Oct 15,2023I left my job with Outsourced Doers a few weeks ago after learning about their shady business practices. For starters, the Founders are under the impression that their Doers are making just under $10/hr, when really they are making $2.20/hr and are treated like dogs. OD has a company policy that Doers are not allowed to disclose to their Founders how much they really make, because the Founder would quickly realize both are being taken advantage of by OD. The Doers are not trained in the skills that OD promises the founders, this creates unrealistic expectations for the Founder and a hostile work environment for the Doer. Not to mention the disgusting sales tactics they try to push; they want you belittling and controlling the Founder into a sale. The Doers all feel unsupported and talked down on by OD. I could no longer be apart of the slave labor. I highly recommend going through a reputable VA company rather than this shady business.

Sep 30,2023I had my reservations initially but once I started the onboarding process ( which was easy) and then started working with my Doer, I knew I had made the right decision. My Doer is responsive and well trained, he saves me so much time on a daily basis. I don’t love tech either and he has helped a lot with this. Looking forward to a long and profitable relationship with my Doer.

Once we got over the initial bumps, things improved, we got my first funnel up and running and sales calls dropping into my calendar! I am so happy that I invested the money and time because now I have more time to do what I should be doing in my business.

Aug 02,2023I had a call a few weeks ago to go over hiring a VA. I was pushed very heavily to giving my credit card over the phone. I asked to be contacted in a few days and in the meantime to send me the contract for review. The person I spoke with refused to give me a contract and only was interested in receiving payment. When I emailed her to say I would refuse to pay until I received a contract she quit responding to me. This is a HUGE issue especially when you’re getting asked to pay $9k. What a joke.

Jul 27,2023I booked a free consultation call to see how they can help me with my business. One of their consultants called. I believe her name was Katie or Kathy. I asked basic questions about the services and what they were. The consultant told me I was wasting her time because I didn’t come to her with a specific business problem. I asked what makes you guys different from other outsource companies and she said she can’t help me with that and to look at the website. They were very rude to customers just trying to get information and kept saying to “again why didn’t you look at our website before the call?” I asked how they are using AI in outsourcing and she said she does not have that information. She then hanged up the phone on me before I can say anything else. Honestly, she felt like a scam caller… which makes sense cause this feels like a scam company. I really don’t know who would be stupid enough to use their services, but I sure do feel bad for that sucker. I never jumped on a call with a company that accused a client of wasting their time. I have nothing good to say about them and will never use their services. I would DEFINITELY say AVOID them at ALL cost. There’s WAY more professional outsourcing companies than this. They act like they’ve got some secret sauce but really phillipino outsourcing firms are a dime in a dozen. My advice is to RUN!

May 16,2023I had an appointment to talk with them at 10am on Monday 15th of May. At 10:00am no one called at 10:05 I was canceled because I own a Energy Healing Business. I let them know this when I signed up. I took time out of my schedule for this meeting and they will not even talk to me. I feel very disappointed and disrespected. I would not recommend this company!

Feb 26,2023The sales rep “struck me a deal” that I could try two months of their service. At no point did he mention that would be paying for a month of “onboarding” for the doer. Therefoe I was mislead about what I would be getting AND they charge you before giving you a contract so there is no way to know this. When I tried to fight it, they pointed out it was in the contract… and refused to work with me. The actually doer was good. I don’t have complaints about her, just the company. Company out of integrity. Scam

Feb 23,2022The VA provided by this company was dishonest and unqualified. For example, he admitted to fabricating the loss of his laptop to justify taking time off from work. He spent days on a dns verification task that should have taken hours. He spend most of an 8-hour day "monitoring" an existing website for hacks (?) while doing no other tasks. When flagged, the company said that it would escalate the matter, respond and remediate. In a conversation with the VA's supervisor, we were assured that this would be done within 24 hours. We heard nothing. We terminated the contract for cause, and withdrew our authorization to continue to charge our credit card. The company charged the card anyway. We are initiating a fraud complaint. We have extensive written and audio documentation. This is a company that is way out of integrity. Avoid them.
