THEO is just amazing and he helped me with the booking process throughout and gave me some amazing flight options to choose from. I chose the best option from those flights and got an amazing deal. Theo was very polite and patient with me during the entire process and I really recommend Ovago to everyone for booking their flights.

the flights i booked with Ovago were basic flights with all extras removed. i wanted to change details of my flight weeks in advance they were no help at all. The airline told me it was Ovago choice not to make my changes available to me, why Ovago? really!?. Basic customer service, even if you wanted to charge me at least make an effort.

Hi, at the very beginning when clicking BOOK NOW it's a little bit weird that this starts a live chat, but the service, at least Gia, has been very fast and it's like a second check on the flights to ensure the availability. Good experience.

Excellent experience purchasing tickets for my honeymoon with Raavi. Not only were the tickets half the price of the airline’s website, Raavi was very helpful as my agent and gave me several options based on our trip’s parameters. He also gave a realistic timeline on flight confirmation, and stayed present and available during the 40 or so minutes I mulled over options. We even got a premium economy flight I hadn’t known existed. When you get the pop up of someone asking if you’d like help or a discount, engage. You’ll save time and money. I really liked the little option to tip with my ticket purchase. Happy to tip when I just saved $2,500. Woohoo!

Not save if any cancel ticket no refund… Not save if any cancel ticket no refund money look what say if contact him Dear , We did contacted the Airlines and as per them you need to call Air canada to fix this as thet tickets were taken over by them. So now it is only Air Canada can help you with the Voucher or the Credit. This is Confirmation Number: O16557A and this in Covid 19 period

Complete scam. Worst customer service to deal with. They issued a FULL credit for a flight that I had to cancel and when I was ready to re-book using the credit, they only offered 50%. After multiple calls and emails back and forth, they finally agreed to pay 80%. They basically stole 20% of the total I paid and could not further help me even though I have the original receipt and an email stating that they're refunding me the full credit amount. I wasted weeks trying to get this solved. Their customer service reps are worthless.

Worst experience ever, I booked a flight and can’t change the date or get the money back even tho I paid a refund fee. I have been calling for more than two weeks and they hung up on me. The airline can’t do any change cause is under their name. I’m not going to lose my money, I’ll take this to the end!

We had a terrible experience with Ovago on multiple levels. They were super efficient during the sales process, but after we booked the tickets, everything was a nightmare. I wanted to try and change my return flight but I couldn’t do it in time because I had to wait for someone to call me. This person took 2 weeks to call me back despite me trying to get in touch with them every second day. By the time they called, the prices of the flight had shot through the roof. It didn’t end there. The airline website wouldn’t allow me to check-in online, which was strange. When we got to the airport, we were told that our seats weren’t confirmed and we will have to go to the gate and wait for the gate manager to assign us the seats. The gate manager told us that the flight was overbooked, and we will have to wait for the airline to see if anyone is missing their flight or cancelling last minute for them to allocate us seats. I was the last person to get on the flight despite reaching the airport 3 hours in advance. Moreover, I couldn’t change my meal plan. I am assuming that this was also because my seats were never confirmed with the airline. Ovago’s response to all this was, they are sorry for the inconvenience and have raised an inquiry with the airline. No one got back to me post that.

Terrible experience with Ovago. They're your best friend during the sales process, even assigning a specific salesperson to your trip. But as soon as you book the experience goes south. Right now I'm getting no reply whatsoever from Ovago after repeated emails. I'm trying to obtain a letter from them stating the reason why one of our flights was delayed / changed less than 3 days before our trip. This flight change ended up causing an over 8-hour layover in London when we initially expected a 1-hour layover. Luckily, we bought trip insurance from Tin Leg / Squaremoth. That insurance indicates compensation of $150 per person for any delay over 6 hours. We were traveling with 4 people so the total would've been $600. Knowing we had this insurance, we booked a different flight spending about $500 in total for 4 people. Now the insurance company is refusing to honor the $500 reimbursement unless we have a letter from the airline indicating the reason the flight was rescheduled. I contacted British Airways directly and they said they can't help me: I must go through Ovago to obtain the letter from them. I have emailed Ovago several times now and they don't even respond! Not even an auto-response. My only move at this point is to take the insurance company into small claims court and name Ovago as a party. It's just ridiculous Ovago can't do the simplest thing and provide me with a letter. Even an email works! I'll never use Ovago again.

Great experience with my representative Nigel. When I first looked up the flights, I found a cheap one but it literally did not include a carry on. I thought to myself, how am I supposed to travel with no clothes. Well, with Nigel's help, I was able to find a flight to Recife, Brazil that was slightly cheaper and included a few additional benefits. I am grateful for the help.

Would not use ovago again! When I booked my tic they kept contacting me wanting me to change to another carrier. I was content w the carrier I had chosen but they kept bugging me. They would probably have made more money on whoever they were trying to sell to me. But when I was on my trip and wanted to change my return date, their service was terrible! I was told I would hear from them within 24 hours…4 days later they contacted me. By that time it was too late. Customer service is a joke.

If I could give zero stars, I would the site absolutely horrible, sells you in expensive flights and then last minute you get a cancellation notice because the prices were jacked and they couldn’t confirm absolutely bad business on their behalf, and needless to say will never use this site again.

Stay away from this, they are fraud. I was booking the Qatar Airways Tickets. They showed me Qatar airways when i booking the ticket. I also got the first email Your reservation is processing which shows me Qatar Airways ticket. Then i got the second email with ticket conformation with American Airline. This is fraud, Stay away from them Never book any ticket from them

Ovago is a total nightmare - in business class, Lufthansa, my wife had a name change to her married name when her passport expired - when I booked ticket for her and little kids I used maiden name (unknowing, a simple mistake). After assuring me they would get the name changed, Ovago dragged it out for a month, and then left me hanging with two days until our family trip - now I have found out they issued a FALSE invoice for the amount they charged me ($6,000 versus the $14,000 I actually paid). The airline tells me that Ovago didn't even make the booking - now I have found that they used miles to upgrade me, and the ticket is completely unchangeable. Ovago used miles from a third party ("Majestic Vacations") which is unreachable, making it impossible for me to get a name change. The third party is in China somewhere. Ovago has caused my family huge anxiety, and I have spent at least 50 hours (literally) on the phone. This is a scam, based on the use of miles by third parties. The false invoice is surely a violation of federal law also.

Over all it was a good experience. Norma was able to help me get my refund back in full. I thought was going to a long time. I was surprised how fast the problem was resolved.
