You must not be in business. 17 days and 19 days , parcel still in transit. I sent emails to fee you ashamed that how bad you guys are for ecommerce. DO NOT USE THEM. They use donkeys to transport goods. Already contacted retailer. No response. Thats why i am expressing my frustration here. How come you double tax an order when IOSS number is given. Just today issued more refund to customers in France. Retailer is as bad as YOU. I get no reply , NO follow up from retailer ITDGLOBAL. I sent two emails to cross border email that you mentioned in reply . No reply or did not speed up tracking . In fact is total failure . Why you pick up parcels when you lack handling capacity ???? I sent about 70 parcels to EU .It took 15 days to deliver to France . All IOSS orders value under 150 euros . All info supplied , customs invoices attached . Courier robbed my customers. Courier demanded duties to pay when all taxes were prepaid . It’s a nightmare company . I lost about 7000 in refunds . Never ever use them for business .

Stuck in one place for months!!!! If you are planning a gift don't order because the other person won't receive their gift this year!!!!! My first package was stuck at the same place for a month and later returned to the seller. The second package is almost 1 month since I ordered and I still haven't got anything. When I write to them I got this answer: I can see that there is currently an embargo via the postal lane due to Covid-19. This is a joke and not true because all other orders from different couriers have arrived!!!!!
