Apr 26,2023I placed an order online. The associate canceled my order without confirming with me. Associate never checked all the orders/invoices and claimed I failed to order the paint products correctly. Totally incompetent customer service. Sherwin Williams would be a better choice. Very unhappy.

Apr 03,2023I bought the pen kit to touch up rock chips on the front bumper and hood of my Scion FR-S. The color match was spot on. Combined with the video instructions and the materials provided in the kit, a novice can do paint chip repairs like a pro. I highly recommend this product.

Mar 21,2023I ordered a base spray paint with the exact paint code and car informations, but what Ive got is a huge DISAPPOINTMENT on the color matches! So freaking mad about this! very low quality! Not even close to its original paint color!! I Don't wanna trust this company anymore!! My car looks stupid because of your paint color matches!!! I can’t imagine how many more DIYers will be misguided by your online store! Smh!

Feb 28,2023I will not order again from Paint Scratch. I was informed that my paint was delivered 9 days from purchase. I finally received 18 days later with a postmark later than my supposed delivery date. I have filled out the problem with my order form 5 times and am being asked again to fill out form to state my problem. There is not enough characters allowed to adequately state my order problem. The paint I have received is leaking into the plastic bag it was sent in. Not sure I can use without a big mess. I will now just order from my local BMW dealer as I should have done in the beginning. It should not take this much time to receive a small bottle of issuable touch up paint.

Feb 24,2023They really do stand by their guarantee and deliver proper customer support. My first order with them came missing a primer can, they next day shipped me the can and the paints came out perfect. I felt confident enough to order from them again and got a batch that was much darker than original and when I reached out they remixed the batch and sent it out. That's what I call quality service and they will continue to have my support. Sincerely a loyal customer 🙏

Feb 16,2023I own bowkersfiberglass.com and I have been repairing boats and pwc and all manner of fiberglass for over 30 years. The paint from paintscratch is not good anymore. On boats that are a year old it should always be a perfect match. Also a pint of base coat contains less than 10 ounces of the actual base coat. Its almost entirely solvent that they send you. This is not user error as I make the paint match myself, by adjusting the pigments as needed. But i should not have to adjust a urethane that has only had a year of light exposure. And i should not pay 100 for a pint of reducer with a tiny amount of base coat mixed in and receive no support.

Apr 28,2023I ordered primer, base coat, and clear coat for a repair I need to do on my vehicle. This is a popular paint color on a lot of vehicles, so I figured it would be an easy paint to mix. I sprayed a test sample and knew immediately it was way off. My paint has a very minimal amount of pearl flakes in it. What they sent me looks like a bass boat. I sent them the sample they requested, and they told me that it matches their color chip perfectly. Obviously they have the wrong chip. I have talked with the dealership, a body shop, another online paint match supplier, and an auto parts store that mixes factory paint and they all say the same thing. Paintscratch.com is wrong. Customer service here has been useless, defensive, and borderline incompetent. I will never use this company again. Thank you for a complete waste of $139.69.
