Apr 12,2024Ich habe innerhalb von einem Jahr ein paar on Schuhe gekauft. Beim ersten Paar sind Teile der Sole abgebrochen. Ich gab Ihnen nochmals eine Chance. Nun löst sich beim selben Schuhtyp die Sole hinten. Wie kann man so ein Produkt mit Swiss Quality verkaufen?

Apr 11,2024On Schuhe hat auf eine Reklamation umgehend mit einer Gutschrift geantwortet. Wenn die Firma jetzt noch die Qualität ihrer Schuhe steigern könnte und ausserdem die Arbeiter die die Schuhe herstellen besser bezahlen würde, wären On Schuhe für mich wieder tragbar. Der Schuh an sich ist bequem und leicht. Man läuft wirklich sehr gut darin.

I purchased an insulated water-repellent jacket from your company, and to my dismay, I have encountered significant issues with its performance. Upon wearing the jacket during rain but even light rain, I noticed that after it dries, stains are left behind. Seeking resolution, I contacted your warranty team, only to be met with dismissive and unacceptable responses. I was informed that these stains are considered normal wear and tear, and consequently, my claim was denied. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed in your customer support services. I have purchased products from various brands in the past, and I have never encountered such a dismissive and unsatisfactory response to a legitimate concern. As a result of this poor experience, I must caution others against purchasing products from On. I expected better quality and support from your company, and unfortunately, I have been sorely disappointed. I urge you to reconsider your stance on this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution to my issue. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Apr 10,2024Ridiculously wide tread pattern on running shoes means large stones get ”trapped” in the sole all of the time - incredibly irritating. Have literally thrown them away - useless!

Apr 10,2024Habe 2 Paar Wanderschuhe bestellt. 1 Paar wurde gutgeschrieben. Auf die andere Gutschrift warte ich nun seit 2 Wochen… Ich habe mehrfach per Mail versucht den Missstand aufzuklären. Da kriegt man überhaupt keine Antwort. Heute telefoniert - da hieß es dann es kann bis zu 14 Werktage dauern bis auch das 2. Paar gutgeschrieben wird. Hahaha - Schweizer Firma… da dauert halt alles etwas länger. Nur verkaufen können sie schnell. Lächerlich diese Firma…

Apr 09,2024Sicuramente il prodotto è valido e con un bel design.Tuttavia il servizio e la comunicazione lascia desiderare. Ho ordinato il 22 marzo un paio Di Cloud 5, il mio numero 42,5 ma erano strette. Il giorno dopo l'arrivo, il 29 marzo le ho rispedite per il cambio numero. Oggi siamo il 9 aprile e non ho ricevuto nessuna notizia in merito alla spedizione del cambio. Essendo un prodotto di qualità e non economico, deve corrispondere un servizio equivalente. The product is a piece of design failure and it failed 'only' on both shoes at exactly the same place. If you are telling me that my heels are not good enough to perform in your perfectly design product I would feel deeply disrespected and offended by you. I will be more than obliged to share our conversation in public on any feedback websites including pictures of your product. If you think I won't, you are wrong. I was kind a happy with the customer service so far, but everything has it's end. You are an ignorant and pushing boundaries that are essential to keep good relationship between the shopper and the seller. Apr 08,2024Hab mir diese Cloudrock Waterproof 2 M Black | Eclipse 7 im Dez 2023 gekauft. Beim Gehen durch nasses Gras bleiben die Füsse auf keinen Fall trocken. Vielleicht 10 mal getragen.Absoluter Mist Fehlkauf bei diesem Betrag.

Apr 07,2024La paire grince c'est infernal et mon pied gauche à souffert au 7ème klm ( malgré ma semelle faite sur mesure chez le podologue). En rentrant de mes 12klm (j'ai raccourci ma sortie) mon genou était enflé. De coutume je porte une autre marque qui ne me pose aucun souci et j'ai voulu essayer celle ci ... je suis bien déçue

Apr 07,2024Ich habe den Fehler gemacht, mir doch ein zweites Paar Ons zuzulegen. Das erste paar Schuhe war nach 5 Monaten nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Der Stoff oben ist gerissen und die Schuhe laufen sich abartig schnell ab. Abgesehen vom Quietschen bei jedem Schritt. Beim zweiten Paar fing der Stoff auch nach drei Monaten an zu reißen. Die Schnürsenkel ebenso. Tragen tue ich die Schuhe nur im Alltag. Der Kundenservice meint dazu, das sei total normal und es seien normale Abnutzungserscheinungen. Schuhe in ähnlicher oder niedrigerer Preisklasseii konnte ich bisher immer mindestens 2 Jahre tragen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich nicht gut.

I was attempting so many phone call for the refund, they have told me the refund should take 2-4 business. Now i am waiting for 3 weeks. Im pretty upset about their customer service. I would not buy anything from their online website from now on. Run!!

Apr 04,2024Shocking, corrupt service. Been waiting over a month for a refund told for the past week its been forwarded to the relevant department and they are processing my refund. Lies, lies, lies and more lies. Renowned for not giving refunds I am now taking legal action and have reported the company to Trading Standards and Ombudsman for failing to follow the rules stated in the legal acts. Crimewatch have also been notified and have forwarded all information regarding the staff I have been dealing with. Will most likely be going through my bank but will make sure this company is ruined.

Apr 04,2024Die Qualität ist wirklich schlecht. Nicht zum Sport genutzt, nach ca. 2 Jahren Risse im Stoff. Seit längerer Zeit quitschen die Schuhe wenn es nass ist. SEHR unangenehm.

Apr 04,2024The heels of my cloudwander waterproof on’s have disintegrated in just 5 months. I have been told that this would be expected for the miles I have supposedly walked! Despite being over £200, don’t expect the shoes to last. Very disappointing!

Apr 03,2024i got some items and to be honest the kids didnt like it so i decided to return them, months gone by no refund or anything. spoke on the phone to them they have kept telling me they cant do anything as a collegue is already investigating. Yesterday i called again and then they emailed me stating they will not refund me due to the fact that i have contact them multiple times in a short amount of time???????? are you being serious ofcourse im going to contact consistently if my money has not come. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE luckily i have all the proof and barclays are getting my money back but god forbid anyone to use this website youd rather buy on running from jd or something than here

Apr 03,2024They have recieved my order for the past week and a half and have not refunded me atall i have proof of postage, photos etc. spoke to their team and they are no help , very rude and incompetent. i have had to go through my bank to get my money back as they are trying to keep it DONT use this website its a scam and the reviews on this website speaks for itself no other high end sports brands reviews are this low

Apr 02,2024So, so, ON lässt also seine Schuhe in Vietnam herstellen und bezahlt dort schlappe 18 Franken für ein Paar! Und ich Depp bezahlte im Laden 190 Franken!!! So eine Abzocke sieht man selten. Das ist ja fast schon kriminell... Auch die (Verarbeitungs-)Qualität lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Das war definitiv mein letzter Einkauf bei ON.

Apr 12,2024Livraison LAMENTABLE. Le 11 au matin: "en route vers chez vous", livraison aujourd'hui, prière d'être là pour une signature. Le soir, paquet non arrivé, je demande alors à être livré en point pickup. Puis, 1 Email et 1 SMS me disent que le paquet est disponible au pickup. Mais il n'y est pas. Système de suivi de commande totalement risible, perte de temps et d'argent. Et c'est la 2ème fois que ça arrive. PLUS JAMAIS d'On pour moi.
