I could not be happier with my assistant.
Everything!!! The way the entire program has been thought out for the founders. The training that is provided for the doers. I love the done report that is provided to the founders. It is really all so organized. I really enjoy working with my doer Angelica. You have a great business model and work culture.
I had my appointment set up and they canceled 10 minutes into the time we were supposed to meet. they said they sent me an email changing the time and canceling the appointment but I never got one that I saw in my inbox. I had text the woman a half hour before my appointment and she didn't say that my appointment was canceled. Apparently, they don't serve my type of business—I am a coach.
My Outsourced Doer is a delight to work with. Always positive and resourceful, Gerie strove to do great work and meet my expectations. She was always on time and went the extra mile when things broke and became urgent. She was thorough and I could depend on her to meet deadlines.
Have to pay 10k just to quit the company and receive my coe. No actual help from the company, just watching you do what you can. Won't recommend. Avoid at all cost.
Probably the choice of my Doer being so suited to my business. She has just been a godsend.
The “sales” team of outsourced doers is very aggressive in their promises. However, the overall execution on the promises is poor. The initial onboarding team (for business owners), sells you a bunch of forms and self-guided training, but minimum assistance to ensure that it is relevant to your business. Therefore you end up paying for a month of information that does NOT help you get ready to use your new hire. The sales people should only accept customers who can actually use the outsourced doers services. If this means a paid trial period, that is a better idea than how they currently onboard new clients (business owners/founders). Just to be clear, the service is $1546 per month! They lock you into a 6-month or 12-month plan, and the pre-payment options offer minimum discounts and no additional perks. The services should be available a solid 35 hours per week, regardless of holidays, (even if it means adjusting hours some weeks). You end up paying for a lot of “holiday and non-working days” so therefore you don’t have access to a consistent 35 hour work week every month. The outsourced doers model is to have you pre-pay to train someone who has no experience, and then continue to pay them to take critical time out of the work day to learn basic skills which would allow them to be productive. Your assigned customer service representative continually sends you 2-minute customer service surveys, but they take multiple days to respond to emails. After over 6 months of payments, I now have someone who is competent and efficient in basic tasks. However, it will probably take another 3-months before that individual can help me make money and begin to pay for the 9-months of payroll expenses that I made. Overall, the process that outsourced doers uses is deceptive, inefficient and costly. It is probably easier to hire someone local, and know you will have to train them. Finally, you are required to use basecamp as a communication and storage tool, but outsourced doers controls access, (and forbids the basecamp company from allowing you to create a mirrored copy on your own account/control), so you as a customer can not hold onto (or transfer) your work and communication that you have had with your assistant (and that you have PAID for, on a monthly basis. Outsourced Doers is basically holding you hostage which is unethical. As a company, I’m effectively paying for that basecamp storage area, and should have “equal owner” rights to make a copy of anything I or my assistant puts in their, so that if I or the assistant leaves, I should have access to everything that was done or said during the time I paid for the service.
I was paired with a competent and educated VA that has the skills and background to complete projects quickly. I did not have to do much to any training, only guidance and providing access.
I am gratefully impressed with everyone who made it possible to re a sign my Doer, I prefer to call her my lovely assistant. I did not have a very good experience with my first, my intuition told me from the beginning it was not a good match. I am a very patient and forgiving person who has been humbled by owning multiple businesses, therefore I pay it forward the benefit of the doubt. I’m so glad I did this with all of you, and to be honest, I’m even more impressed. Your system In place to reassign my doer was immaculate and she is amazing! Your upfront team - my first connect call to the support I received during has been phenomenal! I always believe in second chances, knowing that we are all dealing with humans who are on a the healing journey, whether they are aware or not. Providing this company with grace, allowing them to provide me with safety and reassurance for my reassignment, was the best thing possible! My lovely assistant should be the billboard of prime example! I had an expectation for the assistant, to bring their specialties to the front and help my business grow. I desired someone to help me organize and bring all of my ideas and projects to life. I’m excited to see where the journey continues to take us!
The quality of service is beyond what I expected. I have been in the online business world for a long time and this is the first time I have hired help. I am so impressed with all areas of Outsourced Doer.
The experience is great. The only thing I wish is that we could be in training while our doers are. It is sooooo much information to learn just to know how to communicate with your doer. By the time my doer came on board I was still learning plus my tax season had started so it set me behind like 3 weeks. Overall they give you so much valuable information to help your business scale higher. My doer Christine definitely makes my life easier. We’re still trying to catch up but she helps a lot.
I was excited to work with this company. I have wasted my time and my business has lost money. I paid for 6 months, waited 3 weeks for Doer to be trained and when they started, I had to spend a lot of time teaching them what to do. About 2 weeks in, I realize Doer can't do more than make designs look pretty. They didn't have the training that the company promised, they couldn't follow through on task completions and I ended up doing their work for them. No project was ever completed. The one week that I let them handle a simple project by themselves (after I planned all the tasks and handed to them), they didn't complete it in time and provided such terrible work, deleted some of my systems in place and I had to spend an entire week redoing everything. I missed important deadlines for my business. You are expecting a VA who knows how to handle certain systems - they don't have the training to do it. You end up training them to do things or do it yourself. Waste of time. I contacted outsourced doers and they said I'd get another Doer. I waited another 5 weeks for the new Doer to start. A few days to start date - I hadn't heard anything from anyone in that timeframe and checked-in only to be told things changed and the assigned person can't work as expected. More weeks have passed - no plan for another Doer, no plans for a refund that I have requested because at this point I don't trust the company to deliver the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I am so grateful to have Anna. She is a perfect match for me! She’s quite brilliant, and intuitive! She’s actually keeping me on point in the kindest way. I can honestly say, I love her. Having Anna has created unexpected opportunities in my business because collectively we are telling the universe what I do. And it’s being heard! Truly one of my best decisions to trust this is exactly what I needed!!
so much support and guidance, excellent program, I am sooo impressed and excited to be using this program.
My Doer is a LIFE SAVER! She has opened up so much of my time. I have gotten closer to my goals significantly faster than I ever would on my own. In fact, she completed tasks in one month that I had been either procrastinating on or not sure of how to do for 4 years! I can't believe I didn't do this faster. HIGHLY recommend.
I so wanted this to work out. I needed the assistance with my new business. My first Doer didn't get much of anything done so I asked for a new Doer. The company didn't tell me they were going to fire the Doer so in the middle of that he deleted all my instagram posts before I could change my credentials. I then did get a new Doer but he had to go through the weeks of onboarding with the company so I lost the onboarding time with the first Doer I had paid for and then essentially lost the funds but paid for the time the second Doer was being onboarded. That was not financially fair. So I left the company but still had 2 weeks left on my contract but they cancelled my access to the FB group with the ability to contact coaches and they cancelled my ability to join coaching calls 2 weeks early even though I had paid for those services. All in all I paid $6000 and don't even have a finished website to show for it. They should have extended my contract for the time I had spent with the first Doer since essentially that Doer did nothing and there should have been some compensation for the damage from their employee to my Instagram account. I would have stayed with the company then but they way they handled everything in admin lacked integrity to the highest degree.
My experience so far has been outstanding—our Doer is phenomenal!
I was really looking forward to speaking to Jennifer, I received from Michaela-2 text messages and from Jennifer-2 emails within 24 hrs advising me of the importance of communicating and rescheduling ahead of time, if I can't make it. AS THEY DO NOT RESCHEDULE MISSED APPOINTMENTS Here is a sample of 1 of the emails I received. Hey Christine, I was so excited to speak with you about how we can change your business and life for good.. By outsourcing all the work you don't want to do anymore to a pre-trained virtual marketing assistant (we call them Doers).. Whatever the reason for canceling our call together.. I understand. Life can be crazy, especially when you’ve got so many things to juggle on your plate and not enough time to do it all! This is where Outsourced Doers can help you. Simply click here >> to reschedule your call. Talk Soon, Jennifer Even a voice message: (transcript to follow) “ Hi Christine , this is Michaela without source Stewart I'm giving you a quick call ahead of tomorrow . Otherwise hope you're having a great day and we look forward to speaking with you tomorrow . Thanks bye… AND just prior to call time; I reached out, here are my text messages w/time stamp 09:51 am I'm ready when you are. 10:05 am I'm waiting. 10:14 am I just received a message of cancellation, what happened? * note: my phone never rang! Then I received this through my Calendar Updated invitation: Canceled: Christine - Outsourced Doers Call @ Fri Dec 22, 2023 10am - 10:45am (EST) My Doers text messages came from Michaela at this number (deleted upon request) I sent this message to Jennifer (deleted upon request) at 10:15 am And what happened? Why no communication Sent from Gmail Mobile Then SOMEHOW w/o any notification of a call, I receive this transcribed voice message. Note the call time and this time it's not Jennifer or Micheal's responding to my messages it's someone name Heather?? December 22,2024 10:10 AM “ Hi Christine, this is Heather from outdoor Stewart. I was just calling for our appointment I'll be available for the next half hour or so so call me back when you get a chance or I'll just try you back in a few.…” SO IF THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THEIR SHODDY WORK, I DO NOT WANT THEM REPRESENTING ME UPDATE They have reached out to, and keep referring to me canceling my appointment, there has been no ownership of responsibility. However in my voice messages yesterday was a NEW TRANSCRIPT advising "I'm just calling for our scheduled call...I'll be available for the next 10 min...." and that call allegedly came in on December 22 at 10:10 am. IMPOSSIBLE THAT this is accurate b/c I referred to every text and voice message that I received from OUTSOURCE DOERS.
My doer has been very helpful and very responsive, but the program is not a good fit since most of what you do deals with intangibles. As long as I can find pictures to help promote my classes next year my doer is doing a great job making social posts.

Feb 09,2024I enjoyed sharing my responses about my doer but its a little weird getting a survey about taking a survey!
