So far, so good. Reed from Ovago helped me book a flight and he was quite attentive and helpful in getting me a discount. I started on Kayak and then was directed to Ovago, which is guess is a Kayak partner. I have only booked my trip, but the process was nice because I felt like a human was helping me along the way.

Ovago is running a scam by cancelling the booking and in name of refund policy not even returning the booking amount. They accepted the cancellation request that came in from anonymous source and claim it was raised by the customer. Shitty service and not even making an effort to resolve the issue. In the name of company policy they are just here to cheat on your money and take no responsibility.
Lena assisted me alot in the booking process, She is nice and explained clearly the best options I had with my travel dates. Overall it's a very great booking experience and I will reach out to her in future as well for any travel related stuff.

I got a bait & switch from Ovago. Purchased a "Classic" fare on TAP Portugal from them, only to be given a "Basic" ticket with more restrictions and more fees (e.g. I have to pay $450 extra for seats for me and my family when a "Classic" ticket would have provided free seat selection). I called them up, and they admitted that the ticket shouldn't have said "Classic" on their website but there was nothing they could or were willing to do about it. **Update** In reply to your reply, the bottom line is that you sold me a "Classic" ticket on your website that wound up being a "Basic" ticket with TAP Portugal. These are two different kinds of tickets. Your advertising was deceptive.
OVAGO the worst experience ever. Not only they destroyed my trip and my moms but since May I have not received my refund. Lisa from costumer service Keeps lying every time I contact her via email or phone and now she doesn’t even respond anymore to my phone calls or emails. Please save yourself from travel from this scam company so disappointed
I have booked with Ovago twice. The first time they scrambled our party's birthdates. It took multiple tries communicating with them to get that right. Annoying, stressful; but forgiveable. Today I tried to check into my flight to find that they had booked the flight under a misspelled version of my name despite the documents and "e-ticket" they provided me having the correct name. Multiple ovago representatives told me that I could make the change and fix it at the check-in counter at the airport. This is factually /not/ true. I was standing at the check-in desk at the airport with Ovago on the phone who were claiming that the check in desk could do the name fix and the check-in representative telling me they could not because the travel agency had to be the one to do it. Ovago could not fix this because they need "48 hours" to communicate with the airlines to make a change. They charged me the airline fees and my travel insurance and cancellation protection were not refunded. A trip nearly ruined by negligence and another postponed for a similar issue is unacceptable. Today I feel as if I've been scammed out of hundreds of dollars because of a typo which was made by someone who wasn't me. I was given wrong information about how to approach fixing the situation which kept me from doing a proper cancellation and rebooking. I was cornered into accepting a less than favorable refund policy (which may not even go through) when the time was running out. Even now, before the verdict of my refund request, this has already cost me both hundreds of dollars and days of time. You cannot trust a poorly trained and negligent staff. I will never use this service again and I will actively discourage others to as well. On top of it all—at the date of writing—Ovago displays a 5 star trustpilot rating badge on the bottom of their emails when they are only a low 4 star. Quite literally untrustworthy. Update: October 24th I received an email stating that I have cancelled a my request for a refund and that my refund is rejected. This is false I made no such request to cancel my refund. Update: November 13th Ovago has done nothing. I've gotten an email and a call saying that I will receive an update within 48 hours and never receive an update. Regarding their reply, I called to do a name change on the ticket the night before when I couldn't check in because the name on the ticket didn't match my passport information (which matched the name on my receipt from Ovago). Again, Ovago support gave me factually incorrect instruction on how to resolve this issue the night before my flight. Ovago's trustpilot score has officially slid from 4s into the 3s and their emails still display a 5 star badge.

STEER CLEAR. IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. They will take your money, deliver poor service, put blame back on you and keep your money. They do not refund anything. Save yourself the trouble. Book with the airline directly. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I'm still paying for my naivete.
I had some trouble booking because I input my card info incorrectly. An agent reached out by phone to walk me through correcting it. They were friendly and helpful. Due to some trouble with the page I wasn’t able to change it so I had to re-book. When I went to do so, another agent reached out via live chat as soon as I went on the page. They asked for my flight preferences, suggested options, received feedback, and ultimately sent me a link with everything set up for me to just book. Despite the small bug when trying to change my card details after my initial error, my experience was very positive thanks to the impressive level of personalized support.
The company is real and reservations are real too. It's not straight forward to get to the Customer Service even after using the main number. I wish/hope it'll take the same effort to get to the Customer care team as it takes to get to the sales team for booking new reservations.

Booked an international flight from the United States and they did not take consideration that I would be going through customs and booked my flights too close together and was left stranded In Frankfurt airport. Refused accommodations and pinned the blame on me never use these guys!

I needed to transfer the flight to a different day, and payment for the extra baggage wasn't transferred. After the call to the airline, I learned that the original flight ticket didn't include the extra baggage, though I have the receipt for that. After the conversation with Ovago, I learned they do not transfer the money to the airline company until you check-in. They claim that the extra baggage costs are not refundable or transferrable—this is a lurked practice of stealing money for extra baggage in case of a flight date change.
