Oct 25,2024I recieved the product pretty quick. The color was an exact match and looks great. The only drawback was I didn't get the exact metallic flakes as the rest of the car but barely noticeable since the color was exact.

Oct 23,2024My color match for Mercedes Sprinter van was very close to a perfect match. I wouldn't try to blend mid body panel but it was great for a bumper.

Oct 19,2024Sorry this review is late but my husband just had a chance to touch up a small scratch on the front fender of his Subaru Forester. He said that the paint is a perfect match and the consistency of it is such that it fills in any "gaps" that may occur where the original paint was scraped off. Great product - good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Oct 05,2024The paint in the spray can worked beautiful and it was a great match. I also purchased the touch up stick I bought didn’t work it has a tip that keeps falling out and no matter how hard you shake it no paint comes onto the tip I definitely wouldn’t purchase again. The shipping was like 16 dollars the spray paint paint was like 24. Ridiculous shipping.

Sep 18,202417 days just to get one little bottle of touch up paint. A common color so it wasn't a special order. No idea how places like this stay in business. Once I saw how long the order was taking, I went to my local paint shop and they mixed up a bottle in 15 minutes. They were also not any more expensive. I guess if you don't value your life slipping away while you're waiting, then paintsratch is an ok choice. I haven't even used the paint yet because I sold the car. That's how LONG they took. So the paint could also be horrible quality, who knows.

Sep 06,2024The paint I received was not the correct color code. Paintscratch does not have all paint chips for RV's and I understand this but they mixed a different paint code that matches the same model, different color. They don't see where they made the mistake even though it was well explained with photos. I thought they figured out the mistake and their emails were vague enough for me to believe that I had a new batch coming that might be correct. Over a week later I asked for the tracking and was informed they couldn't help without sending in a sample. This puts me behind on timeline and is not a solution from inconsistent emails and not specifically letting me know they could not help.

Aug 25,2024This was my first and last time trying paintscratch.com. I was a one time customer trying to repair my bumper with their complete kit and everything worked fine except the actual paint can was faulty and wouldn't spray. I've sent a defect description twice with my invoice# and all I could get was a we're sorry. All I asked for was a replacement can of paint and still no answer. Thanks Paintscratch. You guys are the tops!! 👍
