Sep 21,2023Totally wrong color, lots of words about replacement, guarantee, etc but no answers, no replacement, no way to email back. Have heard nothing from them. This place is a scam selling overpriced colors of the day! Don't waste your time with these clowns. The color swatch on their website is RIGHT but the color sent out is a way off wrong color even having given them the correct VIN, confirmed with Winnebago, and trailer is brand new, no accidents, no repaint! Do yourself a favor and save money and time by going to a local automotive body shop paint mix/supply store and having them scan the color for you. Oh, if anyone wants some dark silver paint from these clowns you can have mine - I'll trade for an off white!

Jun 06,2023Paint does not match, it is way too light. When I filled out return form online it said no refund or returns because it’s for a 1956 car and there is no guarantee. I totally understand no guarantee it’ll match MY car, but what you gave me is not Verona Green and will not match any Verona Green car 1165862 Invoice number

May 29,2023Color match for a 2023 VW ID.4 was excellent. If the fiber tip was pointed like a fountain pen rather than chisel-shaped it would be easier to touch up small chip marks. After a little trial and error on the test paper provided the end result was near perfect.

May 29,2023On my order # 1162012, I can’t give a very good review for Paintscratch because after receiving the paint, and the clearcoat from them, the paint that I received was definitely the wrong color.. I did what they told me to do and sent everything needed to San Leandro color, attention Betsy and I have not heard anything back from them at all .. in the letter to them I told them I do not expect my money back, just if you could send me the correct one and charge me for it .. I even sent the correct paint color from the factory, back to them, I guess I wasted $70.00.. I took the actual paint chip to O’Reillys auto parts here in Oklahoma City and they matched perfectly and got me a spray can of it for $24! I did use Paintscratch clearcoat, it was fine. Nov 09,2023You sent the product quickly I tried before I got your email on how to so it was ok but could have been better had I seen the video prior to getting the paint. So I veiw the problems as a user (me) problem not yours.
