Oct 21,2021There is absolutely NO relationship building exercise or any personal touch. You will have a different person to answer or not to answer your email every time, you never know who's responsible for what cause it's always generic email or a chat bot!

Oct 07,2021I enjoy working with Osome for my e-commerce business. Very professional and efficient service and very proactive. They don’t ask you at last minute to provide all documents. Weekly you’re getting reminder to submit paperwork. I love they developed their own app, which makes the whole communication with my accountant easier. Osome app takes live feed directly from my bank feed and each transaction has little arrow next to it , where I just upload my invoices via desktop or mobile phone. It’s very clear and easy process which reduce my time spent with paperwork.

Oct 06,2021Our company decided to expand and joined the world of Amazon eCommerce last year. Anyone who ever tried to run an eCommerce business would agree with me that the complexity and the logistics of it all are not the easiest. In addition, actually do some sales online (if you are lucky enough) is just one part of it all! It was/still is a completely new science to me. So just imagine how glad I was when during the height of the pandemic our online sales dramatically picked up! Nevertheless, my joy lasted only until I had to submit all of the reports and invoices to my accountants. Oh my God! I did not know where to start. I have heard somewhere on YouTube that I could give my accountant access to the Seller Central Accounts. Unfortunately, my old accountants never even heard of the Seller Central and were not experienced in any of this. Although they were charted accountants and they were very good ones and they looked after our business for the last 5 years they have admitted that eCommerce has specialized accountancy and they struggle to help us with it. Now, this was the point when I have started to panic…. I have spent endless hours on the internet trying to look for someone who could help us to keep all our books and accounts in order. My sleepless nights came to end when I came across OSOME accountants. I could not believe that there is someone who specializes in eCommerce accounting! Firstly I spoke to Alexander Condick. He was the first point of my contact. I asked him a lot of questions while he patiently explained to me how OSOME operates and how they can assist us with the accounts. I knew immediately that these guys are very experienced and know the problems of anyone who sells on eBay, Facebook, Amazon, etc. I cannot describe enough how easy was my transition from my old accountant to OSOME. They have taken total care of it all. Since we have joined them I have been dealing mostly with Mrs. Maria Dokova and Mrs. Rea Payot. They are truly brilliant and their fast response is really fantastic. They gave me access to the OSOME app, which by the way is fantastic as you can not only communicate with them, but you can also submit receipts and invoices. If they need anything from me they just message me or vice versa. We also have quite regular Zoom meetings. These are useful when discussion or explanation needs to take place. In particular, Mr. Taimur Ghafoor who is a VAT specialist in the UK and EU does not only informs me about VAT changes in Europe, but he helps me to decide on which EU country our business should be VAT registered if we want to continue to grow. Further above wraps it all. I personally recommend OSOME to anyone who wants to run an online business and progress at the same time. So far I have been grateful for OSOME’s assistance and their support. Additionally, they not just organizing our books/accounts, but also going that one step further and connecting us with the eCommerce world and I appreciate it.
