I do not know what is going on with my package. It was supposed to be delivered Oct. 5th. FedEx tracking says that they have not received my package, but it says that it was transferred to partner carrier. I need this package by Oct. 8th and would like to pay for expedited shipping if possible. However, since FedEx does not have my package, I cannot. But it says my package was transferred to the partner carrier. I have called FedEx and they told me to contact the shipper because they don't have my package. Please help me. I am in Louisiana and it is saying my package is in Florida. This package has been in transit for 9 days now!!!! Bonjour j’avais commandé sur un site début septembre, le livreur m’a dit qu’il l’avait déposé à ma gardienne or 10min plus tard j’ai reçu un message comme quoi le colis d’une valeur de 160€ serait en point relais. Cependant, pendant des jours j’ai attendu le dit message pour qu’on me dise que le colis avait été perdu, On m’a dit de contacter P2P mais je ne sais pas comment, tout est très mal organisé La référence est le LG0 001 036 846

To Fedex Cross Border, please check the tracking info (Shipment Details # HUB1270GB78182551001) which says the item was delivered to me whereas I did not receive any item. I have sent email to Fedex Cross Border, but no response received. Please provide me with Consignment note, stating on what is the status of the delivery? Thank You.

Contudo, desde o dia 25/09 que a encomenda está em Venlo NL para "site scan" (event code 217) e entretanto não recebi mais atualizações. Necessitava que esta encomenda chegasse com a maior brevidade possível já que é uma prenda de aniversário e tenho receio que chegue depois da data prevista de entrega que me deram (30/09). Hola. Espero un paquete que me han enviado desde EEUU y después de mes y medio esperando he recibido el mensaje de que han intentado entregármelo y que yo no estaba. Como eso es falso, porque ese día estaba en casa, pienso que debe haber algún problema con la dirección en la que deben entregarlo, pero no sé cómo contactar con ellos. Delivery estimate is 2-8 days, but my shipment hasn't been updated for 5 days. Stuck at site scan Venlo. I'd like a real estimate because I don't know whether I'll be at home when the package arrives...if it arrives. It still has to be handed over twice, it seems. Waited 30 days without any updates or info. After one month answer was they will refund money. What about my one month waiting? Who is going to pay that. Strongly recommend avoid using this service/
