The training provided for your virtual assistant is top notch. The program also provides additional deep dive education for you and your assistant on various subject matters to help support specific areas of your business (i.e. platform-specific social media, website maintenance, ecommerce, funnel marketing, and more).

Out sourced doers made a perfect match with my company and our Doer. Our Doer is very skilled, and dependable. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner.

Please be truthful in your advertising. Your Facebook ad made it seem like the "doer" would do almost anything. I got a call from a rep while filling out an interest form. During that call, I asked specific questions. "Can my doer help determine the workflow of my small private health care practice, answer calls, and schedule appointments? Are they like an assistant? The response was, "Sure, you just tell them what you need. Your doer will do tasks you don't want to or have time to do". The rep went on to tell me the doer would work only for me and be available Monday through Friday from 9 to 5. I was thrilled and quickly scheduled a follow-up call. Scheduling the call came with a strong admonishment from the company along the lines of "We don't waste your time so don't waste ours by not showing up for the appointment." In the first 90 seconds of that appointment the next day. I was told Outsourced Doers is 100% marketing. Web sites, emails, social media. PERIOD... Nothing else. There's no shame in that. The problem is that I felt you led me on and wasted my time. I question your values and would never feel comfortable trusting your company to market my company. Good business relationships are built on trust. Although it may seem like clever marketing, it's deceitful and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Working with my Doer has been great. She takes the tasks I assign and is able to create what I've asked and improve upon it. She suggests some great design and marketing updates based on her training and experience. She's also extremely respectful and a pleasure to work with.

As a small business owner, I had quite a bit of trepidation, making the financial commitment to try Outsourced doers. However, in growing my business, I knew I needed support. What I’ve experienced is a master class in customer service and I am receiving tremendous support from research, to social media management, content creation, to website design, to applicant management, and more. I sincerely wish I had engaged with Outsourced Doers sooner. It’s advanced my business and allowed me to focus on operating and growth rather than (necessary) busy work.

Drex, My Doer is incredibly good. He is conscientious, hard working, and he takes the direction and executes without me having to hold his hand. We have a daily 10-15 minutes call and he is off to the races. He has taken a good part of the workload off of me.

I have been over the moon satisfied with the services I have been provided by Outsourced Doers, as a company, and specifically by Mark M., the virtual marketing assistant I've been working with. The company delivers a comprehensive and high caliber service, providing intensive onboarding and training and continued education not only for the virtual marketing assistants they hire, but even for me, as a company founder! Mark M. has done nothing but impress me with his professionalism, skills, motivation, and respectfulness since day one. He has great marketing skills, a great eye for design, and proactively addresses issues that I wouldn't have even realized were issues. So helpful! Being able to work with him consistently has allowed me to shift my focus and energy to doing the work that I'm good at while making more marketing progress in my business than I thought was possible in such a short amount of time. Working with Mark and Outsourced Doers has opened new horizons for me and the future of my business. I only wish I had made this investment sooner!

Honestly, the best we help we have right now as a small business. We were drowning in details and we couldn't move forward or faster without the help of our wonderful doer. The habitat you created for courses for the doers is great. The combination of tools is efficient like basecamp and the portal. It took a little bit to get used to them but now they are priceless. absolutely incredible service. I am blown away by the quality of work my doer produces - better than skilled people I have hired in North America. my favourite part is that Outsourced Doers takes care of everything - training, onboarding, payroll, benefits, growth plans, performance reviews. I have been a part of Outsourced Doers since September 2024. We are a non-profit ministry, and I honestly had concerns about being assigned to someone unfamiliar with our heart and mission. When Outsourced connected us with Maria Lorenzo, I knew almost immediately she was hand-picked for us, if by no one but God. To date, Maria has been a tremendous blessing with a work ethic you seldom see. She is a fast learner and willing to do anything asked of her. When given a project with established parameters or just an idea, she takes it on with enthusiasm. Lastly, our non-profit has a unique place in Outsourced Doers as we are not as focused on sales but more on services. It took me several weeks to figure out how to utilize their services to fit our needs, which was challenging as we were transitioning our services. Maria was patient, offered ideas, and was instrumental in us settling in. 5 stars for our Doer, Maria, and Outsourced for the services they offer. Their training, which I didn't even know I needed, has been invaluable. I am grateful for the unexpected value they have added to our organization.

Ched has been an amazing overall. It’s been rough for my personal life lately so I haven’t been able to pour more of what I’ve been wanting in my business as far as diving more deep and creating more. My ADS account got restricted in the month of OCT and this has hurt my sales tremendously. But Ched has been doing a tremendous job showing up on time. Doing exactly as asked, with the little time I have trying to implement new strategies together to grow and scale more and Ched is keeping my Instagram account alive! Because lord knows I wouldn’t be able to do this without her. She’s perfect for me🥰.

Working with my Doer (Jazz) this past year has been such a joy. Our grant writing business has very little social media presence in an industry that isn't really known for exciting or compelling marketing strategies. My Doer was incredibly helpful in building our content, keeping me up to date on our engagement, and helping me understand the best tools to use to maximize engagement and reach. She's also been fantastic at keeping important communications at the front of my attention during busy times in our industry. She's patient, has a wonderful demeanor, and asks all the right questions to make sure she's understanding what I'm asking for. As a result of her work, we have more followers than ever before on Linked In and Instagram, and we have signed at least 5 new clients (that's a lot for us). I couldn't have asked for a better Doer...Jazz is the best!
