that's it. The same shoe model and size have different fits, the agent told me, the material will adapt to your foot or other similar rubbish. The shop in Sandton City, Johannesburg, South Africa refused to acknowledge a problem (material had a hole on both shoes in the same spot), and returned my broken shoe and said it is out of warranty! I suspect they that did not even talk to the head office / sales rep about the broken shoe, but simply kept them in the shop for three weeks and then gave me their excuse "out of warranty" because that is the easiest remedy and avoids a head-on-clash. Typically the easy way out. What absolute rubbish and the quality is non-existence. End of my rant.

On-Cloudroam Waterproof im Mai 2024 gekauft, haben gut gesessen, schön leicht, super Dämpfung (Fersensporn). Mitte Oktober 2024 seitlich Risse innen und außen en beiden Schuhen (Waterproof!!), Garantieantrag online gestellt, der Eingang wurde bestätigt. Danach nichts mehr davon gehört. Telefonummern vom Service gibt es nicht, auch keine E-Mail-Adresse. Nur einen bescheuerten Chat-Bot, der immer wieder die gleichen dummen Fragen stellt. Nachtrag : Der Chat-Bot beantwortet sogar die Bewertungen hier und hat mich nun dazu aufgefordert, einen Garantieantrag zu stellen, was ja bereits vor 1 Monat belegbar erledigt wurde. Die Schuhe sind inzwischen komplett kaputt

I am using one start only because zero isn't an option. I ordered some shoes for my son. I never received confirmation nor a tracking number. I followed up a week later to see that my card had been charged yet I didn't have the shoes. Call in and was told an investigation would be conducted and I would get the results in 7 days. The results consisted of an email that explained that I wasn't getting a refund or a new shipment and that in the future I should use a FedEx drop box. I will never do business with them again.

Ordered a pair a few weeks back. Last update from Fed Ex on 11/13 said delivering on 11/14. No shoes, tried to chat bot this afternoon, got nowhere. Got an actual person on the chat, after much verification, honestly they should have been fine with my supplying my order number and email. Proceeded to ask what kind of payment is linked to my Apple Pay, Not relevant as the order was paid for. Was told the Happiness whatever person would reach out to the carrier to investigate. Got an email a few hours later with a code to return the shoes. Can't return something i never received so I got back on the chat, through the bot and to a live person who, while apologetic, stated it now appears the shoes were lost, Great I ask for a refund only to be told it would need further investigation. What coming to my home to check for the shoes??? Beyond frustrated and will not be giving this company any business.

Meine Cloudrunner 2 (laut Hersteller: Die Legende, legendär verbessert. ) Nein! Die Schuhe quietschen nervig mit jedem Schritt, egal bei welchen Untergrund. Weil das Geräusch kommt von der Sohle, genau genommen von den Löchern in der Sohle. Eindeutig ein Konstruktionsfehler. Antwort von ON: Herzlichen Dank für deine schnelle Rückmeldung und für dein Feedback. Wir bedauern die Geräusche, die in deinen Schuhen auftreten, sehr. Quietschgeräusche in Schuhen können durch eine Vielzahl von Faktoren verursacht werden, die bedauerlicherweise ausserhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen. Ferner biegen und bewegen sich Schuhe (wie auch unsere Füsse) während des Tragens, was ebenfalls dazu beitragen kann, ob ein Schuh quietscht oder nicht. Da wir leider nicht garantieren können, dass ein Ersatz dieses Anliegen behebt, fällt das Quietschen nicht unter unsere Garantiebedingungen und kann daher nicht ersetzt werden.

I order the ROGER advantage shoes. The right shoe has a deformation in it. It makes an incredibly loud cracking noise with every step on every surface. My coworkers asked me if I hurt my hip it was so loud. I reached out to customer service and got Rhyzell. She said shoes squeak sometimes on certain surfaces. I continued to explain to her it’s not a squeak and it’s not surface related, but instead a cracking/popping noise when the shoe bends, indicating a deformation. She responded with “Squeaks in shoes can be caused by a variety of factors that are unfortunately beyond our control”. Sounds like they are just bad shoes. I would not get these shoes, and if you do want them, just hope to get a customer service agent with more critical thinking skills than Rhyzell.

Re: On Cloud Swift Running Trainers I bought these so-called "running shoes" on in February 2023 and received them on/around 1st March 2023. Barely 18 months later, the heels had sheared off from both shoes and On Cloud said that this was ordinary wear and tear. I've never had shoes where the heels sheared off at the seamline. They offered 20 percent discount on the next purchase but I said that that is useless to me as their shoes were guaranteed to fail within 18 months and the stupid 20 percent was just that - I would be stupid to buy these shoes again. Note: they were well cushioned when I first bought them, but I have never had the heels fall off like that in all the years that I have bought running shoes. They're not real running shoes and I'm sorry to say that I fell for their slick advert "Swiss Engineered" nonsense. It was unfortunate for me because I didn't have the part that fell off since I hadn't realised what it was when it first happened and so didn't have the photo of the part of the heel that fell off to send them in the warranty claim. Like the previous reviewers, I would recommend to steer clear of them unless you're looking for "fashion shoes".

I ordered my item 11th November. Patiently waited. Began to chase end of this week. Status is being prepared in warehouse, like it had been for days. Justin at ON tells me it cannot be cancelled. Won’t let me speak to a manager and answers like a ChatGPT bot. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I followed up yesterday - as rather than cancel they think 20% promo code is fine. I’d already expressed I would not shop with them again. Why would a premium brand not have the premium service to back itself up. Steer clear of these crooks. Give me Sports Direct any day!

La qualité des baskets "on" n'est plus ! Fidèle de la marque depuis 15 ans, ma dernière paire aura duré 7 mois ! Lacet cassé au bout d'un mois, talon intérieur déchiré au bout de 3 mois, semelle affaissée talon maintenant. Je quitte cette marque que j'appréciais (en plus, service après vente absolument zéro !).

Servizio POST VENDITA INESISTENTE!! Ordine #R427848298 del 11 luglio 2024, richiesta attraverso modulo garanzia inviata il giorno 12 ottobre 2024 dopo oltre 40g nessuna risposta, scritte varie emails feedback ZERO. Le scarpe hanno perso subito il potere ammortizzante, i lacci si aprono anche col doppio nodo, le scarpe emettono un rumore terribile in qualsiasi condizione da renderle fastidiose, dopo un brevissimo utilizzo subito un cattivo odore. Il tutto è una perfetta operazione marketing ben pensata ma effimera, dove dietro non c'è nulla, neanche un customer care pronto a darti feedback. Poi sfido chiunque a trovare un telefono o chat con operatore live sul sito, il loro team Happiness Delivery è solo puro marketing, secondo me non esiste, non mettono il cliente al centro, fanno finta.

Only giving one star as I can’t give less. Here is my experience: ordered a pair of track pants for my son’s birthday. Paid £60. Parcel arrived but was empty. Contacted ON via live chat. Was asked to submit evidence of empty package. Sent photo and ring doorbell footage which showed empty envelope being folded and posted (no pants inside). Rep from ON sent an affidavit for me to sign, confirming the package was empty when I received it. He thanked me for the evidence I’d sent. I signed and emailed affidavit. ON representative said the matter would be investigated and I would be refunded money or track pants would be replaced, within 10 days. Though disappointed I had no gift for my son, I accepted the process. However after 2 weeks, I’d heard nothing. Emailed again and again and got no reply. Eventually spoke via live chat again. Representative said affidavit had not been received- even though I’d sent to the only email provided by ON and it was confirmed as sent in my emails. Sent it again. Again, ON denying receipt of affidavit. Very unhelpful reps. No comms from ON via email and I’m still £60 out of pocket. Awful customer service. Very unhelpful. Very frustrated and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Ordered two pairs of trainers on the 13th October. Still not received. Chat box is infuriating. Have just been informed that I will receive email to process refund or new order. Why can one not talk to a human??

Mein Schuh ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, die Sohle ist ein - zwei Millimeter schief. Damit kann man nicht gut laufen. Auf meinen Fotos konnte man den Fehler allerdings nicht erkennen und daher war nach Ansicht des Unternehmens auch kein Fehler am Schuh. Ich konnte den Schuh auch nicht zur Fehlererkennung einsenden. Auf mein Anliegen wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Die Mails waren zwar freundlich, aber anscheinend als KI geschrieben. Ich kann den 200€ Schuh wegwerfen. Kein entgegenkommen von on.Cloud. Übrigends der Schuhverkäufer war ebenso sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht kooperativ. On.Cloud kann man nicht empfehlen. Haben auch sehr schlechte Bewertungen.

Shoes had premature and excessive wear on the rear heel. These shoes were extremely expensive but did not last 3 months. I submitted a warranty claim and was immediately offered 20% off my next purchase. Even with 40$ off my next $200 pair it is not worth it to give this brand another attempt. On explained that their product does wear upon excessive use- yet these were simply purchased for casual walks. The shoe is practically new everywhere else except the rear heel. I have never experienced such poor quality from a premium product/brand such as this.

Schuhe quietschen nach kurzer Zeit und das Innenfutter vorn löst sich auf. Da hatte ich mir mehr erhofft für das Geld. Update: Kundenservice allerdings sehr kulant und ich bekomme Ersatz, deshalb jetzt 3 Sterne

J’ai acheté en août la paire de ON chez un distributeur JD sports à 200€. Une vingtaine de jours plus tard, étant en vacances à l’étranger, la paire commence à faire un bruit terrible à chaque pas. Un bruit de couinement très fort. Bien évidemment, le magasin n’a pas voulu les reprendre. Je me retrouve avec une paire que je ne peux plus mettre au bout de seulement un mois pour la modique somme de 200€… Autant vous dire que je suis dégoûté.
