Office when signing lease open up very late on weekend for out of town new customers.
Very spacious and quite neighborhood.
This is my 2nd time renting with pangea. The 1st time I was young and didnt know my rights as a tenant ,so unfortunately I lived with the worst infestation of mice for an entire year. Every time I called about it, they sent someone out, he plugged a hole he found and sprayed but it never worked. I never even finished unpacking bc I didnt want my items ruined. 2nd time around on the opposite side of town I figured I have to have a better experience,right?WRONG! I just handed over my termination letter to end my lease after only being in the unit a little over a month. A small trickle in my ceiling turned into a gaping hole with it LITERALLY raining in my apartment and now black mold has spread over the ceiling and into the kitchen. I'm almost 8months pregnant and I had sent in several requests to which the response was the neighbors above me wouldn't let maintenance in so they couldn't fix it. They didnt even try to suggest an alternative. They just accepted my letter and told me I have 30days to find a new spot but of course I get none of my money back after being conned into moving into a unit that was clearly flawed from jump! I'm so frustrated and now in a panic to move and settle before the birth of my child. RUNNNNNN!!IDK WHERE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM BC I'VE ONLY HEARD HORRIBLE STORIES FROM OTHER TENANTS OF THEIRS. Maybe they take care of their buildings in more expensive areas but south and west chicago are awful
Kenya did an amazing job helping me find the right apartment for me. She is very knowledgeable of the neighborhood. I went to the office to sign me lease and Araceli was very informative and patient. Kenya and Araceli have great customer service skills
I haven't been a tenant that long but the two issues I thought I had turned out not to be issues at all and they resolved them expediently! The building is quiet, secure and clean.
Can never get in touch with the resident care department and the Property manager is never responsive.
They’re ok, but they can be better. I feel sometimes that they can be a bit negligent and it takes too long to hear an answer on a request you’ve put in. But they’re not as bad as some of the other realty companies I’ve dealt with.
It take a while for them to get back to you but they take care of what needs to be done
You the only one that would accept me with my bad credit do to student loans. And you will help build my credit with rent build your credit. I love it. I gave it a 4 star because i seen a mice literally run from under my neighbor door down the hallway as i was walking pass. I jump so dame high up to the sky i started singing ms. Mary Mack. Will be putting in an request to keep little stewart the hell out my place.. Thank you.. I hope you sang the song while reading it... Lol

Management of Pangea Fields is zero. No one knows what is going on and they are dishonest. Hopefully I finish the year on a positive note.
My apartment wasn't very clean when I moved
I have nothing but compliments for Pangea Real Estate and its' employees. Everyone was so polite and professional. The day I was to go see my apartment, I was actually thinking of cancelling, I didn't however, because the young lady who was meeting me there, called to see if I was interested in changing my appointment time; needless to say I went, I saw and I fell in love with my apartment, which was and is immaculate, full of natural light and shiny floors (I love shiny floors by the way). Everyone from the tour guide, the frontline people I spoke to on the phone, the closer, the young lady at the lease signing office were all very knowledgeable, helpful and again very professional. I love my apartment and I love (so far) my experience with Pangea Real Estate. P.S. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you Beverly
I have only lived at Pangaea Groves for about a week, but everything has ran smoothly. Maintenance has been quick to fix any issue.
The complex we just moved in is great! I love the management, I’m a first time apartment renter so I had a lot of questions they walked me through every step of the way, I was very thankful for that! Love it!
It took a long time for more information than they ask from the beginning , I really like the place . Everyone was helpful and friendly. My air didn’t work for a few days but the repair took care of it. But so far so good. I was recommended by someone else
Pangea is a great Realeste company and they do all they can to help you find a nice place for you to stay.
The application process was smooth, HOWEVER - their customer service is lacking. I had no walk around the property, so I don't know where the laundry room is, I don't know where/how to take my garbage out. I don't know how to use the intercom system.
You guys help me find my first apartment and you gave me so much help I love it so much thank you pangea

Aug 09,2019It was almost a month in half before I moved into the apartment and the carpets in both bedrooms were dirty and should been replaced before move in. The front door was dirty which I cleaned myself. The filter for the furnace was also dirty too. I wasn't told that filters are needed to be purchased for the furnace so the heating can work properly. The advertising for this building for free heating is false. That's misinforming other potential tenants. This apartment wasn't properly clean from the last renter.
