Feb 12,2023WOEFUL in every word. Gave them the correct paint code from the dealer and they supplied the wrong colour paint. Then used every excuse in the book not to cover the cost of having the car paint work professionally repaired. INEPT beyond belief and no wonder their Trustpilot scores are so low. Now in the hand's of our solicitors!!

I was emailed when the paint was shipped and it was delivered within 2 days. I haven't used the paint yet but when I test sprayed it on paper it seemed perfectly fine.

Feb 03,2023Quick delivery . Perfect match which surprised me as my car is a strange olive yellow FORD fIESTA .Also bought touch up kit for my husbands white Hyundai. So pleased I found this company on line. I was worried as I had read some negative reviews. Certainly not my experience. Many Thanks. This is a brilliant service. Who knew it was so easy. I would highly recommend this COMPANY.

Nov 18,2022Ordered some paint and lacquer to colour match a couple of spare parts I needed to replace on my car. Ordered this week and received this week so the service I received was spot on. The web site is simple and easy to navigate so definitely no complaints there either. Absolutely no problem with the price I’ve paid either as I’ve sprayed the parts myself so imagine I’ve saved myself a small fortune should I have got them done by someone els. In all definitely 5 stars all round.

Nov 13,2022Paint match is ok but the rattle cans are useless base coat can stopped working with no pressure after two passes lacquer is too thin and runs everywhere. I won’t be using again

Nov 11,2022AVIOD AVIOD at all costs do not use this company they are a total nightmare. Ordered paint 10 days later still not arrived, email after email. They said they would send a refund. But they sent another tin off paint. Refused delivery off second tin of paint as a month had past and car was now fixed...Asked for refund 2 be told we don't do refunds even though they blamed the courier company for loosing it.Shocking customer service cheeky emails telling me the case is closed now finally got money 💰 back through PayPal had 2 raise a dispute . 💩💩💩💩company.

Delivery I thought was fast, I had ordered the touchup paint on the 28th of October and had received my paint before November 2nd. I will certainly be using this company again should I require anymore paint in the future.

Oct 23,2022First time customer read the good and bad reviews and tbh was undecided. Gave Paintnuts benefit of the doubt. Must say excellent customer service, ordered Wednesday 19th October put reg number in, arrived Friday 21st October. Used today 22nd October to repair scrape, exact colour match and great finish. Can't fault, would certainly recommend and use again if needed.

Oct 21,2022Ordered paint on 13 October and paid next day delivery. By the time 17 October arrived we still have had no paint and no correspondence. Sent an email to Paintnuts the next Day advising we needed the paint no later than 19 October or it needs to be cancelled. They replied stating that they are still waiting on Honda giving them the paint code. First of all, what's the point in providing all the information requested and they still contact Honda. Again we said just cancel and refund everything. No reply. And on the 20 October the paint arrived. 1 Day after it was needed by. It's now unusable. Requested a return label and refund. They refused. So it's now in the hands of The credit card company. Please stay well clear of this unhelpful company.
