Jun 27,2019Viewing 5/10/2019 Lease Signing 5/17/2019 Move in 6/1/2019 New apartment=new appliances. The fridge is FILTHY WITH OLD FOOD IN IT AND THE BOTTOM DRAWERS HAS WATER IN THEM. When I brought this to the Property Manager’s attention, she tried to convince me I actually saw the ALREADY OCCUPIED apartments below me. I then had to put three separate work orders in (starting 6/8/2019) to have the fridge cleaned out it’s 6/26/2019 and the fridge is still dirty...Pangea will not be getting rent on 7/1/2019 and it’s been merched.

Jun 27,2019The ladies in the office are very nice, my unit was clean. However I did see a roach the night I moved in and one or two more the following days, they were quick to come and spray and did a follow up a week later. Haven’t seen one since then. Only other thing is my neighbors have heavy speakers so I was being woke up during the day (I work nights). I called & they called me back to try to resolve that issue as well. But it doesn’t happen often, usually when people are getting home from work and it quiets down in the evening. Overall though a good experience so far.

Jun 27,2019I am very disappointed in the way that my apartment situation is being handled I've applied for pangea over a month and a half now and still do not have an apartment nor an answer as to when I can move in due to a certificate of occupancy.Every time I call, I get the same response we will get back to you, we are working feverishly to obtain the occupancy and still I have not gotten any confirmation on the issue and it's almost July. At this point I'm almost ready to give up and start my search elsewhere. signed very dissatisfied!!!

Jun 27,2019The reason why i wanted to live under this company is because they get the job done they work with your income and hrlp find a place for yout income with there company. If there is something that need to be gixed or questions answered tge property manager is tgere on call to help . im a next resident at panager and im happy with the out come as a new resident i reall like staff at the front door and manager office in the buliding. Thank you for inviting me as a new resident at YOUR COMPANY.

Jun 27,2019I love where I am because it’s quiet and well kept. I can go out my front or back door at any given time of day and there isn’t craziness going on. I can go to work and not be worried that my wife and children aren’t safe. Only thing I wish is that the central air circulates better upstairs other than this I really can’t complain.

Jun 26,2019I live next to a pangea property and it is horrible. There is trash on the side of the building and it has been there for some time even flowing over to my side leaving me to clean it up because of how they decide to depose of the garbage which should be in a garbage bin. It is just multiple trash bags thrown out and piling up. At this point I have contacted the company several times and was informed that the property manager would come out. That never happened. Now I have to take matters into my own hands and will be calling the city on the property.

Jun 25,2019HORRIBLE SERVICE. If your property manager is on top of their job youre lucky. Propety manager is very lazy and does not come and check on the condition of the building. I have reported to them my problems, and no one has done anything. I have been here for 2 months and as it gets hotter the neighborhood and the building worsens. All they care about is collecting the rent

Jun 27,2019The leasing process was fairly easy and painless but the property manager assigned to my building gave me the wrong key 3 times which inconvenienced me majorly when trying to move in. The building also could be maintained better
