My parcel ALY0160GB32747402601 Finally I get my parcel on 27th Oct. However, there was apparently a delay in this parcel being dispatched. My parcel departed the retailer on 6th Oct, but arrived at FedEx Cross Border warehouse on 12th Oct. My question is why it took so much time for my parcel to be scanned. The parcel not prepared by the retailer? Or stuck in traffic? Or almost lost halfway? As you know, Basildon is just 25 miles away from London. Even if the retailer is located faraway like Jersey Island, it usually takes 1 working days for the parcel to arrive at your warehouse. I've contacted FCB-info@fedex about this issue and then was replied by client service. You said this parcel has been raised internally for an investigation to find out why. But I've no longer received any updates afterwards. Please just tell me the truth so that I would not panic if I encountered the same situation.
