When I've requested designs that he has done, it may have taken some time, but that is because Vijay will not send anything that is not 100% quality. It is always worth the wait. It is has been so much fun to work with Vijay at Ouros and I truly can't wait for next time.

Dec 25,2021I ordered a one of a kind eternity band from OurosJewelers. Vijay made sure to communicate with me every aspect of design and obtained approval. He make sure to message me throughout the design, construction and shipping. I think the ring is a half size bigger than I ordered bc it feels looser than my other rings in that size. But since it is being worn in front of my engagement ring it doesn’t seem like it will be a problem. I love my ring and am very happy!

Dec 23,2021This is my second purchase from Vijay and it’s been a great experience both times. I bought oval shaped stud earrings and they turned out as I had hoped, very shiny and sparkly. He shared CAD images and made all the adjustments I had requested along the way, such as a screw back and making the prongs thinner. Shipping was also very fast and it arrived earlier than expected. He has excellent customer service and I will continue to do my business with him.

He makes sure you are happy with your jewelry before her sends it out, you feel like a big part of the process and like your opinion matters. I sent a photo of the type of setting I wanted and they were quick to respond with a very competitive price and following up, a CAD for the design. Communication was always great, I received prompt responses to any of my questions. Once the ring was completed a video was sent to me for approval, which I appreciated. I also paid for express shipping and received my parcel in 3 days! The ring is beautiful, sparkly just as I hoped it would be and great quality, overall I am very pleased and will be looking again for future projects!

Nov 15,2021I’ve worked with the store on a custom made ring. I follow their shop on Instagram and Etsy, and they posted a diamond in the shape of butterfly. I knew I had to have it. After paying for the diamond, I had some time to think and decided I wanted a dainty ring made and they even helped me choose a band that perfectly matched the diamond. There was a small mistake with the CAD but they fixed it promptly. Very happy to buy from them again.

I must say that I was apprehensive about purchasing diamond earrings online but Vijay was great and worked with me from the beginning to create a pair of earrings that were within my budget yet EXACTLY what I wanted. Ouros Jewels provided photos and videos of my earrings as the work progressed. When they were delivered and I opened the box, I couldn't believe just how beautiful they were! So much fire and sparkle and the setting was perfect!! I have wanted earrings like these for several years but the natural diamonds were beyond my budget. I considered CZ's and Moissanites but they just didn't have the look of diamonds that I really wanted. Lab Grown diamonds seemed to be the best of both worlds. Beautiful diamonds at a fraction of the cost of natural diamonds. The diamonds in my earrings did not disappoint. They are so beautiful and were less than half of what I would have spent at a local jewelry store for natural diamond earrings like these. Ouros Jewels did an incredible job and it is evident that they take great pride in producing quality jewelry. Thank you Vijay, I love my earrings and I know that I will wear them for years to come.
