Nov 05,2022L'application en elle même fonctionne bien mais les avis sur les parkings ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous avons eu un gros soucis au retour de nos vacances le chauffard qui nous a ramené à roulé n'importe comment, et il a cassé nos affaires en les mettant dans le coffre. La direction du parking est censée nous contacter mais nous attendons toujours. J ai laissé un avis sur parclick pour le parking en question et il n apparaît pas dans les avis. Et les notes du parking sur parclick laisse entendre que le service est de qualité or sur d autre plate-forme ce n'est pas du tout le cas!

Nov 03,2022Nunca había tenido ningún problema pero tras un más de 2 años de usar esta app y tenerlo me he encontrado con un servicio de atención al cliente nulo que se limita a copiar y pegar "términos y condiciones" lamentable atención al cliente. Si todo funciona bien, probablemente no tengáis problema alguno pero si tenéis algun problema tendréis que, básicamente, joderos. Les sobraran usuarios, por mi parte la última vez que lo utilizo Actualizo a 04/11 Efectivamente. Estoy a la espera que la incidencia quede resuelta 100% para actualizar dicha experiencia. Oct 21,2022Bonjour, Suite à mon précédent avis je confirme que Parclick a fait le nécessaire rapidement et tout est revenu dans l’ordre. La critique que je peux faire pour les paiements et prélèvements en ligne c’est que les sociétés mettent énormément de temps à répondre aux messages. Cordialement

Oct 10,2022Es wurde empfohlen in Lissabon einen Stellplatz vorab zu reservieren. Dies war aber unnötig, da genügend Stellplätze zur Verfügung standen (Parkhaus Casal Ribeiro). Ich habe bei der Buchung keinen Code von Parcclick bekommen. Ich musste bei der Einfahrt ein Ticket ziehen. Es war niemend da, dem ich meine Buchungsbestätigung zeigen konnte. Ich musste vor der Ausfahrt die Servicenummer vom Parkhaus kontaktieren und wurde zum Glück raus gelassen. Alles sehr umständlich. Vor der Ausfahrt habe ich das Ticket geprüft. Ich hätte 15,- € gespart! Reine Abzocke! Nie wieder!

Oct 08,2022Die Buchung und das ein und ausfahren haben problemlos geklappt. Die Anbindung an die metro ist super toll, direkt aus dem parkhaus heraus. Meiner Meinung nach die beste Möglichkeit in paris zu parken.

Sep 26,2022Indigo Opera Antwerpen linker poortje werkte nummerplaat herkenning niet, rechter poortje wel. Het uitrijden verliep probleemloos. Reservering soepel via website. Wij zijn tevreden. 2 verbeterpuntjes; Extra kosten (in ons geval 2,90 E) vooraf aangeven voelt fijner dan wanneer je het op het eind ziet en betaling met Ideal zou ideaal zijn.

Wir hatten eine Reservierung für ein Parkhaus in Siena für unsere als PKW zugelassene Mercedes-Benz V-Klasse, die alle angegebenen Längen- und Höhenmaße eingehalten hat. Wir wurden vor Ort abgewiesen und eine Rückerstattung der Kosten wurde abgelehnt. Unabhängig von den Maßen und der Zulassung sei das Fahrzeug kein "Car". Ich nenne das Betrug! NACHTRAG: Die Antwort von Parclick ändert überhaupt nichts an meiner Bewertung und bestätigt meine Einschätzung: Unseriös! Fakt ist: Mein Auto entspricht der Länge der Kategorie CAR. Und mein Fahrzeug entspricht der Höhe, die auf der Seite der Garage explizit angegeben war. Da in dieser Garage nur die Kategorie CAR ausgewählt werden kann, kann sich die angegebene Höhe auch nur auf diese Kategorie beziehen und zudem kann ich dann auch nicht die falsche Kategorie ausgewählt haben. Es ist extrem übel, mit welchem Aufwand hier vermieden wird, das Geld für eine nicht erbrachte Leistung zu erstatten und einen Fehler einzuräumen.

Sep 01,2022Was flying to Krakow with my 2 young children from Sevilla. I had booked the parking from 12:00 but was running late and when I called to arrange pick up when 10mins away, was told they would not accept my car for parking and to find some place else. As we still had plenty of time before our flight, I tried to reason with them and say I am happy to wait for up to 1 hour till it was possible for them to accept the car, but this request fell on deaf ears, requested a refund but was told this was not possible and they hung up on me. I called a few times and each time I was either hung up on, or the English speaking agent passed me onto his colleague who only spoke Spanish. This was extremely stressful as all other parking was full given that it was a Saturday. Feel scammed as paid for parking but had to use another company. Very poor customer service, AVOID like the plague!!!!! PS - I can see that the reply from Parclick has been edited from the original. Please note that I did actually forward my booking details when requested on 13/09 but got no reply and that was the last time anyone from your company was in touch, not 15/09 as stated in your reply.

Aug 29,2022Muy buena experiencia. He reservado el parking a la madrugada y he podido ingresar sin problema, a pesar de que no había personal en el sitio. Al día siguiente mostré el comprobante de mi reserva y se me otorgó un ticket para poder hacer uso libre del parking hasta el vencimiento del horario de mi reserva.

Aug 18,2022Warning....I booked a car park space in Barcelona.When booking, Parclick asked me the type of car I was driving which was a rental Fiat Panda.I was then allocated a car park space in barcelona.When I arrived at the car park I was informed my car(Fiat Panda) was too big for the space which Parclick allocated.I had to pay a separate fee to the car park for another space. Why ask me for the type of car I was driving and then allocate me a space which is too small for that car. I will not use Parclick again and I would urge potential customers to proceed with caution...and try to find an alternative...too many bad reviews for these scammers Update...Dear Parclick.Next time I go on holidays I will be sure to bring a tape measure to measure the dimensions of my car 🙄🙄and yes,after numerous emails and chasing parclick, I have been refunded.

Aug 16,2022Es muy facil reservar con la aplicación, pones calle, te muestra las diferentes ofertas de los diferentes parkings en la zona y una vez seleccionas 1, terminas la reserva en 3 clicks. Una vez llegado al parking, ellos tenían mi reserva registrada. Recomiendo esta aplicación.

Aug 11,2022Bonjour une réservation pour le 19 juillet 2022 pour un parking à CHILLY MAZARIN 91380 près d'Orly. Portes clauses parking complet aucune solution de proposé personnel désagréable seul échange voir avec la plateforme de réservation car le parc est complet depuis 3 semaines. Plusieurs clients devant les grilles fermées. Arrivée d'une patrouille de police pour éviter que la situation ne dégénère. Pas de dommages autre que le forfait aucun geste commercial pour les dépenses supplémentaires engagées car à moins de 5h du vol il faut trouver une solution personne ne répond au téléphone. Une action collective serait-elle possible. Mais pour l'instant fuyez

Aug 10,2022I booked a parking spot in Barcelona. They took payment (3 times by mistake) but when arriving at the parking the car park had no knowledge of the slot. Hence I am stuck paying top rate. Impossible to speak directly to an agent to resolve in a straightforward way but they did reply to an email - Use at your peril. They have assured me they will refund the payments - fingers crossed…

Dec 07,2022J'ai réservé une place de parking via Parclick dans le parking Indigo Seguin pour un montant de 17,92 euros. A l'arrivée au parking, la barrière qui était censée s'ouvrir grâce à la reconnaissance de plaque ne s'est pas ouverte. Conformément aux indications du voucher de la réservation parclick, J'ai pris un ticket pour ne pas bloquer la file de voitures. A la sortie, aucun personnel n'étant présent dans le parking, j'ai donc payé à la caisse le montant de 15.40 euros. Après réclamation à Parclick avec le ticket de parking, ils me répondent que "la décision de remboursement revient au parking"! ...alors que c'est le système de Parclick qui n'a pas fonctionné. il est donc normal que Parclick me rembourse directement !!
