Feb 23,2020I ordered flower cake and pink roses. Order delivered was no where near what I ordered. Cake doesn’t look anywhere close to what I ordered and flowers not fresh or same color. It is false advertising and nothing but disappointment. Don’t order from this website.

First time I ordered a chocolate truffle cake for my father's birthday from Germany to Anantapur .Honestly I just randomly tried this website and I just hoped to work out. But to my surprise, they delivered a very fresh and yummy cake within the time and I found the service trustworthy and reliable. Yesterday I have repeated the same order for my mother's birthday but they delivered some other cake instead. I quickly contacted them and they responded quickly and with great understanding they immediately delivered the same new cake which I ordered for. Mistakes happen sometimes but I appreciate their quick action to resolve it , dedication to Customer satisfaction, customer Support via email, great understanding and professional service. I am extremely happy with their service and thoughtful gestures. I would love to recommend others and keep continuing to order more.

Feb 20,2020Please don't order from onlinedelivery.in and ruin the occasion BE AWARE! 1. They will not deliver on time. 2. No contact person or information after your order. So you won't know whether you will get your order or not. 3. Order status never changes in the online portal. 4. You won't get what you ordered. You will be delivered with whatever they have and whatever is leftover.

Feb 17,2020They are cheaters and do not deliver any product on time. They build up stories that they had attempted delivery but they are liers. I had ordered a cake and gift but they did not deliver it and just cooked up stories. They did not even reply or answer my query when questioned. No refund as well. They have cheated my money with no service. Extremely bad service and cheating.

Feb 16,2020Terrible experience I had with OnlineDelivery.in Website. While ordering it said, it will be delivered the same day, and as it was outstation, they already charged Rs. 300 extra. But later the day, when asked it was not even dispatched, when asked they said, sorry it's out of our scope of the area, and can be delivered only through courier. So, I would advise if it's urgent for the gift to be delivered the same day, don't ever trust their Service. I will definitely not opt again.

Jan 02,2020I ordered a cake for my cousin and it didn't reach her which means they have delivered it to the wrong person since they repeatedly said the package has been delivered. When I asked thier team about the receiver, they said the package has been received by a person who didn't reveal his name. I don't think you should deliver it to anyone else other than the person I have mentioned in the order details. I thought their site was much more professional than this. Also, I called their team, and they said they'll get back in touch , which didn't hapen as well. So, in conclusion, I won't ever purchase from this site and I think you shouldn't either.
