I'm very satisfied with my douer. Everything I give her is done within timelines. She understands my vision for my business and provides me with great feedback. Not sure my business would be where it's at without her. I greatly recommend hiring a douer if you're working a 9 to 5 while growing a business.

Although this program wasn't a good fit for me, I can see how it would greatly benefit many others. There are so many resources and support available, it is very organized and structured well. I however do not do well with structure and organization and feel overwhelmed by resources, I am someone who goes with the flow each day and does not like structure (I know I'm weird that way). These types of things are lost on me and I could not utilize them which led to some frustration and a rocky start. I did end up with a fantastic and very skilled Doer, that I will be sad to say goodbye to. She was amazing. In the end I appreciate that OD was willing to work with me to find a resolution to this not working out for me. I know many other entrepreneurs (with a different energy type and business style) that would probably love this program. My advice would be to trust your gut if this is a good match for you or not, listen to your body and if you are someone that loves a tonne of resources a lot of structure, organization and deadlines to help keep you on track then this could very well be the perfect investment for you.

Terrible non-communication between the doers and founders and supervisors. Have had to be re-matched multiple times with different VA/ doers. Would not recommend this company at all. You don't get to interview, you just get matched with someone and waste time trying to see if it's a good personality match.

I am calling this 3 stars because I don't have the option of 2.5. The company seems really organized at the outset (i.e. during the sales process) but once I paid things got chaotic. I was told by my salesperson I would receive a $1000 bonus for referring someone, then that changed to $250. My first Doer was terrible. She didn't really understand English and she was unable to understand or complete even basic tasks. Getting someone to respond to me about this was difficult, but eventually I got a new Doer and she is really great. However, I am still in the automated email track for my 1st Doer, so I am still getting requests for feedback about how her "1st month" and "end of month report" went, but I have only had my current Doer for 2 weeks. No one has asked for feedback nor checked in with me about how this one is doing. Overall, it seems like Outsourced Doers puts a lot of energy into the sales process, but less into customer service once you've purchased.

1- MY DOER: My experience with my Doer has been extremely positive and productive. Since onboarding, we have worked almost everyday together, building thw 90 days Content Calendar, enhancing my website, and making all the necessary improvements to my pages on other eCommerce platforms. She has been an excellent team mate and got a lot done according to the Roadmap we were given. She was able to improve my existing website, while implementing all the great recommendations suggested my the Coaches. She also got the badges she was enrolled for. More over she was always smiling, positive and proactive. It has been really a lot of fun working together. I will miss her! 2- MY ROADMAP: A lot of the elements included in the Modules for eCommerce recommanded on my RoadMap were things I already had experience with, since I launched my business in Nov 2021. I already had excellent packaging and experience with receiving orders, fulfilling orders, inventory, returns, nurturing etc... Of course there are still a quite few things I have to learn and I am still going through the modules of these courses. 3- MODULES for eCommerce: Even though the modules for eCommerce were geared for Shopify, while I am using the Squarespace platform, we tried to make the most of the suggestions offered on them. 4- DOING PLANS: I found the way each DoingPlan is presented not very appealing, because of the monotonous repetition of the introductory sentences which are always the same. I would suggest finding another way to make each introduction to particular doing plan more specific so it stands out better, amidst all the overcrowded verbal structure. 5- COACHES: I have thoroughly appreciated the Coaching Calls, not only for what I have learned for my own business but for the amazing human presence of the Coaches: the quality of their content, their wonderful attitude of patience, their ability to listen to each person with different needs, the resourcefulness with which they respond, always finding the appropriate words to encourage, guide and empower. The Coaches are, from my point of view, one of the greatest strength and assets of OD. 6- FB GROUP: This was very helpful to be able to communicate with the Coaches and get feedback. 7- PORTAL: The general resources on the Portal are very extensive and in such abundance that I feel I barely had time to scratch the surface. It felt very confusing at first, until I was able to get used to the OD jargon and familiarise myself with the different sections and find my way to the resources I needed. 8- INITIAL CONTACTS: The initial contacts with customer support before onboarding was super welcoming, interactive and efficient. After onboarding this seem to change drastically, and even though there were some formal exchanges and an introductory call, the experience of support and follow-up felt very distant and weak in comparison. 9- OBJECTIVES AND RESULTS: My objective with joining OD was to increase traffic and get more sales. I have to say that I have had less sales in the last 3 months since I joined OD than in the previous months and years, and this may of course just be a coincidence... Viewers on IG did increased slightly, but this has not generated any sales at all. Of course, I know that it takes time to build momentum and traction. Unfortunately my current financial situation does not allow for more time in this program. 10- OFF BOARDING: I will be going through the off boarding process during the next few weeks, and I will do my best to make best use of the time I have left. All in all it was been a great learning experience, and my only regret is not to be in a position to continue with this program and having to end my contract before reaching my objective. 11- REFERRALS: I have recommended OD to a friend who is interested in using these services. 12- GRATITUDE: I want to thank everyone on this wonderful OD team: first my Doer (J.B.), the Customer Support Team and the Coaches for all their kind assistance, encouragement and guidance. It has been a very enriching experience and I sincerely grateful for it.

My experience has been fantastic! The whole experience has been straightforward. I've never worked with a VA before, and had concerns about knowing how to properly keep them engaged with tasks. The team at Outsourced Doers provide so many resources that I'm very secure in what I need to be doing. On top of that, my doer Jul is AMAZING! He is smart, funny, and above all focused on making my life easier while efficiently putting out spectacular work. I couldn't be happier with this relationship!

Super structured, and easy to use. They thought of everything. Love the way they differentiate for people in various stages of business development. Great plans to help with every step of the way and the helpers are amazing.

They prey on clients and their exhaustion from their small business. They ask you for your credit card info with a promise that they won't charge you until you sign their agreement form. They charged my card right away without my permission after telling the sales person that an almost $6000 charge is a huge commitment right now since we just bought a house and that would hinder us and need to make sure its the right decision for us. They take forever to get back to you about your concerns. I have a balance on my account accumulating interest, and they still haven't rectified the situation. Do not go to them. You can find better help somewhere else vs. going through a 3rd party. You guys are disgusting human beings always trying to make a sale on the expense of others. That's people hard earned money and you take full advantage because these clients ypu target are desperate and need help. You guys were banking that after they get charge right away it's too much of a hassle for them to do anything and they just sign off because their already exhausted they might as well just move forward with it. What a joke.

As a business owner, I am bombarded with offers from companies that claim they will help my business grow. I have tried quite a few and all of them have been wastes of time and money… until Outsourced Doers. My only regret is not finding them sooner! My doer has given me so much time back allowing me to work a lot more on my business, as he has taken over so much of the day to day administration stuff. Thank you Outsourced Doers for everything. It’s been a total game changer.

I applied for a position at Outsourced Doers and had the first interview, which was through Zoom, and the woman was really nice and invited me back for a second interview. The second zoom interview was with a man from Australia and it was a “mock” sales call where he pretended to be the client and I was the customer so he could see my skills on the phone. He told me there were some areas that I could improve on and gave me some feedback which I understood and then he told me to “clean up my appearance”. I was very well-dressed and mind you they can only see you halfway as it is a zoom call. I was floored. Commenting on someone’s physical appearance in an interview is so inappropriate and unprofessional. He ended the interview saying “give me a few days and I’ll get back to you” I never heard back obviously. I emailed the woman who interviewed me the first round remarking about his inappropriate comment to me and I never heard back.

My doer is excellent at following instruction and produces great work. She is very pleasant and easy to work with. The coaches in the doing incubator and on the coaching calls provide great feedback. So good to have a second set of eyes and someone to talk to when you feel stuck.

I have been working with my Doer for only 2 weeks but so far it has been an amazing experience. She is smart, organized, super sweet and can accomplish a lot in one day! Our to-do list is shrinking quickly! I am excited to see where we can take our business with her help. Thanks Christine!

Save your time and money by going elsewhere. The doers are simply not trained in anything specific. You are made to answer a questionnaire about your business and what you want to accomplish along with software you are using or intending to use prior to commencing. This is so they can find you an experienced doer so you can hand over tasks from day one. This will not happen. The doer has little knowledge and is trained as you go. You have to design and write content for social media. If I had time to do this I wouldn’t hire a doer. We know they aren’t content writers but they are able to create simple posts and this is not great. We are 3 months in and it takes one whole week of full time hours to creat social media posts using my prompted content. There is a lot of hand holding. I have put off starting things because I simply need to spend too much time trying to learn how to do it myself before it is handed to the doer. You are told there is only about 30 minutes of preparation to hand over things to the doer until you get access to the portal that is a labyrinth of tasks you need to do to help out your doer and these tasks take 5 or more hours. Again I thought the doer was supposed to help me not the other way around. There are better agencies out there that will find you a VA that can help your business and it’s not this one. After a few emails and calls I was able to resolve this by obtaining a partial refund. This was processed quickly when it was reviewed.
