Aug 02,2022They have a designated space for collection yet my car was parked outside expected much better paying the amount we did for a car and no handover gift either? Should of stuck with Land Rover I was made to feel like a million dollars. I was just a number at BMW.

Those were the headlines of my 5 star review. Oh dear. And then it went all down hill. I have never felt so compromised, exploited and under valued as a returning customer, we have spent 100’s of 1000’s on New BMWs. Happy to but another to resolve this, BUT Now at a cross roads let’s see how their customer promise lives out. Watch this space.

Jul 26,2022We purchased a used BMW M4 convertible from partridges Southampton from the BMW used approved scheme, a short while ago. From the outset the viewing and sale went without a glitch. The car was transported to us via covered car transportation, who I may add were absolutely first class. We’ve had a few small niggles/ teething problems , but Andrew smith has seen to all these without hesitation. The only downside was, living so far from partridges (4 1/2hour drive) we had to use sytner Sheffield for the repairs. Hence I will never give my business to sytners ever again. Our car is stunning and amazing, all thanks to Partridges sales team. I would not hesitate to use them, or recommend them in the future.
