We should be able to do money orders and we should be able to call in for maintenance and repair. When we need maintenance pangea should call maintenance and have them fix it with 24 hours.

I have experienced a number of vexing issues upon moving into my unit. When receiving my keys and arriving the locks were not properly changed. This was remedied by the property manager coming to change the locks. At that point I had already arrived with me things to a locked door that I didn't have the keys for. I don't believe this apartment was adequately prepared to be rented. I have compiled a list of damages and concerns below. Kitchen The Kitchen has no appliances ( refrigerator and stove). The light switch is not operating. I have not been given a date of when I will receive appliances. I have no way to store or prepare food. It's been a high of 80 degrees so I have been forced to discard of any perishable food items. The floor has a crack in it which appears to be due to water damage. NO appliances ( Stove and Refrigerator ) Crack In-floor Lights not operating Bathroom The bathroom is not completely finished the tub and floors have mold on them. The tub was clogged with hair and red wire. The mirror is damaged and missing pieces ( the boards are missing parts to hold them in place.) The boards in the mirror are swollen and damaged. The bathroom has no ventilation and retains moisture that will cause damage to the floor and any wood. The window is nailed shut so no air can be let in to offset the humidity. The border for the lights is scratted and damaged. The Light switch is lifted and coming off the wall. The faucet is stained with scum that is not cleanable. Paint in and around the tub is chipping. The top on the toilet does not seem to fit on properly. Mold ( floors, Tub Sink) Tub clogged Mirror damaged ( scratches on the mirror) Medicine Cabinet damaged ( boards damaged and missing pieces ) No ventilation ( Window nailed shut) Top border for the light is scratched and damaged The light switch is lifted and coming off the wall Faucet stained with scum Paint chipping off window ledge by the tub Top on the toilet does not correctly fit Den Some of the strings for the blinds are too short and can not be reached ( count 2) Wall pug lifted and coming up ( count 2) Second Bedroom The second Bedrooms paint is pilling off the wall The light in the closet has no cover

Just moved in. Processed application and things quickly. Staff has been really friendly so far but a little slow on maintenance requests. Apartment is clean and buildings well-kept.

My first response would be after choosing my forever home in which I had several to choose from. Great staff including excellent customer service, and very informative.

Since I been a resident of pangea I can honestly say that I enjoyed every minute of it, they do things by the book so it would be no confusion, work orders are done an a reasonable amount of time, moving from one Pangaea property to another one is fairly easy, I just wish that every building had a laundry in the basement.

Pretty decent transition. I was able to move in and utilize the facilities with minimal issues. I have not had a problem with this company yet.

I have been living as a resident a little over a year now. I just renewed my lease because I was in love with my apartment and the rent payment process. On July 10th, I came home from work and was packing for my vacation when I noticed my sheets, blanket and bed was soaking wet. I was confused where the water was coming from because I’m the only person staying in the apartment. While trying to figure out where the water was coming from I felt a drop of water on my head. The water was leaking from out the vent over my bed. I lifted my bed and put a bucket right under the spot to catch the water. The water was leaking yellow and smelled of mold. I tried calling the number I had but all the offices were closed. The next morning I was leaving out to catch my flight when I noticed the maintenance men outside. I asked one to come in to look at the damages. He came in took pictures and ask can he have permission to my apartment while I was away. I told him sure as long as the problem gets fixed. I came back on Sunday and nothing was done. The bucket I placed there was full of water and the ceiling was still leaking. I started calling every number for Pangea again but they were closed so I made a report online.I called them the next day and someone came out to fix it on Monday. I went to the office and explained to everything that happened to them in hopes they would do something for my bed being damaged. My property manager texted me and asked for pictures. I sent her the pictures and she let me know she would get back with me the same day. Today July 23rd, I contacted my property manager back. She told me she would only credit my account $100. This is really unacceptable. Now I am about to consult with a specialist to see what can be done.

On my move-in date (July 1) I set outside the apartment leasing office for 2 1/2 hours while the leasing lady set in her car. When she finally went into the office she was really nasty and rude. When I finally received my keys everything that needed to be fix, rebooted, or patched up in the apartment WAS NOT done. It honestly looked like a quick fix just to move me in. Instead of repainting someone spray painted areas throughout the apartment. There was dead begs in the bathroom light fixture, holes in the master bedroom closet, in the master bedroom in the corner, in the living room, and in the 2nd bedroom in the corners. All the lights are dull and need new bulbs. The air system needs to be rebooted. The air vent in the 2nd bedroom is bent up. Lastly, the front door to the apartment needs to be repainted.

On 2017 we had a bad experience with an agent over the phone for a location in the west of Indy. A couple years later, we decided to give it a try in a different location and it was SO different! From our visit back in March we have been treated like we matter. Completing the process online was pretty easy. Our moving was absoutely smooth. The place is absolutely clean and neat. The recreation areas are a true gift! If any, the sidewalks could use a more frequent cleaning. Maybe the racoons or the geese are to blame, I am not sure. We are absolutely happy!

**************PLEASE SHARE************* I am beyond furious, we have been renting the same beauty salon (Picture Perfect Hair Studio) 5125 and 5127 w Madison in Chicago for 5 years now and never had any issues until Pangea Realty took over the management of the property about 4 years ago. There has been problem after problem and it seems as if since we are in a minority area of the city Pangea feels as if we don't deserve legit service. From their employees stealing our property, which they were willing to reimburse us for if we sign a document saying that we would never tell anyone that their employees stole from us. As beauty salon we cannot conduct business with out water and yet time and time again they have shut off the water without warning all while we had a shop full of clients. Then they send employees over to do subpar work like patch walls and then paint wet plaster with out sanding it. We have water marks all over our walls and ceiling and they said the would paint it if we don't mind different colors all over the place, because they didn't want to pay to have the paint match. Then to top it off we are now infested by insects and even though we have been complaining they have yet to respond to our complaints. Now they tried to lock us out of our storage area I. The basement where we pay the utilities for. They constantly tap into our utilities and expect us to front the bill. I do not understand how Pangea Realty is allowed to operate as such slum lords... I have included some pictures of what is left by Pangea workers what they half way do a job!! *************PLEASE SHARE*****************
