Nov 24,2024Thanks to Outsourced Doers I have the greatest virtual assistant I could have possibly asked for. From the first day we began working together, not only did she know how to work with every program I used for my business (thanks to her diligence & hard work and Outsourced Doers' great training programs) but she went above and beyond and still does to this day using any downtime during her shifts to train in more skills and tools that can improve our work together. Every day she takes care of so much work behind the scenes for me that it enables me to focus my energy on the high level challenges and output I need to handle, and she is so good about letting me know what she has completed or where she is on tasks I never ever have to ask twice, which also saves so much valuable time and energy. She has saved me so much time and stress over the last two years that I know for sure I wouldn't have been able to grow this quickly without her, and my only complaint is that I can't clone her because every other person I hire is going to have a VERY high bar to meet!

I like that she is keeping things organized and keeps a list of our projects, to do's and completions. She is efficient and is handling multiple tasks for me all at the same time. She's always willing to adjust or make changes to content as needed.

The company as a whole has terrific resources for Founders, and a streamlined onboarding process. However, it has been a bit frustrating at times to get support from the "backend" team, for both my Doer and for me. Since that was more than a one off, I gave them 4 out of 5 stars.

Oct 23,2024Excellent work from my Doer. However, the company is very strict on time and productivity management (through tracking software), which doesn't jive with my management style. I would prefer to monitor my Doer's performance based on deliverables, not time. The OD website has some content that needs to be updated (broken links, incomplete instructions), which can be frustrating when you're starting up with them.

Oct 09,2024This is are review of Outsourceddoers and not the Doer that I am working with: Initially, I was matched with a Doer who was not competent in English. 1 star! I was rematched 5 star . The rematch process was bumpy 2 star - there was confusion in the transition with first Doer which I am concerned was a hardship for the Doer. The Doer I am working with now has an excellent attitude and work ethic. She is resoureceful and capable and gets the job done - a delight to work with. I rate the Doer 5 stars!!! For the resources that are provided, I have attended 2 Zoom coaching calls. My experience is that the coach did not control the call and let Founders monopolize the time with conversation about irrelevant topics or too detailed to their own experience. Both times the coach said they had a lesson but we never got to that. A more structured call is more work for the coach but is needed if coaching calls is offered as a tool for Founders. 4 star For FB group, the reponse from coachs has been "great job" nothing specific to the projects we posted. Again, more work for the coach to review and respond in detail. 4 star Sales rep was excellent through this whole experience. 5 star Average: 4 star Thank you.
