Nov 23,2022Colors matched body and trim on my Mom's Buick Encore. A tire rub skinned paint off a spot about the size of a nickel on the gray trim and left a few other scrapes on the white body. The nickel size spot was much larger than the "pencil eraser" size the directions said the pen should be used for. The pen worked just fine, but a single application didn't look right. After three whacks with several days to dry between, there was enough thickness built up that I could buff the area smooth. The scratches were much easier and already looking good with just the base color applied. After the other coats and clear were applied the scratches have nearly disappeared. I am sure someone with more talent could have made the repairs invisible using the same products. We are very happy with the result I managed to achieve.

Nov 09,2022Paint took a while to arrive this time. Ordered the paint pen and clearcoat pen. They worked OK but would probably go with the jar/brush option next time. Paint matches perfectly as always.

Oct 28,2022You shipped what I ordered in an expedient manner, that is good. My repair was on a door mirror cover 2009 Subaru Forester, Topaz Gold. I am happy with the repair, BUT the mirror is separated from the rest of the sheet metal by black mounts and edging. The color although "close enough" would have been very noticeable in an area of a door or fender panel. The basecoat "gold" is a little yellower/browner than the original "champagne" and the "metallic"powder or chip is a little larger than original factory paint. Also the 1K Clearcoat is OK but does not have quite the gloss or luster of the original factory finish, even after buffing. All in all though, it is very decent repair for a mirror cover.

Oct 13,2022Perfect color match for code PAF on brand new 2022 Subaru Crosstrek. Used pens on .25" - 1.25" areas on front fender that was warm to the touch (probably ~80 deg) in 55-65 deg air, resulting in somewhat uneven paint thickness. Nevertheless, with 3 clear coats & polishing with cutting creme, the repair is invisible from a yard away. Next time I'll start with a dead cold engine.

Oct 13,2022My grandson bought a new Hyundai (to him) used car, and it had a few scratches down to the primer. Your touch up was an EXACT match for his car's color. It was difficult to even find Hyundai touch up paints. I will use your product from now on.

Oct 07,2022I had an issue where the clear coat caused blotches. I assumed that maybe the paint wasn't completely dry, even though I followed instructions to a tee. Placed second order and asked for help three times. Customer service is lacking, I was sent the same link to their faq page, which I read before asking for help. Products seem okay, getting help is a zero.
