Oct 04,2021I have been using Osome for the last four months and I have been impressed with the service , anytime i have had an issue its been resolved in 24 hours . I operate a limited company through them and run payroll so its nice to know that anything tax related is being sorted by them .

Sep 20,2021We signed up with Osome in February 2020 - where they promised to clear our historical bookkeeping and do our current bookkeeping. Presently, they are still working on this historical book, we are now on our 3rd accountant - and 8th bookkeeper - there is no longevity and no handover, we spend most of our time chasing them to do what they should be and are paid to do. To be exact I was grateful that I am able to connect with Terence Kwok. He was warm and welcoming. His turnaround time was pretty fast and so professional. Mar 30,2021I bought a bookkeeping service from Osome and they simply ignore your requests after they charge you. I have transactions that happened a month ago and they haven't processed them. Any other accounting service better than Osome. It is a complete disappointment.

Mar 08,2021I am using osome.I feel never comfortable to be informed accountant matter. One of employ from osome called me to explain about accounting. But she has big accent in her English and never understood what she wanted to inform me. If osome wants to do business as world wide. They should have English Native Speaker. It will be supper dangerous to have like people who speak English with big bad accent.

Our book keeping, VAT records and financials have all moved digital with easy access and translation to real-time business data. Mir has been fantastic and gone well beyond what I would say first class in customer service. His been so helpful to get everything together including all the book keeping services whilst been on hand every step of the way to ensure tasks were completed all in due time. I couldn't recommend enough and I will be bringing onboard my other two companies.

Oct 08,2020For a company that provides professional services, their domain knowledge and their approach to confidentiality is downright non-existent. 1. Does not understand the Singapore Companies Act. Does not know how to properly rebalance shareholding percentage. In fact, they asked our company directors to do it in a way that was basically non-compliant. Our investor was so pissed of that in the middle of a discussion about closing, the investor told the company that we needed to fire this corp sec. Otherwise, they don't think they can trust our records to be managed properly. 2. I don't know how they are managing the moving of files at the back end. But when I had the time to go into my files to go through every single (because we were going through corporate due diligence), I found a different company's files IN MY FOLDER. Now, I have no assurance that MY Company's files have not been saved INCORRECTLY in other people's folders. This is a confidentiality / privacy disaster. Frankly, if it weren't such a pain, I would file a complaint against them to the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. These guys' licenses and permits should be suspended until all of their customer service team members pass the chartered corp sec tests.

Sophie was very prompt, called the very next day, she connected me to Taimur who is a senior accountant, he has great knowledge and clarified all my doubts.. Before this, I spoke to quite a few accountants and most of them didn’t display experience in managing international trade especially Amazon.. this was one of my criteria’s to select an Accountancy firm.. glad I have found them.. really helpful and professional team. Have already signed up & I’m looking forward to work with the team.

Their app allows me to upload receipts on the go and Taimur (Senior Accountant) was very helpful when answering my questions about my limited company. Every time I requested help via the app I have always had someone come back to me within 2 days which helps put my mind at ease. Highly Recommend!
