I get it its been hectic and busy due to Covid-19 and Xmas but this is getting ridiculous. There have been no updates since the 26th November saying departed Geras! That's 29 days of no updates!! I had contacted the seller, they'd replied saying it had been posted. I even emailed the FCB*****fedex.com, but no reply there!! I've sent another again and honestly, I'm certain there won't be a reply again. All I asked was transparency for where my package was and when it would arrive. Because a whole month is a bit too much for a delivery service that was paid for. And honestly I didn't want to write this review but as it looks like this is the only platform where some people have gotten a reply this might be the only way to get any answer. I check the tracking and there’s been no movement at all. The order was place on the 12th December, now we’re 2 days out from Christmas and there’s NO way it’ll arrive in time. Diz que está parada desde o dia 30/11 e que foi reagendada por mim, o que não é verdade porque nunca fui contactada! Assim, gostaria muito de saber onde se encontra a minha encomenda um mês depois, pois preciso dos produtos que encomendei, caso contrário não os teria encomendado! Dec 27,2021No dia 30/11 efetuei uma encomenda na LookFantastic (HUT1860GB88740924001) sendo que a entrega estimada era entre o dia 22/12 e o dia 24/12, no entanto até hoje não recebi a minha encomenda nem consigo localizá-la, apenas consigo ver que foi enviada e que está à 27 dias em trânsito. Gostaria de obter informações sobre a localização da encomenda e qual é a estimativa de entrega.
