Taking on anyone to work with you on your business is always tough. Be prepared for a big learning curve. There's a lot of stuff and fluff that this company offers if you don't have hours to spend going through lots of training then this might not be for you. They did however match me with an excellent Doer.
I paid thousands of dollars upfront so they could “train” my Doer and then give me two months of work. My trained Doer only lasted one week and then stopped working and responding… Efforts to connect with Outsourced Doers about an update on a replacement have been unsuccessful. They have no phone number to call and emails go unanswered. I attempted to chat with them and all I get is “We can understand your frustration. I have notified my manager”. But still nothing. I have requested a refund since I paid over $4,000 and received nothing in return. I’m beyond frustrated and just want my money back so I can move on. They entice you on the sales call and make it sound promising. I have not received anything they have promised.
In the year I've been working with Outsourced Doers, I have had a fantastic experience. Their communication and educational resources for business owners is exemplary. There are several pathways of support, if need be, and the team prides itself on prompt, thorough, client-centered responses. The resource bank of videos, worksheets, and live coaching is incredible - that alone is worth the monthly fee, not to mention a readily-trained person working fulltime on your company (Doers have their own support teams and resources, too)! There are so many structures to help business owners ensure their best outcomes. When you begin with the company, they evaluate your goals and give you a step-by-step guide to navigate your relationship with your Doer and get the best outcomes swiftly. The coaches are very talented. Each one is an excellent teacher, truly invested in each business owner and always ready with layered professional feedback. The managing liaisons between business founders and doers are highly professional. Connor is my contact person and he is always ready with encouraging words and strong solutions. I was briefly, SILENTLY dissatisfied with aspects of my experience and as soon as I reached out, Outsourced Doers did everything possible to ensure a speedy, beneficial resolution. The issue was me not accessing resources, which are plentiful. And when I say resources, in this case I mean a team of humans who will talk to you and do everything they can to help you build the business of your dreams. My Doer, EJ, is talented, organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. She picks up where I leave off and makes everything I try to do so much better. She understands her roles and tasks very clearly and makes sure I know what she is doing, when and why, as well as what I need to be doing each day to keep the company moving forward. I've been trying to improve my web presence, launch funnels and build courses for almost 15 years and couldn't make it through the process until I started with Outsourced Doers. I had a great experience with this company. The doer was very professional and was able to work with her. She was a delight to work with.
My Doer is fine, but mostly because I have the ability to train her directly. I don't have any contact from your company at all, except for these feedback forms. I don't really like this approach. My Doer made a mistake with one of the holidays, the company did not contact me to let me know you would be preventing her from swapping the holiday, so I was a day out. You don't seem to be compensating me for that day, or any of the days that there is no power, which seems to happen frequently. We cannot get the Doer to set up Event Pages on Facebook with the correct time, because Facebook defaults to the Doer's time zone set on her computer and you require her to have her time zone instead of mine. I set up call to discuss these things and the caller only called once exactly on time, did not leave a call back number and I was expected to reschedule, no one followed up on that. Poor customer support all the way around. I don't know how Founders who are not marketers are able to function with the low amount of training the Doers receive, the model is not great, they would make great assistants, but not for Founders with no marketing assitance. I was emailing with follow up email to the lady that called. So, you need to have it in your system or you can ask her. I was mentioning her name in my previous comment. Updated Review: I was finally able to get a hold of someone and my issue was resolved. There was apparently some type of something going on that week and perhaps they didn't have enough coverage to deal with issues? They didn't make excuses, but apologized. I was allowed to rematch and have a new Doer assigned to me. This has been a much more positive experience. I'm really pleased with the person I'm working with and excited that this program might work out for me! The one thing I really like about the program is how they sort of train you to hire someone in their program. They also give you a lot of tutorials on lead magnets and the like. I think it would be helpful if they had more information on the best methods to set up our VAs with Facebook credentials etc in a safe way. There's a lot of good "meat" to their instructions, but I was still a little lost on some smaller details. I also think it would be excellent if they did some training with their VAs on free programming that people can use to manage their business. But I enjoy teaching my new VA some of the work so it hasn't been an issue. Currently working on Google Calendar setup and scheduling/planning. Previous Review: I'm currently working with Outsource Doers. I hired someone through them full time, but the work doesn't reflect that. The company has not responded to two inquiries sent this week, and the doer, while theoretically being monitored, is not even remotely doing 40 hrs/week of work. Very disappointed in this experience. I was enthusiastic about the idea as I like the way they on board and teach the company owner to hire/onboard someone.
The level at which Doers goes to to prepare workers and keep them trained is unbelievable. It's refreshing to see a company that cares to so much it about its people and customers.
I am enjoying the personalized support. It feels a bit hectic but overall I know it will work out.

Here’s my updated review. I had a great sales call that really solidified that an assistant would be a great asset to building my coaching business. However, I got scared about making my third big investment of the year, and was unsure if I needed a VA. I was pushed to purchase a package under the pretense I had 3 days to cancel. I received my contract after payment and signed it immediately, and then the next day tried to get out. I was upset I was sold to in this way, and felt trapped. I understand that I entered into a legally binding contract. Buyers should be careful to read their contracts before signing. I think the company should update their contract’s cancellation agreement to reflect their sales pitch, a 3 day cancellation allowance is very fair! This is big investment of time & money from all parties and you want everyone on board. All of the staff at OD were very professional in handling the dispute, and my VA journey is moving along making sure I am supported at every step. I am impressed by the program so far, and I am hoping for a great experience with my Doer building the foundation of my business. We will launch next week.
My account manager Connor was phenemonal and super helpful. My first Va wasnt the right fit and they did everything they could to navigate this to my benefit. Love the training and set up they have for all founders.

Aug 24,2024Hiring through OD has shifted my focus into a Founder mindset, not having to try to keep up with all of the backend and social media marketing. I have actually started implementing marketing strategies that I had planned years prior. This has been the greatest shift allowing my Assistant to take over my social platforms and website. He did so well as all of these were already established!!! So grateful.
