Nov 26,2021Hi! I've sent two emails but got no response regarding shipment #REG2100GB01892594501. I know that the retailer has also been in contact about the delivery several times and last time was advised to wait an additional 72 hours - this was on 18th November. The order still seems to be stuck in Venlo since the 4th according to the tracking. Could you please provide an update on this? EDIT status as of 1st Dec: I did send the emails with the subject containing the reference number, I haven't gotten a reply since to either of them. The retailer received a notification about the investigation but there's still no result. The order contained unfortunately an item that is out of stock now, so they couldn't resend that one to me. The package is still in Venlo.

Nov 21,2021I’m having the same issue as a few others by parcel has been stuck in transit for a while. The only update it shows it that is has been departed. I’m not sure whether there’s a problem or it’s just taking longer than usual. I have emailed but haven’t got a response back. Tracking number is GER6960GB60824732201 Although there was an issue with the logistics of my order after emailing the retailer, they managed to sort out the problem and I got my parcel within a couple days!!

Nov 20,2021Update So one parcel finally made it to the UK, but why is my other parcel still stuck at the Fontana processing center since the 11th November? Tracking number: DOL0800US40536389001 Awful shipping company, have had 2 parcels stuck at the Fontana processing center for 2 weeks now, even though one of them was supposed to be delivered on the 19th November, the parcels haven’t even left the US yet! Don’t be surprised if your parcels never arrive if they’re shipped with this carrier.

Update je leurs ai envoyé le numéro de colis silence radio de leurs part... Un manque de professionnalisme déconcertant Update 2: Le numéro de suivi est le HUT2090GB23001212901. C'est déjà fait et elle redirige vers vous, comme vous me rediriger vers eux. Je continue à dire que vos entreprises respectives ne font pas preuve de professionnalisme. Update 3 : Et on revient au départ ! Non seulement c'est une entreprise qui fait preuve d'un manque de professionnalisme remarquable mais ils prennent vraiment les clients pour des idiots Update 4: Le revendeur m'a confirmé vous avoir envoyé le colis le 4 novembre. I don't think my stuff has even left the storage yet. Is it possible to check where it is and to change the shipping address? Pare nessuno sia intenzionato a risolvere la questione. provo a contattarvi tramite questo canale. il nr spedizione è M4 612611211. la città di residenza mia è Locate di Triulzi (MI). pare assurdo che nel 2021 si sia ridotti così...
